Hire competent barista to adjust coffee choice, roast, to teach those kids how to make beverages properly. Hire pastry chef to teach you staff how to make proper pastries, and then if you ask people to give gratitude in advance, then at least have your waiters pick up the cups after they leave. Ham, gruyere cheese, buttery, flaky croissant, get your savory craving with this little pastry. I dabbled in quite a few items here when we stayed in Whitefish last week, I highly recommend the huckleberry muffin and scone. Friggin Hucks...my god, why do we not have this berry in CA, it's like a consistently better and sweeter blackberry. Cinnamon twists were really nice as well, light, not overly sweet. We also had some sort of quiche or maybe it was a breakfast torte I can't recall, other than I ate it all. Highly recommend their cookies! We had a brown sugar pecan cookie that was out of this world this week! We also had a chocolate chip with sea salt cookie which was also really tasty. I recommend you grab your cookies and a coffee or tea and spread out a blanket in the grassy park next to the train station. We had the best afternoon! read more

I was excited to try this bake shop during our three night stay in Whitefish. The mocha I ordered did take a bit of time to make but it was really good. We came here everyday during our stay and I tried the cannele, Chocolate Orange croissant, salted chocolate chip cookies, and the kouign-aman. The Kouign-aman was a bit too greasy for my liking but to be fair, I think it's known as the greasiest pastry in Europe. My favorite thing was the cannele. We ordered two on our second day and I had to pick up two more to bring home. It was my first time trying one of those and now I'm hooked. The space is really cute and I was glad to see that they had closed off every other table and taking precautions during COVID. We will definitely be back the next time we visit. read more

The space is fresh, clean, and, in good weather, totally open to the street front. It's stylish without sacrificing comfort. It is busy and so worth it.
