Not a lot of room on the inside. Went here for a quick family lunch and spent $45 on 3 regular 4oz burgers, 1 large fry, a kids grilled cheese that comes with a .25 bag of Lays chips and 4 drinks. There were food carts nearby that I should have gone to...or the pizza place next door. The food wasn't that bad and came out piping hot, but it was just a bit overpriced for a quick lunch and very basic. Very limited menu so don't expect a lot of options. read more

Excellent spot! We had the single cheese burger and a single burger with peppers and onions with large fries and ice cream desert consisting of strawberry cheesecake and coconut chocolate chip. Everything was awesome including the price which was surprising being that the joint is located in the heart of a tourist trap for niagra falls. Everything else around is garbage. The burger was super fresh. Made to order. Cooked and flipped right in front of ya. Super soft and perfect. The bun was awesome and the fries were delicious. Nice size order also. There's not usually much to say about burger joints, this is a good one. The value is spot on, the flavor is good, and the fries get piled on, so a large could probably serve 4. They also have ice cream and shakes, which I did not try, but would have if I hadn't gotten the double patty burger...with bacon...lettuce...and surprisingly RED and tasty tomatoes. Horrible burger place. If you're looking for a place to eat a good tasting hamburger, DO NOT EAT HERE: 1. Service was terrible. We ordered five burgers, yet only received four. When we told one of the workers, he went outside to the table my family was sitting at and counted how many burgers we had because he didn't believe us! He argued with us that there is no problem, until he finally realized on the receipt that we had ordered five burgers. Only then did he get us another one. Also, my mom ordered a burger with onions, but did not get them. Basically, it was horrible and rude service. 2. Burger was disgusting. Patty was below average, buns were stale, veggies were gross. Not a good burger whatsoever. 3. Fries were worse than the ones you buy at a grocery store. Overall, this burger joint is very bad and not worth your time. At our first walk through of the "strip" old Falls street. My boyfriend and I discounted this spot. But after a long day visiting the cave of the wind and Luna island we decided to check Flip Burger out. We were really, really glad we did. Hands down the best burger in the area. A must visit when in Niagara Falls. The fries are delicious too. A bit salty but very well cooked. Can't knock a star bc of it as I have started to cut down on salt so any salt I find salty. To top it off all your toppings are free and wow do they have a great selection of toppings.
