AMAZING SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH! Dylon and his team really made this experience as easy as it could be. We had a pipe suddenly burst in our upstairs bathroom and it leaked down into the kitchen. FANTASTIC SERVICE! My water heater failed catastrophically, which got a bedroom floor wet in the house. I had the water heater replaced and, fortunately, my plumber (Anderson Plumbing) recommended Flood Busters. They were out here in no time, and this is on the Friday before Christmas weekend! James explained what would be involved, very patiently, which was helpful since I like to research and evaluate everything but needed to make a decision at once in this case. I gave James the green light and he set to work immediately, removing carpet and the padding underneath. The damage was much worse than I'd imagined, but James knew exactly what to do. James was professional, friendly, earnest -- if he could have been any more knowledgeable and supportive, I can't imagine how. Outstanding service. So Flood Busters left dehumidifiers and large fans running over the weekend, then returned, this time James and Jeff, who expertly removed portions of damaged drywall and pulled out the damaged insulation. Then several more days of dehumidifying and fans. Today, a week later, James collected the hardware. The price was more than fair, I didn't use homeowner's insurance, just paid out of pocket. While I wish the water heater hadn't have failed, I feel very pleased and satisfied with the work Flood Busters performed. Dealing with a leak is stressful for a homeowner. I didn't have any references so I looked on here it was the weekend and called a few places. Flood Busters had great reviews so when they responded I had them come out. They immediately came onsite took care of the water and setup drying fans called the lab to test for asbestos, mold etc. this was done on a Sunday.. The professionalism as well as friendliness of Coner is hard to come by, he was very knowledgable and helpful in assuring us we were in good hands. He was very helpful with our insurance questions and spoke to our insurance water mitigation department. Every time I had a question and texted him he was quick to answer and text me back. We called flood busters after we found our pipes under our house had been burst/leaking for awhile and there was a sanitary waste lake under our house:-( Flood busters came right away and examined the damage. We would need water extraction and disposal, mold and mildew control for the floors, deodorization, bacterial odor control, air movers for drying out basement and sub-floors, etc. After the water extraction they left three fans under our house, a huge dehumidifier in our bathroom, etc for over a week. Our sub-flooring was saved which would have been a huge expense and we would have lost our original 1920 tile and wood floors which would have been devastating! They said our insurance would cover it but unfortunately our deductible was $2500. I am not sure how much all of this should have cost and I must say I did not do due diligence to find out if I was paying to much but it ended up costing us exactly $2500. These guys came in promptly to dry out the water damage from a broken water heater. They checked in daily, checking the moisture level in the walls and floor, cut away what was necessary and set up all sorts of drying fans and moisture pumps. The only bad thing was that they recomended Mission Restoration, which we had some issues with. read more

Great service and job well done! Flood Busters was referred to us by a trusted plumber and they were here in no time to dry out the water damage. Stephen assessed the damage, explained the process of drying out the water, and got the equipment setup. They cut out the necessary areas to be dried and once it was set up, they checked the moisture level daily until the moisture was back to normal (took a few days). I can't give less than a star or I would. This company was called by a "restoration company" to help with flood from a broken washer pipe upstairs. They were great in arriving and setting up by communication was awful. Already in a vulnerable and confused place they make me sign papers that makes this headache sound like I was in amazing hands but so far from the truth. They delay in responses, give me run arounds until I had enough and had to fire them after leaving a giant holes in my walls. After research I got my problem fixed but this company is a joke. read more
