This was my first time coming in for a service on my vehicle. I was very impressed with the organization and the efficiency of the vehicle drop off and check in process. The customer lounge area is clean and bright. They had a TV playing yet it was quiet enough if you wanted to get some work done while you wait. The complimentary beverages are varied and plentiful. My car was finished in less time than they originally quoted. I also did not feel pressured to do any unnecessary repairs. The check-in and check-out staff were all friendly and professional. The service process was not unlike the buying process in that they both were pleasant and easy experiences. I will happily work with Ray Catena Bridgewater on my next purchase. read more

I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership. The 2nd one being in 2023. And since this purchased their customer service has greatly depreciated. The salesman Gregory was rude and dismissive in 2023 and he still is in September 2024. I received an email about my warranty and I responded with an inquiry about extending it. I received a call back and was eventually transferred to Gregory. Not only was he still dismissive but now he was downright rude. Constantly talking over me, repeating irrelevant information, and just being unprofessional. It is sad that someone can spend their hard earned money with a company and in return this how they get treated!! Avoid this dealership and the Infiniti brand entirely, it's not worth it. The service here is terrible unless money is being spent. I purchased a 2019 Q50 with 14k miles from my local Nissan dealership in September 2022 and immediately had issues within my first 100 miles. The entire experience has been awful to say the least. I've taken my car to this dealership around 4 to 5 times (more than 10 total visits at other dealers) for the same issue. Despite my car having low coolant and needing weekly refills, no AC, random stalls and CELs, black debris in coolant tank, coolant splatters in the engine bay, smoke on startup and headlights filled with water during large storms, each time I visited this dealership I was told my car was okay. This same statement was echoed by an Infiniti Corporate Technician. It was then suggested that I had these many issues due to uneven tire treads. When I purchased this vehicle, I had a powertrain warranty, basic warranty, 3rd party tire warranty, and 3rd party comprehensive warranty. As previously mentioned, I've had issues with this car immediately after purchase (well within all warranty timeframes). Despite all this, this dealership, my Service Adviser Kacper, and my Infiniti Corporate Advisor thought it would be appropriate for me to start paying out of pocket for dealer diagnostic fees. This car has been my largest financial mistake and is a huge burden. I can't travel distance in fear or my car breaking down. I don't feel safe in my car. Foolishly and with much regret, I purchased this Q50 as my previous died, reason unknown. This is my family's 6th Nissan/ Infiniti within the past decade. We will never purchase again. read more

Started my research 2-3 months ago and went to 2 other dealerships. I was emailed by Hugh C and I highly recommend that you see him for your car needs. They gave me a fair price on the car and finance part. Hugh took care of everything from beginning to end, did not even have to see a finance manager. This review is long overdue, and my apologies for the delay to Mark and Charles over at Infiniti of Bridgewater who worked hand-in-hand with us during our lease experience last December 2012. Having leased numerous vehicles before, I have a general cynicism for car dealerships as the uninformed tend to "get the treatment" - meaning if you don't know how to negotiate or know your #s, you'll get taken advantage of. Simply put, Ray Catena Infiniti of Bridgewater restored my faith in the car-leasing process. Mark Hernandez was our point of contact and exemplified what we look for in a dealer: -Quick response to inquiries (over email and the phone) -Honesty and flexibility -Genuine interest in your needs and constraints -Thinking two steps ahead and getting things done before we have to ask Mark initially fielded our lease inquiry via email and after a few interactions, I walked into Infiniti of Bridgewater with a clear idea of what I would be signing. I had 2-3 months left for my lease to expire in summer of 2020, this was my 2nd time, I had leased my car from this dealership. In my 39 months lease, I was never late with my monthly payments. I had these payments setup on auto pay with my bank account, this way I can never be late with my payments. I have always been a good customer to this dealership. After returning my old leased car, later on, I found out from Infiniti Financial that I owed them thousands of dollars for end of lease normal wear and tear. Suspecting the amount being so high, I called my insurance company, as the vehicle was insured. My car was never in an accident, was not vandalized and never had crash and most small dings and dents should have been covered under lease term's normal wear and tear allowance. I called this dealership back, hoping they will help me in sorting out this matter, guess what, never heard from them again, no email or phone call. My insurance company assessed the value of end of lease normal wear and tear at half the amount of what I was being charged. I sent Infiniti Financial the cost of repairs report from my insurance company, of course they ignored it, they wanted me to pay the higher amount based on their valuation. I feel this dealership should have absorbed the cost of normal wear and tear or helped me negotiate with Infiniti Financial to accept my insurance company report. I'll be careful next time, should the situation occurs again read more

