I'm a little torn. They make their own brioche rolls, which are great. The burger was very fresh and juicy and did not appear to be preformed. But why make your own buns and have such fresh, all natural burgers just to make processed American cheese the only option? I do like that they don't nickel and dime you on toppings. I had mayo and sriracha and they gave me a LOT of sriracha on one side, and mayo on the other side so even though the heat didn't bother me too much, the flavors didn't meld very well, especially with the American cheese. I should have stuck with ketchup and mustard. I think I would have enjoyed my burger a lot more. There's covered seating outside, and the location on Old Falls Street right next to Niagara Falls State Park is excellent. They also have ice cream and milk shakes. Service was great. read more

We were walking down the street and seen this place and decided to try it after looking at the reviews. The place is super small combined with an ice cream shop. Service is pretty quick. Choice are in the menu burgers, chicken sandwich, hot dog and fries. I chose the Cajun chicken sandwich was really good and I like that they have tons of toppings that you can choose from to add with no extra cost. The place does not have fountains drinks only bottle which are highly priced but the food portions are a good size. A large fry was plenty to be shared with my family of 3. We came in right at the right time to be able to get a table but they have sitting inside and outside. I didn't like that they do not have a bathroom for customers because after eating a made a mess and had no where to wash my hands at all. The place was clean. Very delicious meal! Located in somewhat of a strip mall, the atmosphere was fun and bright. My husband and I ordered a single bacon cheeseburger with all the toppings (no extra charge) and a large fry. They grilled the mushrooms which added a nice flavor and the other toppings are kept nice and cold so the whole freshness of everything together was heaven. I got a single cheese burger and added bacon to it, because I thought a single was not going to be enough meat (my assumption being based off of other fast food restaurants). I was wrong the cheese burger was perfect. I got everything on it expecting them not to put enough on (again based off of other fast food restaurants). But again I was wrong they put more than enough toppings on the cheese burger. I also got a small fry and a small onion petal (pieces of onion breaded and fried). Since its COVID, it is difficult to find great food in this area worth the price you pay. I must say, this place is worth it! The burgers are very good! You get a lot of fries, the big cookies and shakes are delicious too. After eating overpriced, sub par food in this area, I was pleasantly surprised! You can also request, the following at no cost; grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, jalapenos, relish. There is an added charge for cheese and bacon. If you know of the burger joint Five Guys, you can compare Flip Burger with that famous food chain, except better meat quality. They have tons of toppings to choose from with no extra charge. My family of 4 found ourselves paying under $40 for 3 double burgers and 2 single burgers. They have very limited seating inside, but tons outside. Kind of inconvenient to walk across the street to the hotel to handle your business. So, the burgers here are at best ok. If you have ever gone to 5 guys, you will immediately start the comparison game at the outset of ordering. Same concept, 1 or 2 patties, cheese or bacon, and the list of toppings. The burger is not bad, but it's not great either. The fries are lack luster as well. I think it's a little pricey, so that adds to the feeling. Small space, but it's not a closet.
