However, I left feeling unclear about the qualifications of the person who performed my injections and whether the providers were operating under another individual's medical license. During my appointment, an employee took photos of me and laughed while looking at them, which made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable. Although I was told I needed more than 20 units, I explained that I only wanted the 20 units I had purchased, focused around my eyes. After the treatment, my eye became swollen and bruised, which has made me concerned about the placement of the injections. Based on my personal experience, I will not return. I strongly encourage others to confirm the injector's name, credentials, and level of experience before receiving any treatment here.

Susie is one of a kind, she takes time to listen and understand, while also sharing her expertise and recommendations. I've never had a problem that she hasn't been able to help with. I was so excited when the stars aligned and they were available on a date where I was available. On the day of my appointment, I had a really hard time finding Our Secret Place. It was secretly tucked in a corner. If you struggle to find them. Look for Yoo's Place and they are next door to the left. There is a parking structure nearby that would be the best place to park since the parking spots closer to the spa were limited to 1 hour. When I arrived, the receptionist seemed to know who I was. I must have been their only client that evening. I was further surprised that I didn't have to sign any waivers that you normally do at spas. I was welcomed back to the treatment room and introduced to Angela, my esthetician. Her English seems limited but she was very nice and sweet from our nonverbal interactions. Angela gave me a top to change into for the facial. For those who are unfamiliar with a Bojin facial, it is a Chinese therapeutic technique that massages the face's meridian. I saw that Angela had 3 different jade-looking tools to help her get deep into the meridian points and the muscular fascia. The benefits of a Bojin facial is that it improves the lymphatic drainage, boosts circulation, releases tension, and sculps the face. If you're familiar with gua sha, it's like a gentle relaxing version of gua sha for the face. Angela started off with a cleanse with steam. Wow her massage techniques were sooooo relaxing and soothing. Her hands were so intuitive, and all of the spots she targeted felt like a big relief. It's that amazing feeling during massages where you know your masseuse knows exactly what they're doing. Angela is incredible. I was so relaxed I fell asleep, so sorry if I can't give the full accounts of the experience. When I somewhat woke up, there was still facial massaging and a face mask where she massaged my neck, shoulders, and arms while the face mask was doing its' magic. Then cleansing, moisturizing, serums, the usual. I recommend the Bojin facial for those who want a therapeutic facial massage, with the skin care being secondary. And if you decide to try it, definitely ask for Angela. She's great. I know she also does scalp massages and body massages, so I definitely want to come back to try other services here too.

I also bought the retinol they recommended. The injections were absolutely painless. I unfortunately was part of the few that had a massive headache for 5 days, after the 1st 3 days, and fortunately it went away. No bruising or any other side effects. I like how they recommend a 2 week follow-up to double check everything. They put 1 unit above one eyebrow to even out the eyebrow raise. 2nd visit was offered a water, and then I consulted with the first lady about my questions, then my nurse injector came in with a student (or trainee), and she was super informative as well. They helped ease my anxiety for masseter botox. I have limited movement on forehead with raising brows, and my crows feet look great. Highly recommend this place.

I was always a little skeptical about Fat Freezing but after trying out Flip Your Look I'm so hooked. The facility is extremely clean and professional and everyone was so nice from the minute I walked in! The process was quick and painless, and every fifteen minutes or so someone came in to check in with me and make sure I was comfortable. I bought a Groupon for 3 sessions, and since I'm doing both my inner thighs I'll have to get one more, but even without the coupon it's still super affordable! I just had my first session today so I still have a ways to go in the process, but I can't wait for my next appointment! read more

