The hot cappuccino and iced mochaccino were very tasty. The three ingredient omelet was one of the best my wife has had in quite a while, sausage, red onion and tomato. I had a Texan Croissant with a fresh fried egg, crispy bacon and melted cheese on one of the best buttery French croissants i've ever gnoshed on, the croissant was so buttery i ended up using a knife and fork to eat it and i enjoyed every bite. Both meals came with a small salad. I picked up a bag of La Tazza whole bean coffee and we both loved a cup of it just now. I bought a bag of Dolce Vita, Columbian origins. We've bought their beans before and loved them and their roastery/ coffee shop is close to our house. We're already planning a second visit to Flo Paris. .

Cute little quaint bakery, all the goods taste so so good! On the pricier side for baked goods but the coffee was good and reasonably priced. Very friendly staff who are very accommodating when taking orders or checking in on how your food and drinks are.

I heard they had new management and I got excited to try it again since I live nearby. Sadly, it was maybe slightly improved but nothing I'd recommend or go back for. I got a couple macarons that tasted like the frozen Sam's Club box macarons and a chocolate almond croissant that wasn't worth it at all. Dont waste your time going here and choose another local family owned place instead

It looks like under new management but I hear the staff speaking French so that's good. Casual ambiance. Pluses 1. Lots of goodies to see and try 2. Plain croisssont so flaky and warm 3. Oat cappuccino is good Areas to improve Still have problems with timing and organization. I didn't get a number today while everyone else did! I was afraid they would forget about my order! The couple after me got their breakfast while I was still waiting for my plain croissant and oat cappuccino. The previous team also had poor timing with any coffee drinks it just took forever and sometimes wouldn't come until you finished your meal. Also they have problems with figuring out if they have already completed the drink. The food looks really good and I love supporting local business. Probably 3.5 stars but I will round up today. Recommended but some areas to improve to have a better experience.

I've been here almost a decade ago and sparingly since then, but when I heard there was new management, I went to go check it out. The owners and staff are French and you can tell they really care about what they have to offer. I wanted a marble cake slice and they said they wouldn't sell it to me because it was the last one and it didn't look good enough to sell. We got the cheesecake and wow it's amazing. Perfectly creamy and smooth with the fruit jam and chocolate adding the right amount of sweetness. Dare I say my favorite cheesecake in all of Houston. Inside the restaurant looks like it did all those years back. It's still light and airy and clean inside. Definitely recommend trying it out.

Flor--here we go! The owner was behind the counter from south of France so soooooo authentic! These are new owners who are legit! I had my first order from Flo Paris and was very excited to try the Chicken and Brie crepes. It came with a side house salad. The chicken was barely seasoned, but my larger concern was that it was not cooked fully. My salad was just field greens. My colleague at least had a slice of tomato, but I did not. When you order food to go, it comes in a box, so I plated mine to eat. In the photo you will see what was received. Lastly, the crepe had a texture of and tasted more like a tortilla. It wasn't bad, but it was not light like a crepe.

Haven't been in here in a few years, so decided to take a visit for some coffee and pastries. We were greeted with a warm welcome by the staff, they were both very kind and helpful. All the pastries, desserts, and food looked amazing! It was a little difficult to decided without ordering all of it. Ordered a couple lattes as well which came out looking perfect and tasted just as good. The place itself was very clean and inviting and had a nice ambiance to enjoy your fun little treat. All from this experience I will definitely want to frequent Flo Paris more often. It was amazing and I enjoyed everything thoroughly. :)

We dined here after the reccomendation from some neighborhood friends. The experience was great and I would easily go back! The food is very good. I had the Paris criossant which had ham and cheese. This was excellent: soft, rich, buttery, not too salty, not tough, not overly cheesy or overdone in any way. It was really a great balance of the ingredients. It came with a small simple side salad with balsamic dressing which was nothing fancy but it was fresh. I had the Americano coffee and it was great: A robust, clean coffee flavor with more richness than a typical drop coffee. This restaurant does not offer unlimited coffee refills that could tell. My companion had the chai latte and it was exceptionally good: Unlike many mass market chai lattes, this was not overly sweet or overly heavy. It was a great balance of minimal sweetness, minimal cream, while having an appropriate chai flavor. Very good! We shared an upside down crossiant-like sticky bun and it was amazing: A soft inside somewhere between a croissant and a high quality bread, with crunchy sweetness where the sugar and spice sank to the bottom of the pan. Like the other products, this was not over-reliant on any one feature, but a great balance between bread and sweetness. Not bland, but not screaming sweet or oily. The prices are very reasonable. The two of us had two lunch/brunch entrees, 2 coffees, and a single desert pastry for about $40. The service was also very good. The restaurant was busy with workers working tables and working behind the counter. The manager (or owner) brought out samples of a desert which we tried and would buy. The service was reasonably quick. The coffee was brewed fresh. The food was all fresh. I would easily go back here again!

