So this review is for automotive, and quite possibly whomever handles the general phone system at this location (I'd probably give you one star). Because if this was an overall review for the main part of the store, I'd give it four stars for sure. But let me back up about automotive. So last year I bought brand new truck tires all the way around. I love em. I was a beast last winter. You know when the Millenium falcon hits warp speed in the movie Star Wars and all those stars are flying past?? That's me cruising down the freeway in a blizzard. The tires are that good. I even bought the protection package for the tires so I can have rotation, flat fixes, etc. Honestly for the price it is a great deal. Many moons ago I worked at Tires Plus and they offered the same. Even years after working there, it was something I added whenever I bought tires. It honestly is that good of a deal. Not at this place though. Shit this place is tough. And when I say tough, it's tough to get through on the phone to make an appointment. And when you do get through, getting on the books is even harder. If you can go without your car for a day, they might have something for you two weeks out. Ugh. If I would've known, I honestly would've considered getting my tires elsewhere. I wish I had the flexibility to not work. I called yesterday and had to go through the call system multiple times before someone finally picked up and got me in for the rotation but my issue is with a leak. I thought today during the afternoon might be a better time to call but nope. This photo is from my work desk and seems like the staffing is even worse. Today I go through the phone menu, option 2, ring, back to the phone menu at least 3X. At one point, some lady picks up quickly says "let me try another extension" and before I even have a chance to utter ANYTHING, the phone is ringing again. A couple more times of that and finally someone picks up and then hangs up. Not sure if that was automotive or that lady. So I call back right away. This time someone picks up and takes my number and says they will call me back. That was 32 minutes ago. Hello HR department? Feel free to contact me regarding staffing issues. Its the first thing your phone systems says that you are doing. I have ideas and suggestions because it feels like your current methods are coming up short and in the long run, I'm sure that does not help with the morale in the shop. read more

Good store. I mean F Farm always has good brands like in their grilling area that is huge and Carhart and so on. They need help on stocking for sure. Supplies were low. They may as well take the "Farm" off their name and just be called Fleet. No longer a farm store, just a walmart wanna be that is failing miserably. Out of inventory on a perpetual basis. In the last 12 weeks stopping for shavings, have only had inventory 2 times. Today, Had CS check inventory, told they had 104 in stock so purchased 25, got out to the yard...NONE in stock. Unbelievable! Frustrating, inconvenience... Sad that the beloved previous Fleet Farm is dead and gone. read more

Was looking for a plexiglass panel for a project that I was working on, so went to the fleet and yes they had exactly what I needed! I went there on a Sunday right as they opened And made my way to the back of the store where the construction products are kept and ask him and if he had any of the panels He smiled and looked very enthusiastic and directed me to the display where they were kept; I didn't remember to get the young man's name but I recommend to anyone that needs to get anything on a Sunday to go to the farm!! read more

Though I'd hope management will show greater consideration regarding who they're putting face to face with their customers. The second person I spoke to, Emily, was a great help. Bare shelves, poor price accuracy, irrational layout, outdated operations, and dwindling product lines show the slide MFF has experienced since it was sold several years ago. As a long-time customer, it's painful to see how poorly this once-vibrant store operates. I've switched to Menard's for the variety and value Mills used to offer. The one bright spot is the employees, many of whom have been there forever and are always eager to help. But there are not enough of them, and even the most ardent employees gripe about the nonsensical, always-changing floorplan, less selection and low inventory, obsolete tech, and bad management. Current ownership clearly has a hands-off, profit-squeezing attitude that sheds customers and loses out to the local Menard's and Home Depot, and the more-focused Tractor Supply. MMF has lost its mojo. Too bad. read more

Yesterday, I visited the FF Hudson website and they said that a particular trailer tire was in stock. Upon authorizing payment and getting an email saying they were in the process of filling the order, I then contacted their automotive department to have the two tires mounted on rims. Today I got an email saying that no, in fact they don't have those tires. When I called to talk to the manager, she said it was an inventory problem. I said it was a bigger issue than that because it was a customer inconvenience problem. For compensation, I asked for a gift voucher and although she did offer 10% off on my next order, since the store is 40 miles away, it's not a store at which I regularly shop. I feel this is a terrible way to do business to have stock listed on the website and then not fill the order. The gentleman on the automotive desk was very kind and understanding when I called to cancel. Get it together Fleet Farm, there are way too many other businesses with which to do customer satisfying business. read more

I stopped in to purchase a few items and Your Fleet Farm had everything in one stop. During my time on 10/16 there were a number of people with no mask. You have a sign at the door yet no one was mandating the mask mandate that is in place. By doing this you are putting everyone at risk. Covid 19 has no mercy and does not pick its infected. I will go to numerous stores instead of stepping into your store. I am a health care worker and see the suffering first hand. read more

This is a huge store that has a little something for everybody to look at. The prices are not too shabby. They have hunting, fishing, boating equipment. Working clothing for folks that rely on wrangler and Carhart to keep them comfortable and warm. Overalls in big-man sizes for the farmers and a lot of farm and animal supplies. In addition they have small house appliances like griddles, coffee makers, mixers. Some home decor also. Toys-seasonal decorations, cleaners, boots, hats, local sporting team clothing--levi's, western wear- auto supplies, tires, snacks, electronics a huge selection of dog and cat foods and even a Gas station. Yeah I just cannot hate on this store because it services a lot of people with a ton of different interests and needs. read more

I typically like shopping Fleet Farm, but the customer service in the Hudson WI store Suuuuuucks. Despite 2 people standing, waiting for help, Dan couldn't break away from his conversation with his friend. Even after he asked both of us how he could help, he kept chatting up his friend and didn't actually help either of us. And Brian literally gave the "talk to the hand." Even though he was by himself and not helping anyone, he put up his hand and told me "no time!" All I was looking for was to be pointed in a direction. Could have helped me in 15 seconds or less. With HD and Menards 2 blocks away, guess where I DIDN'T spend my money? read more

I love Fleet Farm. I love that the smell of it stays on your clothes on the way home. I love that I can buy "beware of dog" signs and if inclined, sterling belt-buckles that say "COWBOY UP". What does that even mean? I know what it can mean in certain circles, but I'm pretty sure it's a different context here. I love that I stick out like a sore thumb as I wade my way through Wrangler's "ladies" apparel and that somehow, the idea of a tacky Christmas sweater as everyday wear has found its place to thrive. In short, I love Fleet Farm, where you can buy your gun, your pistachios, and your garden hose all in one place. read more

Terrible service from the automotive service department. Dropped off wheels 9 days ago, after calling to make sure they have the tires available. They just called me saying that they unfortunately do not have the tires in stock and do not know when they will arrive. I have called them 3 times this past week checking on the status and received an answer that they would have the new tires mounted the next day! read more

I go when I need something that I can only get at Fleet. It is hard to find help when you need it and since remodeling the staff don't know where to find things either. I would like to see them use their security cameras that follow you around as you shop to aid their customer service. Clearly someone is watching you as you shop, this could be a real customer service tool. read more

Automotive is a bunch of lazy kids. Paid 54$ for oil change, they wanted to leave early for the night so didn't check my fluids, air filter, or tire pressure. Could have gone to Jiffy Lube for 32$ and gotten all of the above standard practice. Never going there again. read more

I have been trying to set up an appointment with the service center in Hudson all day at different times, and get transferred to the operator. The operator said to me this last call when I explained my situation "well, they are there", and transferred me to the incorrect number. NOT great customer service, at least when trying to make an auto appointment. read more
