Four days into using them and no I'll effects and seem to be actually making my hands not catch on every little fabric piece or be all flaky and gross looking. Serum absorbs in fast. Lotion is thick like for nights, which is fine. Overall kind staff, good product so far, and good experience.

It didn't feel right. I followed him in, because there simply wasn't anything to sanitize. The "skin consultant" tried to stop me, but I did not feel comfortable with my wallet and I.d. Left with them. Ultimately he tried to sell me the product and kit for $8600. Then reduced to $4600 then he became angry and as I am peeling the mask off so I can leave, he ANGRILY shoved the product at me and says $1500 deal? When I continued to say no, " he said, 'there is the door'. I had bought the eye cream up front, which at $350 was a splurge. Now it just disgust me to look at it. Can I give-star? Gross. The mall should kick them out.

First off the ambiance is amazing. From the moment you walk in all senses are immersed in an environment that immediately makes you feel relaxed. The lounge area was very quaint and perfect pre/post massage. My girlfriend and I had the best massages that quit literally left us in a euphoric state. Shout out to Mark and Kathrine our masseuses for doing an amazing job. Mark seemed to find every knot I had and work it out including some that cause tension headaches. First, we had it scheduled for Saturday, and when an emergency came up, my daughter shared that the staff understood and were able to accommodate us the following day. I've been getting massages for over a decade and have been to some of the top resorts, but this was by far the best massage I ever had! Devin was attentive and really knew how to work out the stress from my body. I enjoyed how he moved around my arms to massage the muscles from different angles. (You have to pick a "special package " just to have champagne and pool access") this place has a hot tub/jacuzzi, pool access, lounge area in the roof top if you want or just hang out in the usual lounge area with little private seatings to relax in. It's quiet and honestly the best in the area for spas. Definitely I'll be returning to this spa next month to make up for my horrible experience on my birthday where I had gone elsewhere! I had to ask 2 more times during the massage for the woman to go stronger and I also let her know the muscles in my neck and shoulders were very tight and needed more pressure. Despite this, she didn't adjust pressure at all until the last 5 minutes of the massage and did not do any deep tissue work on my neck or shoulders. Because she only did deep tissue on two or three random parts of my body for maybe less than 10 minutes total of the whole massage, I now have something pinched in my lower back that I did not come in with. My boyfriend felt his massage was extremely light except for when his back got walked on, which resulted in him also leaving with back pain because of how rushed she was with her approach. There was also another employee yelling during the beginning of our massage as well and the music kept turning off so one of the ladies had to go out several times to tell them to stop and to turn the music back on. Overall it was a huge bummer, especially for the price of $285. It felt like we paid a lot of money to leave feeling worse than we walked in. We won't be coming back.

I got robbed by this place. Don't give them your money or put your body and baby at risk by coming here. Edit: after I left this review they refunded me but continued to deny my experience. They asked me to take this review down because they were worried it would impact their business and showed no remorse or concern for the injury they caused me. Do not go here for anything. Initially I thought this place wa slut bad for parental massage but it's clear they don't care about patient outcomes only making money. The VIP membership is a great deal, as well as the different apps they will work with for specific service point rewards. Everyone I have spoken to at the front desk and on the phone are kind and helpful. So refreshing to some experiences with doctor's offices I've had in the past years!