Loved how calming and quiet it was in here! Was able to do some work and talk with a friend,l. The food was good! Never had a savory crepe and only thing missing was more sauce. Kind of pricey. The food is good, and they even have sandwiches which is nice. I shared a giant linzer cookie, a fruit tart, and a millefeuille with some friends, and they were all really delicious. It's in a strip mall and has a chill outdoor patio type thing. The interior was kind of unsettling to me. On the left, there's a really nice looking glass case of all the different and delicious pastries. They even have different French canned and boxed products for sale. But then there's the plastic tables which felt like cheap patio furniture... except that they're inside. And the self-serve soda machine just really felt like it didn't belong. Do you want to be classy or do you want to be not? I wouldn't make a trip specifically for this place, but if I was in the area and had time to kill, maybe. read more

This place was super cute! A perfect spot for a quick bite and/or coffee. I got some breakfast crepes which were delicious. The vanilla latte was incredible. It wasn't too sweet nor too strong, just right. I wish this place had multiple locations... they should consider opening one in Austin!! I would definitely go back here again next time I'm in town. You can't beat the laid back atmosphere and yummy coffee. The staff was friendly and efficient too. A wonderful choice that would not disappoint! read more

Wow. I cannot wait to come back and nom all the beautiful and delicious pastries they have here! If their pastries are anything like their mochas (INCREDIBLE) then oh dang I need to come back here asap. Serious works of art! This place has the best dessert in Houston! The lemon tart, apple tart and strawberry cream puff were all to die for! I'd go back in a heart beat. Very disappointed. Ate breakfast here with friends. Ordered an omelette with breakfast potatoes from the menu. They brought out the food with no potatoes. When asked why, they said they were out. Also, failed to tell us they were out of fruit! Would have been nice to know this before we ordered. And, my omelette was over cooked. Additionally, my friend ordered an egg white omelette and had to send it back because the eggs were undercooked, very runny. Coffee was lukewarm, not hot. No one was happy about the experience. Even during Covid times, these are things that could be managed better. My friends and I agreed, we will select somewhere else to have breakfast next time. Disappointing. read more

OMG!! Flo Paris is going to be my new home. All I need is a treadmill and possibly an indoor tennis court. I couldn't pick just one thing to try, so I asked for a prosciutto sandwich and a goat cheese & asparagus quiche, both cut in half with half wrapped to go. The quiche was light and fluffy, and the crust was appropriately flaky. And the sandwich? Wow. If you could describe a baguette as fluffy, then that would be fitting to describe this bread. It was so simple and so flavorful with the awesome bread and thin slices of prosciutto, unsalted butter, arugula, and Parmesan cheese. Wow. Jeez. I better get onto a treadmill STAT and stay there awhile. read more

Enjoying a very tasty vegetarian crepe and mocha! The atmosphere speaks new age bistro. Well lit but muted in a way that won't disturb your hangover. Great place for laptop junkies and fans of intimate conversations. Crepe was delicate, super tasty and filling! The owners daughter took our order and is super smart as well as adorable. Friend and I came here in a weekend morning. She suggested the cafe and it was really good, minus it being over crowded and we ended up sitting in the patio outside where it was COLD. We came here because French Riveria was closed. I wanted a ham and cheese croissant sandwich with scrambled eggs added. They didn't have this option... so the girl charged me a scrambled eggs meal with a ham & cheese croissant side. That's fine. But when it came out, the croissant had cheese and a tomato on top. There were barely any ham inside. Not what I was expecting. The eggs were dry and the roasted/skillet potatoes that came with it was undercooked. I enjoyed the almond latte though. Definitely will not return. read more

