Such a treat. Pricey but not something done often and when you reserve for an out of town family get together, it is fancy fun. Service is impeccable, attentive. We had a private room for our party of 9 (charge added). Enjoyed a pre- cocktail, choice of tea and then our tiered service menu. Accommodated an allergy need as well. Gratuity included for larger parties. A tradition with us and we look forward to it every year.

This is the only place in St. Louis to have formal tea. You MUST have reservations, which annoying. The servings are very sparse and look nothing like the pictures. I did enjoy the quiet, relaxing atmosphere and the tea. I wish there were more options on the menu such as a cheese plate, fruit, and sandwiches. They do refill plates per request for free. I did not like the food served. The bread was plain, there were no scones, and nothing had much flavor.

Fleur de Thé Tea Room has a beautifully charming atmosphere that's perfect for a relaxing tea experience. The floral murals on the walls and the elegant chandelier lighting create a cozy yet upscale vibe. I ordered the lavender tea, which was absolutely splendid--so much so that I ended up buying a bag to take home. The food, however, was just okay. I ordered the Versailles, which included finger sandwiches, scones, and a variety of desserts. While the presentation was lovely, the sandwiches could use more variety; they were all served on white bread, and I wish there had been different types to elevate the flavors. The options--curry chicken salad, salmon, vegetable, and cucumber--were decent but not particularly memorable. Overall, I'd return for the tea and atmosphere, but the food could use a creative touch to match the tearoom's enchanting setting.

Had a wonderful high tea experience at Fleur de Thé! The menu has four high tea options as well as a light tea for smaller appetites. The tea room is bright, elegant, and sophisticated. Our waiter was extremely friendly and talked us through the menu and provided great recommendations for teas that pair well with each high tea option we chose. I had the Cape Town South Africa high tea and really loved the peri peri chicken sandwich. I chose the Water Garden tea and it was superb! It was a beautiful shade of pink and tasted like fresh watermelon. My friend had the Windsor English afternoon tea with the Earl Grey Queen's blend tea. She loved her tea and even bought some to take home because it was so delicious. They have a great selection of teas to purchase as well as tea cups and sparkling tea which peaked my interest. Reservations are required so make sure to book before you go! I can't wait to go back and try a different high tea.

The tea was wonderful, as were the sandwiches, scones, and desserts. Just not enough food for the money IMO. I guess you're paying more for ambiance which was FANTASTIC, and service which was really good too. It's just that I was there for filling my tummy too, but that didn't happen. I'm glad I tried, but I don't think I'll be back.

I am so glad Fleur de Thé opened in Tower Grove--what an absolute jewel of a spot! We went for brunch and the entire experience was nothing short of lovely. The ambiance is so charming with soft and whimsical décor. Our friend Clay matched it! The food? Divine. The menu has just the right balance of sweet and savory. Each plate is artfully presented. The tea selection is fantastic and provides fragrant blends that are the perfect complement to the meal. Service was warm and attentive--exactly what you'd hope for at a place like this. Tower Grove is lucky to have it!

I was in town for the weekend and wanted to find a unique activity that my bestfriend, her 5-yr old daughter, and I could do while I was visiting. Coincidentally Fleur de Thé popped up on my Yelp feed as a hot & new restaurant in the STL area. I'm a huge fan of high tea and have had the pleasure of experiencing it in London, Kuala Lumpur, and a couple of spots in California. High tea sounded like a fantastic idea, especially bringing an imaginary tea party to life for my friend's daughter. Fleur de Thé was the real deal. It appeared to be a British family-owned business, and the overall experience was exactly how I expected. The tea salon was classy and elegant, including the tableware and settings. We had a young gentleman as our main server, who was friendly and very helpful. He was helped to explain the menu in great detail, and I appreciated his insight on the different teas. There was another staff member in a chef's whites, and she was sweet as well. Just great hospitality and customer service overall. I got the Cape Town, which included peri peri chicken, salmon and cream cheese, cucumber and dill, and veggie spread sandwiches; plain scones with sides of berry jam, fresh cream, and butter; and an assortment of cake bon bons and chocolate mousse. Everything tasted amazing, but the desserts were especially divine. The chocolate mousse was light and airy, and the bon bons were like the best cake pops I've ever had. The lemon bon bon was particularly my favorite. I chose the loveliest tea with my food. I got the rooibos hammam, which was on the fruity and floral side. Even without milk and sugar, it had a nice sweetness to it.

