    This was my first float and I must say it was very enjoyable. Setting up the appointment was easy and the young lady working the desk was incredibly helpful with answering my questions. The place was clean and quiet and not janky as I was lead to believe from a few reviews. I did however have a few small issues, that are the reason for the four star review. I was able to bring my own music to listen to while in the pod but I never was able to get it to play through the pod. Two, the temperature of the water was fine but I wish the room was the same temperature, it felt a bit odd as the body parts not submerged were cool; I personally prefer to sweat. Finally, because I wasn't able to listen to my music I decided to go full deprivation with lights out and supposedly no sound. Unfortunately, there was sound spilling in from the building music or else where. The overall experience of floating was relaxing and felt at times like your in the solitudes of space untethered to anything. Total darkness can be achieved by simply turning off the rooms lights and closing the clamshell and turning off it's mode light. A few minutes after I had a sensation of flickering light although it was so dark I couldn't see my hand in front of my face, I guess it was my cons and rods relaxing. I can only remember a few places where it mad no difference if my eyes were open or closed, I saw the same thing nothing. Ultimate relaxation is difficult to achieve with the body because a muscle or two are always working, a nerve is feeling but here if you let yourself go you just might get there if only for an hour.

    This place gets 2 stars only because the guy who helped me was knowledgeable and friendly. The showers were moldy and so were the pods. Zero relaxation because I just stared at how gross the pod was. I will not be coming back.

The staff in the salon were always friendly, and I spent thousands of dollars there over the years, not just on my membership but on additional services as well. I fully intended to resolve this billing dispute, reactivate my membership, and continue being a customer. They made sure that will never happen. I had no utilization of my membership for months, yet they continued trying to charge me. When I questioned the charges, I repeatedly asked for documentation supporting the alleged balance. I sent a formal dispute letter, they confirmed they received it, and then... nothing. No meaningful resolution. Just continued collection attempts. Instead of acting like a business that values its customers, they spammed me through different communication channels at random and inconsistent times trying to collect a disputed balance. If they invested half as much effort into resolving customer concerns as they do trying to collect money, this review probably wouldn't exist. Customer service was even worse. I was initially told there was no manager because the representative claimed she was the manager. That turned out to be false. When I finally reached an actual manager, I found the interaction dismissive, combative, and completely uninterested in resolving the issue. At no point did I feel like anyone genuinely cared about keeping a loyal customer. To make matters even more uncomfortable, after the dispute began, I noticed staff viewing my personal social media. Whether others see that the same way or not, I found it inappropriate and unsettling. Looking back, I would never sign one of their membership contracts again. Between the rigid contract terms, the relentless attempts to collect a disputed balance instead of addressing it, and the complete lack of accountability, the entire experience left a terrible impression. What's amazing is that they have almost certainly spent more in employee time and overhead chasing this dispute than it would have cost to simply review my account and resolve it professionally. That's not good customer service. That's bad business. I've preserved every communication, disputed the charges with my credit card company, and will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and other appropriate consumer protection organizations. As consumers, we decide which businesses deserve our money. In my opinion, companies that refuse to resolve legitimate customer concerns, prioritize collection efforts over customer service, and fail to take accountability don't deserve our business. There are too many ethical businesses that treat loyal customers with respect to waste your money here. I won't be back, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else sign a membership here either.

After explaining to Sono Bello that I was mom to a 10 year old and caretaker to my elderly parent, she told me about AH and told me that it would in all likelihood be a great solution to my quandary. I called AH, explained SonoBello's referral, told them I had a 10 year old child and an elderly parent that I was unable to leave the child with, and was directed to make my reservation online. So, I did. $493. Fast forward to the day prior to the procedure. I called AH to make pick-up arrangements for myself and my son, and was curtly informed that the child was not allowed. "I had not disclosed that information, and there are women wandering around who have had procedures" etc. I was dumbfounded. First... there must have been some wires crossed somewhere, or maybe the owner was in too big a hurry to get me off the phone, because I did mention my child. Apparently she assumed the second guest was my father. Second... "women wandering around"? I was under the impression that this was not in the nature of a private home that was in any way informal or with public areas, but rather that I would have private areas to myself and the second person I had paid for. I informed the owner that this meant I would have to cancel my procedure, and she really did not care. So I did so, asking her to cancel the reservation, obviously, since she was denying my second party admittance (and thus me, since I kinda come with him). Fast forward a month later. I notice that the $493 has not been refunded to my account and call. Her position is that it's not going to be refunded because there are no refunds. Um. Seriously, epically baffled by this. Angels' House tells me I can't come because they misunderstood something ... but then refuses to refund my money? I SMELL A RAT. I'm in process of contacting the BBB, and have also contacted Sono Bello to alert them about the shady business practices being conducted by this business.
