She finally came later with a apology and a new insurance insurance policy that had been issued after the hit-and-run. She had no insurance, she was delivering goods for Walmart with a baby in the car and she did a hit-and-run. (Neither WalMart nor Doordash did anything to settle the issue. They both waited for me to get tired of checking up on their lack of action!!!) Anyway, I went to Rocco's to have my car check. I asked him to inspect the car and he came back with a evaluation that left me bewildered. He told me it would have to be fixed immediately. He said impact cause the radiator to come off the frame and it was dangling dangerously. He said it needed to be fixed right away. I didn't have a 1000 dollars to pay for the dangling radiator so I went and got an 2nd opinion from a local private at-home repair shop. He looked at the radiator and wiggled it and found absolutely nothing wrong with it. Next, I took it to a Mennonite repair shop in Mexico for a 3rd opinion. They also confirmed there was nothing wrong with the radiator.

Bryce gave me an estimate over the phone and we set an appointment. The appointment was a couple weeks out due to a busy schedule (summer time so I'm sure a lot of AC and radiator repairs) but since it was only fog lights I didn't mind. Anyhow, he did a great job, in a timely fashion, and was professional. Took just under an hour and that is all he charged me for. Nothing more...no service or other "shop fee". He let me know about a tune up cost for my car and I was happy to know he didn't mind working on Mercedes. Will use him again for the tune up and will post again after that job is done. Do note, he warranties his parts for 2 years and if you have your own parts he will charge only labor; however he can't offer a parts warranty for those (as expected) but still nice to have the option to get your own parts.

I had a situation where my Tahoe was leaking oil, I've been quoted by an auto repair shop, which I won't name, of approximately 2200 to fix. Bryce came out And from what he could see without removing the transmission, said there were at least three leaks, and that the cost would be approximately $1300. Awesome, cheaper than the shop. Well, After he removed the transmission, he found out that the most expensive part that he thought was leaking was actually perfectly dry and no leak. With that said, it's now going to be significantly less than what he had thought. He could've easily not told me that but was honest and now I will have more money in my pocket.
