I worked here as a participant in the friend and family event on Black Friday and the day after. I was visiting Colorado for Thanksgiving. I'm old and have a ton of experience in customer service and sales. Never have I experienced such a great happy operation with all pulling together from store manager down to seasonal associate. Either as an employee or as a customer. The attitudes of the employees were exemplary and the merchandise is very high quality. The customers were happy reflecting the apparent happiness of the staff. My granddaughter is a manager and I'm extremely impressed by her skills and those of all of the staff. HORRIBLE service!! I am embarrassed that these women actually think they can treat customers the way I was treated. I came in on a very busy Saturday and was greeted a few times but as soon as I requested a size or color no one returned. I ended up find the items myself. The woman at the register was RUDE to the person she assisted before me and to me. She was rolling her eyes and had no idea how to provide customer service! This store has been relocated and updated in this mall, and the Pink store is now a separate store. The staff here is very friendly and helpful and the store has a whole new look. It is dramatically different in style than the Boulder store where I went yesterday. I was purchasing another of the same item that I got in Boulder yesterday, because the Boulder stock was low. I am glad I came here because the Flatiron Store was having a one day sale of 30% off any one item. Bargain! I do like the quality and style of some of the VS merchandise. I have a favorite few things that I get for myself and I do buy gifts here too, especially for my daughter-in-law in Oregon because I know her taste and size so well. I have religiously worn only BS bras and lingerie for almost half my life. I don't know if you can find a more comfortable fabric/bra. I've never in my life had such a horrible experience shopping than today. I broke my foot, so I'm in an air cast. They've removed the stool from the handicapped fitting room. They claim it's due to covid, but it's super easy to spray the bench down with disinfectant. I had to pull myself up off the floor using their hook on the wall. Never have I ever felt more degraded. read more

Went in to be fitted for a new bra, because the last time I got fitted was freshman year and my back was hurting. Because I thought my tiny boobs were still 32A... Incorrect. So I went in I just got off work and I went there braless because the girls gotta breathe. It was strange when the girl was sizing me, because she sized me and when she did it she didn't want to be anywhere near my tatas. So she made this HUGE GAP between the tape and my boobs. She then told me in a 34 C and I was like oh wow ok. And she handed me what I thought was a 34C she gave me a 36B so when I tried it on. My first though was like damn my boobs look because everything looked like Jessica Rabbit. So after that I paid $90 for 3 bras.... wish I got a second opinion. When I went home and tried them on these bras were big and I could fit another boob in the bra. So I went to another bra place got sized and believe or not in a 32C and out $90 and had to get all new bras. So pro tip get a second opinion before buying expensive bras at the mall or ask the manger to size you. read more

I went to return 2 items that were a gift from online and the goal was to exchange them and the woman wouldn't even search for the purchasers online order which they can. I was a manager at VS for several years and only recently left so I know what the policy is, she just didn't want to do her job. read more

I like the quality of Victoria's Secret merchandise however beware of returning a gift when you have no receipt. I received a gift from my boyfriend for Xmas and tried to exchange it for store credit without a receipt. They wouldn't give me the full price of an unworn, unwrapped night shirt (they wanted to give me $5 for a $20 item). I had to drag my boyfriend back to the store with me in order to match the purchase with his credit card. A real pain in the neck and not good customer service. I'm sure this is a result of people stealing so many items and trying to return them. Sad times. read more

Well I have to say aside from being busy and overcrowded many times, they have the best ON spot Customer service for sure!! I go to this store All the time because their bra's fit me perfectly and I don't have to try them on, and they usually have it in stock unlike everywhere else. I'm must be a common size it seems or people just wearing the wrong sizes which is over 80% of women who do. Okay they aren't cheap and all my bras are always $58 and up, but they will last you at least 5 years if you use it a lot.. I have to say I always buy 3-4 of the same ones in different colors because they always change their styles and I fall in love with them. Now when it comes to their Sale's when bra's are 1/2 off or $19 like now, it's Soo worth the buy, though you have to really look unless you don't mind funky colors or bright ones. I personally need nude or sheer soft pastel colors because I like to wear a lot of white or sheer tops myself and I don't like padded bras either, just the liners and a lift. They are the best bra makers I've come across since I was 21 yrs old. I also love their workout clothes, though their xsmalls run a medium sizes, so they're clothes are usually loose on me. FYI you can buy the exact bras online for cheap, but I recommend staying away from the workout clothes because they run totally different fitting sizes then the ones in the store and I found out because they are made by a different company. Yes both the instore and online clothes/bras are made in china/somewhere in asia, but they are made by different companys and you can tell the difference. An x-small pants bought in the store will look and feel completely different for one bought online. I've bought several clothes/outfits/tops and material and making of it is very different. I will say their tops are nice, it's only their pants that are tricky. read more

Customer service is poor. People that work here are always rude and think that everyone that walks in is cheap and an inconvenience.