I am so glad I found this little gem! My family recently went to the UK and we fell in love love with the afternoon tea experience. Fleur de The did not disappoint! The food and scones were very good. But the tea........oh, my gosh! The Queen's Garden tea was the best tea I have ever had in my life. It tasted like an apple pie. I will definitely come again!

I cannot rave about Fleur de Thé enough. Service was wonderful, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was like stepping into an episode of Bridgerton. I appreciate that that offer four different types of tea services. Other High Tea's offer just one. The variety will definitely keep you coming back for more. I know I will be.

Excellent service! My girlfriends and I were excited to try this new tea room as we have known one another for over 40 years and met in South Africa as children. We couldn't wait to meet the owner who is from there. Outside of the nostalgia for our past, the service was impeccable, the food "just right", the atmosphere inviting and charming. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will be going back

St. Louis needed this! This place is absolutely perfect. The decor is absolutely gorgeous and it feels like a proper tea room. The best place about this place is the different options. As someone who hates mayo, afternoon tea can be limiting but Fleur de thè has 4 tea options and 2 of them have no mayo elements. I went with the Cape Town option and the flavors were incredible. Our waitress was so helpful with picking teas and filled us up with water when we were running low and asked if we needed any extra scones or snacks to ensure we got enough. Would absolutely recommend for tea

    Deirdre C.

A beautiful, serene atmosphere conducive to conversation. The owner and servers were very friendly. The choices for tea were multiple varieties of white, green, rooibos, and more! We had the Windsor tea and were delighted with the tasty sandwiches, scones and more. Treat yourself!

I'd attend such a meeting, but more so for the lulz (but also to share my beliefs). I'm pleased to report that there's none of that going on here, that I'm aware of. Granted, this was a Sunday morning. I was there with my running group as part of our ongoing unofficial breakfast burrito tour, the last such stop until this fall, due to upcoming marathon training. Of course it was the most unpleasant day of the year, maybe ever, with a heat index of 117 (no hyperbole). I changed shirts before I came in and then sweated through that shirt as well. One of the ladies I was with left a gross pool of sweat in her chair after she left. It didn't occur to me to pull a Charlamagne tha God until hours later. I'm growing as a human being. Part of that growth is gradually coming to realize that seasonal lattes, unless they have sort of especially distinct flavor, like banana, aren't going to taste like anything other generic artificial sweetener, let alone what they purport to be. I considered ordering an iced caramel latte, but I figured what the heck. I went with something called a Miso Brown Sugar Latte. It was good for what it was, but I don't know that anyone, if you gave it to them to try, could identify it as that. I liked the fact that it had a somewhat more pronounced coffee flavor, compared to some places where it mostly just tastes like a glass of milk. I wasn't as crazy about the fact that it took a while for the ice cubes to cool it down, probably longer than it would have taken if it were served in a glass cup. I went with something called the Annex Burrito, which I didn't realize until after I ordered it is not the only burrito they carry. I guess you can also get a bog-standard breakfast burrito with bacon, eggs and cheese. This one comes with corn, beans and some sort of unidentified crema for the same amount. Maybe they give you less bacon. Mine didn't have a lot of bacon, but the bacon it did have was not crisp and had a precooked vibe. The latter was more of an issue for me than the former. I'm a savage in that way. I did appreciate the fact that it was griddled, possibly using a panini press. The exterior was ever so slightly crisp, while the interior was pizza roll-level molten. The overall vibe was similar to those microwave burritos they used to carry at 7-11, but in a good way. All I needed was a mini truck enthusiast magazine filled with photos of bikini-clad Latinas and a Windex-blue Slurpee, but I was able to make do with a lukewarm mystery latte and the old ladies I run with. I'm resourceful.
