If there was confusion about memberships or waivers, that was due to inconsistent communication, not dishonesty on our part. Saying our "plan all along" was to get free workouts is an assumption, not a fact. We had no reason to waste our own time just to get two workouts. You also admit in your response that I was told to go ahead and work out before everything was finalized, which contributed to the confusion. Instead of acknowledging that there was a misunderstanding, you've chosen to publicly call us liars and question our intentions. Our nephew was excited to show us how he had learned a tumbling run ending in a flip in just five days! As a former teacher myself, I appreciated the way that the instructor addressed each child by name, lining them up safely and comfortably to wait outdoors for their parents to pick them up!