Super cute little French cafe! They have a pretty nice selection of delectable pastries and such in the window, but I didn't get to try their menu... Went in for an afternoon coffee, which was not too sweet, personally- the way I prefer it, since some cafes tend to pour in the syrups... Tried the apple tart, which I did enjoy!! Definitely will be coming back for the sweets and vanilla latte!!! Such a treat when a place is legit. Setting is bright, clean, and spacious. Staffs are pleasant and a beautiful display of dessert variety. The triple chocolate is amazing and the red velvet is perfect. This place is a bit pricey with two latte, milk, and 3 desserts costing about $38 nonetheless worth the visit and will b a regular here! read more

Note this review is for the croissants and almond croissants only. Croissants were decent but not better than others down the street. Almond crossaints were a travesty. Yes it was flakey and somewhat buttery but it had way too much cinnamon in them to be considered an almond croissant. They should rename it cinnamon croissant. Flo is prettier n trendier but the croissants could be better. I'm not sure if I'll try other items on the menu or not. Maybe I'll try it again in a few months to see. read more

Finally, a decent french patissier in Houston!!! I was greeted by smiling faces soon as I walk through the door. The only problem I had was I could't decide what I should get since everything in the showcase looks amazing. Decided to go for strawberry cream puff and it was not at all disappointing. I love this place! It's great to chill outside on a nice day having a coffee and croissant! Even thought it's off a busy section of westheimer, I felt completely relaxed hanging out and catching up with friends. Coffee is great. Lemon mint water is my favorite. I want to try ever dessert. Service is nice and location has an understated French vibe. Does get busy on weekends and lunch hour, but I have never had to wait to sit down. Great to go. I wish they would lower their delivery fee on door dash ($5). I would have spent at least double what I do normally there if they did. Overall great place to grab a coffee if you want to deviate from Starbucks! read more

It's the best bakery in Houston, Texas. Everything was delicious and fresh. We ate onion and tomato soup were fabulous. Prices are high but it's a French bakery. The taste is genial. We drove 40 minutes. We will be come back for sure.100% recommend. read more

The macarons I bought were stale. I was really disappointed since they were $2 each. I bought 5 macarons and only 1 of them tasted fresh, the others had an almost crunchy texture rather than the chewy texture you expect. This place probably stores unsold macarons in the freezer then defrosts then and sells them the next day/days. read more

I would say it's a good place for breakfast. They offer crepes, a variety of pastries, good coffee and clean crisp environment. I had the classic crepe and a latte kind of my usual. The crepe is tender with bit too much ham if you ask me. The egg is oozed out from the edge, looks tasty! I have not yet tried all the pastries so I don't know how good they are but they sure do look pretty. read more

Coffee is really good....strong! Last time we came in for dessert to-go and it was really good, so we decided to come in for breakfast. Breakfast was very good especially their sweets. Everything was fresh except for their fresh fruit, the grapes and strawberries was looking bad but the blackberries and cantaloupe was good. The bakery is really clean and the staffs are very nice and polite. Will definitely come back! read more

I couldn't see the Paris anywhere in this place. Perhaps it was a bad day? The place is extremely small and I'm not even claustrophobic but it didn't make me feel welcome at all. Deserts I believe we're old and very few available. Didn't order anything just walk away. read more

A group of five of us came by Flo Paris to have a birthday brunch on a Sunday. The atmosphere is very Parisian and welcoming. I love how the beautiful pastries, quiche and baguettes are displayed, makes it very easy to select an item. The staff was very polite and helpful. I highly recommend this place for breakfast, lunch or a time to catch up with friends over a crepe & cappuccino. Until next time!! read more

Ambiance: Industrial modern with a French flair. If this was in any other part of Houston you would be on a wait list to even get in. Clean and smell of delicious fresh pastries fill the space. A bit of French music piped in would enhance the ambiance and keep privacy of table discussion. (Bathrooms clean, kid friendly too) Food: Chicken sandwich was delicious and small salad and chips were nice touches that came with the salad versus a la carte. Onion soup had a delicious bread topping with cheese but soup was bland. Desserts were gorgeous and delicious. Would likely reorder the sandwich and the mouse cake and try the almond croissant that others have written about. Highly recommend!!! read more

The reason I give 5* to this place is solely based on the consistent espresso quality. It has always been hard for me to find good quality and proper espresso in houston. This place on the other hand, is still one of my favorite stops for that manner. I just wanted to share this with other espresso snobs like myself. I hope it helps. read more

While the majority of diners were older and a more mature crowd, there's a lot to be said for value, and we thought the menu price was better than reasonable and I think a lot of people will discover this as a value destination, something we all appreciate.