We've been coming to this location since day one of getting our car there and they have been nothing but helpful and friendly. The waiting room is comfortable with a mix of different types of chairs, WiFi, and (last time I saw) monitors if you need to work and need an extra screen. The fridge is stocked with a few things to drink while you wait and when you get your car back, it's washed! They're good about keeping you updated about your servicing and explain everything to you in detail. Not sure if our salesperson is still there but their level of service is also excellent there. I want to start by saying that Thomas Crilly is amazing, what is not amazing is the customer service u get after you buy your car. I brought a 2019 QX 60 in March of 2019. Since I brought the truck I brought the truck back because the passenger heated seat does not get hot. Each time I brought it in I got the same response it works, yes it works it just doesn't get hot. Now I'm told there is nothing that can be done to fix my truck because according to their systems the heated seat works. I've been paying for the extended warranty only to be they will not try to figure out what is going on with my new truck. Word of advice be very careful when you a car or truck from any dealership. I leased 3 cars from this Infiniti dealership due to the great attention of my previous Salesman Ronnie and the Sales Manager Charles. Too bad they left. Today I received a call from this dealership 5 months before the end of my current lease, during the call it was unclear why I was contacted. I asked to speak to a salesperson to get the current lease offers as I consider my options. I find the Salesperson I just spoke with to be very short sighted, not willing to provide any information if you are not getting a car with him NOW. It would have been helpful to know what the current offer is, even though my lease does not expire until March. If I were a salesperson, I would never make a pre-conceived assumption about a customer's intentions. Charles convinced me to end a lease early to take advantage of another lease offer. What a difference in service experience. I drove from Staten Island to them because I was fed up with the nasty service of Kings Infinti. Wanted to schedule appointment in Edison but they were too busy. They politely transferred me to this location which were able to secure appointment for me same day. Despite being an even further drive, I refused to go back to Kings Infiniti due to their inability to treat the customers in a fair and well mannered way and decided to take the drive out to Ray Catena. They were professional and courteous from start to finish. Up front about wait times, honest about the work being done, and really put attention to their work all while making sure to make the customer feel good about doing business with them. My service person was Guido Chaves and he was great. Explained every step of the process to me and was not pushy or condescending like the Kings Infiniti guy's were. He even met with me after to explain and go over everything that was done and will need to be done in the future. He kept thanking me for coming all the way out and giving them an opportunity. Recurring registration issues w/dealership during the lease period. Two years running, no word from Bridgewater Infiniti (Giovanna handles), nor the NJ DMV. So as the leased party they handle, but you apparently have to keep track of the renewal date, and then hope you don't get pulled over with expired registration and then go down in person to fix (2 years in a row for us). My issue is outstanding. I have never had a better, more relaxed, less aggressive car buying experience. With a husband who loves cars and gets a new one WAY too often, I have been party to many, MANY awkward car buying sessions. It was totally different here. We came about a week prior to kick some tires and see if we liked the Q50 as a possible vehicle. Tom C. showed us around, let each of us test drive one of the options, and chatted with zero pressure. Then he let us leave to mull things over and didn't even call at a later point to hound us. We eventually decided about a week later that we wanted an Infiniti, so we told the manager some parameters (Tom was in training) and another associate showed up at the front door with literally with literally 4 sets of keys and let us go back and forth between the cars so we could independently decide which was best for us, answering all our questions but not being pushy at all. We were definitely taking our time, and no one rolled their eyes or made us feel like we were wasting their precious time (I'm looking at you, Lexus place down the road). We finally picked one, went back and forth like twice on our trade in, and then ended up with a car. Super low key, and Tom saw us through the whole process including finance because apparently that's Ray Catena's thing. It was so low key, and we're so happy with our car. All the pre-owned certified cars they sell are lease returns that were leased from them and services by them. Our car was beautifully detailed, low mileage, and the least expensive certified pre-owned Q50 of its year and similar mileage within 30 miles. Great experience the whole way through. read more
