When moving into our new home I knew the front yard was one my the priorities to renovate. At some point in the property's history there were at least two large trees that left the entire front lawn mostly dead, completely root-bound, and roots were beginning to lift the concrete walkway/porch approaching the front entry. After spending a couple consecutive weeks trying to remove the endless tangle of roots by way of chainsaw and pickaxe, in attempt to formulate a game plan to make our front yard presentable on my own, I was finally approached by Flawless Grass (who were completing another "flawless" job just around the corner). Will was graciously able to work with me in my vision for the front yard and more than willing to build us the front yard of our dreams that was within our budget/reasonably priced. Our experience with Flawless Grass was that of exceptional customer service and prompt delivery of their craftsmanship. Timeline from getting the quote to the start of their work was less than 5 days. The old yard was demo'd by the hardworking Flawless Team in a full day, and our beautiful new concrete courtyard patio/walkway was poured the following day. Walter the concrete sub for Flawless Grass went absolutely above and beyond for us - taking the utmost pride and ownership in his concrete craft (including professionally setting the first row of the pony wall that I plan to build on my own - as a courtesy). After allowing the concrete to set and dry over the weekend, the Flawless Team returned for one more full day of work installing the DG, weed barrier and artificial turf (color/style: desert). Following completion of work, Will walked with me for quality inspection and we addressed a couple final finishing touches which were performed without qualm and to our satisfaction. Aside from the work quality which was fine, there was definitely some misleading on the sellers part. The promotion that was sold to me was a 0% interest for 24 months. Sadly that was false. They instead signed me up for a reduced apr of 9.99% for the entirety of the loan. So for the past 6 months I've been losing money to interest that I was told I wouldn't be paying in the first place. Instead of letting me know ahead of time that I didn't qualify for the promotion that was originally sold to me. Had I been made aware it is possible I may not have gone through with the purchase.
