I had them check some other issues and trusted their recommendations. Now another location is showing me the small problem is now a huge problem. QC location does not have any fluids or results to support their repairs. other location showed me everything and wouldn't do the service QC did previously. Now other shops are quoting $12k to fix the bigger issue caused by the service. Skip the door holding when you leave and go to walmart next store. it's the same work with nicer work clothes.

One of the items they identified was the old serpentine belt wrapped around the axle. Apparently it was too much work for them to pull it off because it's still there. They replaced the valve cover gasket, did an oil change and replaced the existing belts. There is lots more to get done including the timing belt. My son called back to get a price for all the parts and labor which was almost $300 more than the next shop we called in the area. I am not saying they are a bad shop, but these few issues plus some communication problems will make me think twice.

The Jiffy Lube off Combs and Gantzel in San Tan Valley yields terrible customer service and matching attitudes from both management and technicians. My high mileage vehicle was turned away by a "I'm not going to do it" from the manager when requesting a transmission fluid change. Hm. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Jiffy Lube is in the business of offering fluids changes? I guess I got that wrong. My response: "No problem, I'll take my business elsewhere". Bottom line - Don't waste your time here folks.

If I could give negative feedback I would. I went in for a simple oil change only to end up with a…read morenightmare ahead of me. To put it simply, they drained my transmission fluid and added oil. So now not only did I have ZERO transmission fluid but double the oil. I have a turbo system which is extremely sensitive to the level of oil. They tried to cover their butts, but I have been in a less than comparable vehicle for 6 days. They covered the lowest possible vehicle without any coverage of damage waiver. They had a minimal inspection done at the dealership which has now stated that they cannot rule out further damage without complete disassembly of each system. I have tried to remain calm and collected and graceful through the entire process but have never felt so disrespected with a final outcome.

I went to Gruliches for some indicator lights on my 2015 Chevy Tahoe LTZ ( accident avoidance , and…read morelane change indicator, service suspension)and a check engine light, vehicle wasn't running rough or acting any different just wanted to get an idea of what was wrong... they charged me $215 dollars for a diagnostic to tell me that the reason my indicator lights were going off because his mechanic recently had his windshield replaced on his 2016 Chevy Tahoe and the calibration for the rear view camera was knocked out of calibration! That I need to take it to a collision center to get it recalibrated,I said well funny thing I've never replaced my windshield so..... then he said your check engine light is you catalytic converter that's bad, it's completely clogged! My truck has less than 100,000 miles never has ran roughly or misfires. And his quote for a New catalytic converter was $8000 because my truck is a "California Emissions vehicle ",l. I advised him I checked the code before dropping it off and told him it showed the Body control module ( which we could change but need a system reprogram after it's replaced and we don't have that capability)was faulty, and asked WHY he didn't see those codes on his reading. He said because the cat code is the most important and it's hiding the other codes to show the importance of the cat code, like WTF!!! I'm not some girl who doesn't know anything about vehicles I have very good knowledge about the mechanics of vehicles, I thought id give a 3rd chance because it's again "under new management " and they know the history of my vehicle but clearly they are out to scam customers with parts they don't need in hopes they will just pay it! Not recommending them and won't step foot in that business for my vehicles again! No integrity or reliability at this shop! I'm not even sure they called the warranty company like he said they did!
