I do not recommend to go to this place for any service. The employees are not trained properly to perform each service you may need and causes them cause more damage then what you came in with. i came in with a flat tire and left with damage rims. I dont leave reviews but this experience was so horrible I had to. first of all they are overpriced. paid $215 for a used tire and minor rim repair. they have poor customer service. I had to be the one to keep calling to find out about my rim, after I was told I'd be called when it came in. They had my rim for 2 days after I was told it would be ready the next day. Then when I get there, I'm asked if I want "just the rim" what am I going to do with just a rim? Just dumb. Then I had to wait an extra hour for them to "find" my tire....why wasn't the tire that I paid for in advance, already on my rim? but I was told "it's not his fault" please save your time and money and go to another tire shop if you can. Update! After finally getting the tire and rim back on my car I had to return because there was a lump in the tire. now being told they can put the wrong size tire on until they get a better tire in my size. Bum ass spot sold me some "new tires". It popped on me on the highway luckily I wasn't going fast. I brought it the night before it popped and told the African guy something is wrong with the tires he kept telling me I have to wait until the Spanish guy come in the morning then when he finally decided to check it out he don't have the right nut smh. The same morning it popped before I went to the Spanish guy. When I brought it he's gonna ask me why I didn't pull over before it pop like I'm supposed to know it was randomly gonna pop. I should've followed my gut before I let son install the tire he was taking mad long to find my tire and was struggling to install it anyways he got his karma right infront of me some customer drove off without paying and almost ran him over I swear to God‍,it's not funny but yk karma. read more

Rip off , they charge you cause it's like a last option what I paid $45 for a used tire they charge $150 . It's ridiculous

Went there today and never been any more disappointed they charged me 140 for a 18 inch used tire I didn't take it and if you see a tall light skin guy there in the night just try your best to find another place he's lazy as hell and will over charge you so your not interested so he doesn't have to do any work they need to just shut down that spot already read more

I came here to fix a flat tire and the gentleman Steve who works there was completely disrespectful!!! For one he charged $120 for a used car tire for a Honda Accord ! I know damn well a used Honda tire isn't more than $50 and when he asked for the key to unlock the tire I told him I was unsure how it looks and refused to help me figure out what it looks like . Honestly the worst customer service and then he took my tire off my car to say I won't put it on til I pay him ! If you wanted to be paid first you should've never removed my tire first . read more

Came in after midnight driving my dodgy "space saver tire" limping home from a concert at Jones Beach where i discovered i had a flat. I didnt get the guys name but he found the problem with my flat tire, had it plugged, pumped up and on the car with the space saver back in the trunk in under 15 mins. Best $20 i've ever spent (and tipped him $20 as well) because was able to drive home to New York worry free. Awesome service. It looks dodgy as hell......but with its little flashing lights saying open 24 hours even in the midnight dark was mana from heaven. read more
