Great business. The staff is all very friendly and well educated on the procedures and recovery instructions. The office is clean and pleasantly decorated. The rooms have comfortable chairs, relaxing dim lighting, and TVs. In regards to treatment there are several different sizes of applicators for your individual needs. The technicians take the time to place the applicators in the best position for the best "grab" and results. Pain wise, the treatment is non invasive and doesn't cause much discomfort. I do 80%. Recovery is fast, slight soreness in the area. When massaging the area, it feels slightly bruised for 2-4 days. However there is no discomfort throughout the day or visual bruising. Appointment booking is easy, you can do it online, they text you reminders a week before, a day before, and a few hours before. Parking is accessible as well. Result: I have done two treatments on my flanks (two areas) or "love handles." I am already thin, however the area has always been stubborn for me. I was quite happy with the results after the first session, and even happier with the second session. However, I have had one treatment of cool sculpting in the past, several years ago on the same area. The process was very painful, it hurt for days after with serious bruising. It negatively effected my ability to complete tasks at work, and the bruising was embarrassing. In addition, one treatment of 4 areas of cool sculpting cost my 4,000 compared to 200 an area with cryo. There is plenty of research available on both treatments, I reviewed studies and decided on cryo. However, Everyone is different, but I highly suggest trying flip your look first. I went to Flip Your Look for a fat freezing treatment! I was greeted by Gabby and led to a clean, welcoming room. Soon after Linda and Gabby did a quick consultation with me to answer my questions about the technology of fat freezing. I decided to get 3 areas done. Chin, tummy, and arms. They both worked to attach the machine to my body. I could tell that they really care about their clients because they constantly asked if the suction was ok and if I was comfortable. When I expressed my arm was uncomfortable they quickly adjusted the machine and added some pillows to support my arm. I didn't really feel the cold because they put a frostbite barrier on each area before. So if I could describe the feeling, I would say it feels like you have an ice pack wrapped in a paper towel on your body. After a few minutes, I didn't even notice it. I was greeted by a nice woman Taylor at the front desk who got me checked in and after I signed a waiver we were immediately off to treatment. She explained the nature of what she was doing at all times and I felt extremely comfortable. I was provided with a call light and relaxing atmosphere to catch up on calls and emails while the procedure took place. OK, so let me start by saying I was extremely nervous before going in to get my lower abdomen done. I have never done anything like this before and I was worried that it might be unbearably cold, painful, or leave lots of bruising - but this was not at all the case! I found the procedure incredibly pain free. Once the vacuum started I felt more like I wanted to give all than the pinching I've read about as it was almost ticklish and although it was cold it didn't feel worse than having an ice pack on the area. Olivia, my technician, was amazingly kind and sweet and put me at ease 100%. She was awesome about talking me through each step of the way. Prior to coming in I had read that some reviews mentioned unfriendly service, having a bad experience with their groupon, and pushy staff- Very happy to say that this was not at all my experience. In addition to Olivia's wonderful service, I also had great customer service on the phone before booking and asking questions,, and Iused the Groupon and had no problems at all, and got my full service time. I got the Coolsculpting treatment done on 3 areas, so they did the first two areas and then the third area afterwards. The entire appointment took about 1 hour and thirty minutes. The coolsculpting itself wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. I got it done on my flanks and my upper abs. It was cold and uncomfortable for the procedure, but overall wasn't that bad. I would definitely do it again. The worst part was definitely at the end when they massaged the areas. That only lasted for a minute or so though, and was definitely bearable. I went to "Flip Your Look" for cryolipolysis ("cool sculpting"). I've had stubborn pockets of fat on my chest; kind of annoying. It would not go away, even when I lost body fat elsewhere. So I had a session that concentrated on each nipple area. (That counts as two treatments.) [A quick word about the dreaded "male boobs." Sometimes it's fat, but sometimes it's gland growth, a condition called Gynecomastia. You can't treat gynecomastia by freezing. I had checked with a specialist beforehand to confirm that it was not that.] The Flip Your Look facility is new, nice, and clean. (They had recently moved in.) The technicians were very polite and helpful. Getting one of those applicators attached in just the right place ended up being quite tricky. She had to work pretty hard to get it going and yet she was gentle and polite the entire time. The cold sensation is mildly stinging when it first starts. But it's less than if you were to take an ice pack straight out of the freezer and put it on your stomach. In any case, the feelings subside after a few minutes. So I spent a (sort of) relaxing 40 minutes lying there, and it was done. It was a little irritated for the next couple of days but that passed soon enough. I did not notice much change for the first couple of weeks, but now it seems like those areas are reduced little bit. I do want to go back for a second treatment. I've been here several times already since 2020. Normally I'm pretty active but due to COVID and a stressful job I found zero time to work out. I love that the place is clean and the staff is friendly. But most importantly-- the procedures do work. It takes me about a month to truly see some results but my treated areas look significantly slimmer after treatments one month in. I keep coming back because I continue to struggle with working out consistently AND even when I did work out-- my flanks were never as defined as I wanted them because of stubborn fat. These people are so unprofessional. I scheduled an appointmemt with them and someone else was using what i was going to use. They told me if i wanted to wait itd be about an extra 45 minutes. Keep in mind i had set an appointment. This shouldnt have been an issue, but i said okay no worries. So i came back the next day and ive been waiting for 35 minutes and noones here. Its empy. They made me drive out here TWICE for no reason! I cant even get my parking validated. Also, they had canceled my appointment without prior notice or reason before the first two times. so they had actually inconvenienced me three times. Dont bother coming to them.