I came in for my third fat freezing treatment and was taken care of by my usual technician gabbi. She is incredible and I highly recommend her. I've seen a huge difference since my first treatment three months ago, I've lost a large percentage of body fat in my abdomen and my abs are starting to somewhat show. I was glad to see that all staff was wearing a face mask and the rooms are cleaned between patients. All the ladies were friendly and professional. The treatment was over in 40 minutes and virtually painless. You will feel a slight pinching and coldness for the first couple minutes. The technicians were so kind and helpful, and answered my many questions. The entire process was quick & easy. For my calves, the machine was near my bone so there was discomfort when I moved. I was having lunch on Main Street, and I joked with my boyfriend I should walk over to the business and see if she's even alive. The building is one of those places like the Phoenix salons, where there are a bunch of little rooms people rent. I walked up to her door and I could hear her cackling with a client, like a valley school girl, about Trump. I left because I didn't want to disturb the client. So if she tries to say she was in the hospital or her sister recently died and couldn't get back to me, that is a lie. Apparently she is a billionaire that advertises on Groupon with no intention of honoring it. It amazes me how many people sign up for Groupon, and are mad that people buy them and actually want to use them. It looks like she gets pretty good reviews, so I am at a loss for what happened here.

I bought a Morpheus 8 session here as a birthday gift for a friend in June…read more She had concerns about how the treatment was performed and asked the office for her treatment record, specifically the settings that were used. She emailed twice and got no reply. I called the office twice and emailed twice as the person who paid. No response to any of it, over 14 days. I wasn't expecting a detailed response since it's her medical record but responding to one of us would have been nice. During her session she noticed the handpiece being lifted off her skin at the moment the device fired, three or four times that she counted. Those felt like a sharp shock at the surface rather than the deeper sensation she remembered from her previous treatments elsewhere. Her session was one pass. Her prior treatment elsewhere was two passes with the handpiece held in place through each pulse. Afterward her skin looked different from last time as well. Of course recovery varies and that redness isn't a measure of anything on its own, so nobody is claiming the treatment did or didn't work. It's too early to know. The support staff was honestly amazing up until the service itself. Then they just sort of disappeared (which is very odd when she requested details of her record). What I can speak to here is what happened after. A patient asking for her own treatment record is a routine request, and being met with silence is not what I expected from a practice with this rating. If the office reaches out to her and resolves this, I'll update the review to say so. UPDATE: Filing a complaint with the medical board as we had someone reach out to us and indicate they cannot legally ignore the patients request for treatment details or records (I'm not the patient but the patient did reach out)

I can only speak from my own personal experience, but after two treatments I noticed the skin lesion that had concerned me was gone. Of course, everyone's situation is different, so I can't say what others may experience. I'm hoping to get an appointment tomorrow because I've developed another eruption on my back. Horrible Groupon experience, with the Irvine location…read more The Huntington location doesn't even return calls, (I left 2 messages with my phone #) so why would I expect the Irvine location to actually leave me a message informing me that they can't honor my Groupon. Last time I checked, all iPhones have a voicemail option. A professional business person would have left a message instead of ponding me off with their opening employee knowing I had booked their first 10 AM appointment. Already in route from Anaheim. As I am being courteous to be on time for my 10am appt, I get a call at 9:26. Only to be canceled, how rude and inconsiderate!!!! Does CryoUSA think gasoline grows on trees! When I scheduled my appointment I informed them that I had purchased thru Groupon, (I will share a picture how the Groupon fine print states: ...not valid for customers active in the last 12 months", which I have not been. When I was a customer over 12 months ago the service was very mediocre. I purchased the BOA compression massage, they basically zip you up into some snow pants and you're laying on a massage cot in an open area where everybody walking in and out of there can see you. There's no privacy there's only one person handling the desk so if she's busy helping someone else you have to unzip yourself or lay there and call out to them, which is what I had to do several times. No one came and checked on me during those visits so it's not like they're giving excellent customer service I'm not sure what they really pride themselves on other than they have the machine customers wanna use. Either way super frustrating for me as a paying customer. I had to turn around and come home, reach out to Groupon and request a refund. This is really bad Customer Service I don't care that I have to unzip myself, I just wanna rent their machine for an hour but they would rather have no paying customer come in then a customer paying with a discount.
