I had two crepes from Blue Cow. The first was the chicken caesar salad crepe. The owner said it was a new addition to his menu so he was looking for feedback on it. I loved it. It had the right amount of dressing, chicken, and lettuce all tucked into a nice little crepe which served as the croutons for this "salad". It was pretty easy to eat as well which can sometimes be a problem with crepes. I also got a a lemon dessert crepe which was delicious! It was sweet without being overly sugary or overly lemony. Both the "meal" crepes and the "dessert" crepes are absolutely fantastic and will leave you feeling full. If you see Blue Cow around town don't hesitate to get yourself a crepe! You won't regret it!

They have the most tender & juiciest brisket, their chicken is divine, their pork is absolutely scrumptious, and their whole menu is serious business. You must try everything! This past weekend, they were at their usual Friday spot for the first time this season, so of course we stopped for some amazing food. My husband and his friend both ordered the brisket grilled cheese, my daughter had the fried chicken tenders and french fries, and I had the brisket Mac n cheese bowl with fried onions. Everything tasted as good as it sounds! I could seriously have that Mac n cheese bowl every single day and not get sick of it. Portions on all orders are huge! And their bbq sauces are honestly incredibly so darn good. I could not recommend this food truck enough. They make weekly stops in Slinger, Mequon, Grafton, Cedarburg and West Bend. I had a Chicago dog and Freddie added some slaw for me to try. I have to say it was one of the best I have ever had!. Done to the poppy seed roll, it is authentic and great price at $4.00. Check it out Grafton! I am doing back today for a sandwich. He has a huge selection and along with great food, he has a great sense of humor. I would recommend this over Cousins or Subway any day!! The pork belly had nice slick slices, good ribbons of fat, and melt in your mouth tender. The mashed potatoes were sweet, and creamy, with a little chunkiness. Bun was toasted nicely, but a grilled option would make it even better. Tried most of the sauces, and found a couple that I really liked, the Gold Tang and Alabama White. My wife's experience was not as good mine was. Her's was the chopped brisket. Some of the meat was excellent, but there was enough dry pieces that you really needed to have sauce. A bit disappointing. The potato salad was very good. Very fresh, with good picklet flavor. Service: The folks that took care of us were all super friendly and helpful. Got some needed help with ordering, and advice on the sauces to try. Even stopped by during the meal to check on us. Atmosphere: The place is small, but they have comfortable seating for different size groups. It' has a casual barbecue feel to it. There were several other small groups there, and the noise level was good, easy to have comfortable conversations. The selection of sauces on the table, and the sauce bar are easy to figure out and use. Might be helpful to have small plastic cups by the bar for self service. Enjoyed most of the meal.
