I get that is the manufacturers fault but the dealership promised to make things right for me and then disappeared. I purchased a Chrysler Pacifica from Frank (who is the only positive thing about my dealings with this place) Since purchasing I've had several recalls and issues and dealing with this service department has been just horrible. Once I picked up the car after recall work (or one of the door/screen issues?) my car turned off while driving in a circle! I got to the side of the road and it struggled to start. Back to the service dept. and they found nothing. Low and behold another recall and I tried to make another appt. I called the service dept and was hung up on twice and then i couldn't get through. I tried to text via their website and got a response that they would call and nobody ever called. I Was getting an oil change somewhere else and the tech noticed that there was a coolant leak. I had it towed to them because it was literally empty, and they called me to tell me i had a flat tire and warning lights on. I guess Chrysler roadside ruined the tire. Anyway, the service manager Rich could not have cared less! They then called to say there is no leak (there is! We actually showed him!) and the SM Rich again was so rude and offered no help or assistance. My advice.... NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE! read more

We had a great experience buying a car here today. We worked with Allen Meyer over phone and e-mail. Out of all the dealers I was talking to, he was one of the most professional. No weird switches of numbers or trim levels. At the showroom, we worked with Lou Avitabile, and our finance guy's name was Kevin. Also really professional. He was super helpful and never rushed us, even though the deal went way past closing time. Seems like a dude who is happy when the customer is happy. Everyone was more helpful than they had to be. As a first-time car buyer, I did my research going in on all the ways things can go sideways, but going to the lot turned out to be one of the smoothest parts of the process. So I unfortunately totaled my car recently , and as I began to shop around I found that there are very few dealerships that know how To be respectful and polite . This dealership took the time to give me numbers on a lease even though I was not willing to come in because I was healing from the accident . I believe the gentleman's name was Joe , he was great anything I needed he answered and never refused to give me a number. After I was well I went to Visit the dealership and we went on a test drive and went Over some Details . I was lucky to get Frank as my salesman. He was patient and very knowledgeable. He knew all of the features on the Limited version as compared with my Latitude that I was turning in. We took a test drive and he pointed out things I knew were different in the driving before I had a chance to ask. He gave me good advice on using the different features so I was very impressed. At first I was just shopping the dealership because it is a Costco dealer but he didn't put any pressure on me to make a quick decision as I first thought I wasn't ready to act. I left the dealership for lunch and when I returned they put together an acceptable deal. The next day my car was waiting for me when I arrived to execute the documents. I would recommend Frank, Cortney, Mike, Kevin and also Ellen at the front desk who from the moment I entered and was offered coffee until I left with my wife driving the new car provided great service.. We called to schedule an appointment to see a certified pre owned jeep on a Saturday. Monday morning they call and say the jeep was sold. That's ok. Well, imagine our surprise when they call on thursday morning to say the deal fell through and we can come look at the jeep!!?!! We were so excited. I told my son's tball team he would miss his practice and my wife and I, along with my two toddlers hit the road for the one hour drive from Pennsylvania. We get there and they bring us out to a brand new jeep. Immediately I let the dealer Dave know that this was not the car we inquired about. He does searching and it turns out that they don't have our jeep. I feel like they tried to bait and switch us. I mean really....how do you do confuse a brand new jeep with a used one with 32000 miles. I was pissed!! All we got was a half hearted " uhh sorry". No offer to cover our expense of driving 100 miles round trip, wasting two hours and gas, and making my son miss his tball. What a crock. I suggest you verify your situation if you plan on doing business with them!!!! Very very disappointed. Shocked this place got such poor ratings. I came here w an issue after an Autoland alignment, they fixed Autolands terrible alignment which read 1/3 in red (yes, believe it, they literally gave me a vehicle back that wasn't aligned properly), and their tech not only called me in to speak to me about my initial concern about shakes, but showed me one of my wheels wasn't spinning straight. He then aligned my vehicle to perfection and test drove it with me afterward to ensure results. I am simply shocked on the rating it has thus received. If service is this attentive and yes, I've been back quite a few times, it's unlikely for me to assume sales or other departments deserve ANY poor rating. read more
