I had mentioned at the beginning before my sons trial that my son is autistic and therefore is a runner. The class was o.k, the teacher wasn't very warm towards my son or any of the kids actually . She wasn't mean but I would say just a very dry personality for someone who works with children. After I wrote my review about the class being ok but not recommending it for other children that may be special needs because of the fact that they had the doors open and the teacher didn't really Try to assist me when she saw me struggling.. I got an email with all these classes that would be suitable for my son . I was upset that these classes all of a sudden became available until after my review . I responded and then never got anything back . Just feels like I was ignored once again and that person just wanted to be able to check something off their list to say that they "provided" me with more options . I don't feel heard . Again , don't recommend for families with special needs .

The interior is nice and spacious, with lots of mat space for the kids. They attended class each day from 8:30 am until 12;30 and we picked them up when they were done to drive them home. We stopped in to watch the last ten minutes or so of class. The class seemed very well organized, with all kids engaged, and being attended to. Our nephew was excited to show us how he had learned a tumbling run ending in a flip in just five days! As a former teacher myself, I appreciated the way that the instructor addressed each child by name, lining them up safely and comfortably to wait outdoors for their parents to pick them up!

I love the atmosphere, I…read moreappreciate how Lindsay customizes each workout for me and all of her clients, and I'm impressed with the way her team of trainers motivate and lead others to high levels of fitness achievement. Revamp is not like other gyms in the area. If u are looking for an impersonal, dark, dirty gym--there are some in the area that could work for u--but Revamp is definitely not that gym. I like Revamp not only for the equipment and the knowledgable training staff, but also because of its untraditional setting. Revamp is housed at a former school and still has the charm of old style pane windows and blackboards in the workout areas. The space is clean and bright. I visited several gyms and even sampled some fitness classes in the area before selecting Revamp. With no doubt in my mind, I know I made the right decision. Lindsay customizes my workouts and can modify on the fly if needed. She uses her experience, her knowledge, and also her intuition when working with clients. Lindsay knew one of my goals was to workout outside sometimes--so she's surprised me with workouts down by Morro Rock and at a park and other outdoor settings. I am grateful I found Lindsay. She brightens my week and I'm so glad she has shared her passion and courageously built her business by opening Revamp Training Studio.