I can tell that the owners are putting a lot of attention and care in their establishment. It was late in the day but the laidback decorated space was packed, music not too loud with a pleasant vibe. I asked if I could get the pistachio dream with oatmilk and the server recommended against it saying it would make the drink too sweet. I appreciated her honest advice and got the dragonfruit strawberry refresher instead. It was definitely refreshing with the perfect amount of ice to keep it cold but not water it down. I also tried one of the mini croissants which is probably what will keep me coming back. Flaky and full of high quality cheese and spices, I wish I had gotten two! I'll definitely come back at an earlier time since a lot of the pastries were sold out.

I'd had my eye on Flo Paris for a while, but time was of the essence during my recent visit. So it was a quick stop during a day of errands, but one I'd looked forward to sharing with my 90-year-old Dad. Our sweet tooth led us straight to the pastries, and we were intrigued by the cheesecake. Unfortunately, the front desk server or whomever greeted us seemed weary and less than enthusiastic about our inquiries. We decided on the cheesecake, but the interaction took an odd turn. She began to place our $6.00 treat into a chic white logo'ed box but suddenly switched to a plain brown box during our small talk. The spark of elegance was lost, and the service seemed to cool off, too. No smile, no friendly farewell--just the total for our dessert. Once home, the disappointment continued. The cheesecake crumbled and tasted more like whipped butter than the indulgent treat we had anticipated. After a few lackluster bites, we gave up on it. While our visit to Flo Paris was short and initially sweet, it left us with a bittersweet impression. Both the service and the cheesecake fell short of expectations, leaving me to wonder what could have been. Though this experience was a miss, I remain hopeful that future visits might live up to the charm and quality I had expected from all the reviews. read more

Flo being around forever !!! The bakery is in the corner of the parking lot. It is hard to find from Westheimer, because you cannot see it from the street, and the parking lot of the shopping center can be big hassle. It is a self serve and they have fantastic dessert and great sandwiches. I like the open spaces inside and outside and the decor inside is very well decorated. The desserts are not very sweet and it is very European like. It is a french bakery so expect lots of french touch in their coffee and their desserts. I have not order one that I do not like. The staff are really nice, and yup you guessed it they have french accent. They will explain to you the best they can , if you do not know what to order. I shared three different crepes with a friend (each ordered a savory crepe and shared a nutella crepe for dessert) and each one was absolutely delicious! My favorite was the grilled chicken crepe - the flavor was unbeatable! I will definitely be back again and will be trying some of their desserts - they look delicious and very professional. The atmosphere is very relaxing as well (not loud like other restaurants). They also have some larger tables available, great for groups (without having to rearrange tables). I shared three distinct crepes using a buddy (each ordered a savory crepe and shared a nutella crepe for dessert) and each one was totally delightful! My favorite was the broiled chicken crepe - the flavor was unbeatable! I'll undoubtedly be back again and will be attempting a few of their desserts - they seem yummy and extremely professional. I recently visited this café after it reopened under new ownership and I am so impressed. The rebrand looks amazing! It has a wonderful fresh, modern feel while still keeping that warm, welcoming French café vibe. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. And the food? Absolutely delicious! Every bite was full of flavor and beautifully presented. I went there bc I heard of them being authentic French bakery! Their sandwiches are tasty but apparently they use frozen baguette instead of freshly made ones to make the sandwich so the texture is a little stale (deducted one star), however the ham and cheese inside are delish. The best part is not the sandwich though, it's their MACARONS! A little on the expensive side though but I think it's all worth it! After working up a big appetite, I and my wife decided to try out Flo Paris for the first time. It was fairly busy but we got seated almost right away which was perfect! Our server made a super impression on us! He made amazing recommendations and made sure to ask the right questions for our food to come out just the way we wanted. If you like terrible desserts served to you by a rude staff and prices that are ridiculous, this is the place for you. This place should be called Not in the Flo Bakery because their desserts taste like 5-day old desserts that were left out in the sun and picked up off the ground and put in an oven and put back on the ground and back in the oven. The staff are so, so rude. Be sure to take a lot of money with you because the prices are so high you could buy a big bag of groceries for a few days with what they charge for their gross, ugly desserts. read more

At Flo Paris I found out what the salmon sandwich really means! Fantastic! I also tried their cheese crepe, which tastes incredible with tomatoes!
