I enjoy the selection and price of all the products they offer. However we special ordered some flooring and was told it would take 2-14 days to get in. We then went back into the store after 14 days to see if our order was in and they had forgotten to call us. The lady who helped us this day was completely rude and unwilling to help us. She just tells us they do not ever say products will be in within that time frame so she doesn't know where we got that time frame. She proceeded to tells us it will take 2-4 weeks for the order to be in. So being a little confused I did some research and the same product online says it will be delivered in 2-10 days from being ordered. I also looked around the store and the most time they say it will take to get any flooring in is three weeks or less. We finally got our flooring 5 weeks after we had ordered it. If you want to buy from them only get what they have in stock, do not special order anything unless you can wait for longer than what they say. read more

Scheduled a free design consultation via the internet. We arrived a little early and checked in. Lydia greeted us with a smile and wasted no time on reviewing our online application and verified what we were in the market for. I did have a drawing of our bathroom including all measurements so that saved time. After our consultant confirmed what we were after, the shopping began. There was absolutely no sale pressure at all. If the consultant pulled out a tile my wife and I couldn't agree on, we went to the next. We were able to select all the tile, grout, trim for an entire master bath in less than our scheduled hour. Lydia also gave us great pointers on mixing different tile designs as well as the best appearance for lay out. My wife and I are extremely pleased with our shopping experience. I received a quote including the bill of material the same day. We will definitely purchase the products we selected from Floor and Decor. read more

We had a great experiance at Floor and Decor. It was our first visit to the store and on entry observed a significant amout of material and choices. When you get down to it though, I guess what really made it such a good experiance was our design assistant Hollie. We went in for a little design help and Hollie stuck by our side every step of the way start to finish. She helped with design/ color (Not easy as there's quite a bit to choose from) and even helped in figuring out our water proofing system, components and quantities (for the shower portion of our project). This all took quite awhile (almost 2 hours.... wow) and Hollie stuck by our side and was knowlegable, informative and incredibly polite through the whole process and was instumental in getting the mission completed. "Could Not" have done it without her. Outstanding!!! Can't thank Floor & Decor and specially Hollie Enough. Very Impressed. read more

This place is a joke and will never purchase anything from them for myself or any clients , I purchased a schluter Kerdi system pan and curb from the Draper store in January this year and realized we couldn't use it on the bathroom job we were doing we attempted to return it still in unopened boxes but it was past the 90 day cash back period but that was no big deal since their return policy states if it is after the 90 days they will issue in store credit and since we still needed tile no problem, well upon trying to get just get the in store credit I was told they couldn't do anything and that we would have to contact a third party and that guy from India was a real treat to deal with and same results. We have now contacted our attorney who deals with this crap and was assured that they are in Breech of their return policy so I guess that will be our final avenue. read more

Love the design help!! I tried figuring out my own tile combinations for my bathroom but just couldn't make any decisions. I walked in and Bridget on the design team was able to immediately identify several good options in my style preference and put together some great combinations in a fraction of the time I had spent previously. She suggested I take home three different options we discussed and come back the next day. This was also a great idea since I ended going with a different option than the one I thought I would pick when I was in the store. Came back the next day and Bridget again helped me find all the additional pieced I'd need for trim, grout, underlayment, etc. I wish I had just gone to Bridget in the first place. I would have saved so much time. She is my go-to from now on. read more

Selection was great! Very overwhelming, but ERIN was fantastic. She basically became my personal shopper and within 1.5hr, we had come up with some beautiful concepts for less than my budget. I came back later that day to return the samples we didn't go with and purchase our full load, LEAH helped me out every step. I left my notes at home, so her quick math and positive, patient attitude (we got there about 15min before closing, oops) helped us get out of there quickly and totally stocked up. We live about an hour away and made the trip twice in one day to get our tile, totally worth it. I do not have enough compliments for their in stock selection, costumer service and price. read more

What a fantastic store to shop with. At first when me and my wife came to the store seemed like we would never get any help, because they didn't have any workers who spoke sign language so we were going to leave. That was until we were stopped by a manager Zachary. He realised we were deaf, but instead of telling us he couldn't help us. He pulled out a pen and paper and began helping us design our bathroom. Me and my wife were beyond amazed with the patience Zachary had with us and over an hour of him helping up we ended up with a few samples and a nearly complete bathroom design all thanks to Zachary. The BEST customer service ever! So many ideas and floor coverings to choose from! We worked with Jacob he was fantastic. We had no idea where to begin and Jacob helped us with everything! He gave us ideas on floor tile and backsplash for our kitchen! He helped us choose color's recommended grout color's and got everything we need for our install. Jacob was so friendly and knowledgeable about everything in the store. I will never shop anywhere else. In the future I will ONLY go to Floor & Decor for all of our floor covering needs and my husband and I will most certainly always ask for Jacob! He is the best! read more

I just bought my very first condo, and it need's a lot of fixing up and love. So I went to floor and Décor and worked with Kevin Day at the Draper location. He was so very helpful. He let me know when things wouldn't work, and he suggested something else. He's great at making suggestions and helping me find things to all coordinate throughout my whole condo. I am just so excited to start putting everything together that I picked out at Floor and Décor. If anyone needs help designing something, I would go see Kevin. He is so fantastic. I give 5 solid stars to Floor & Décor in Draper, Utah. The flooring, stone, and tile selection is amazing. A wide variety of high-quality materials for any budget. Most importantly, Floor & Décor puts customer satisfaction first. Seth, the general manager of the store, remedied a problem created by an independent installer that was more than fair. He went above and beyond what a typical building materials supplier would do. I'm a Floor & Décor customer for life. If you haven't been to the Draper store, make the drive. read more

This review is a warning to anyone shopping at Floor and Decor. They will recommend their "certified" installers, all who are vetted, etc. But the company they use is a complete scam. The installers are inexperienced, and will damage your homes! Floor and Decor should be ashamed they use this third party. That's the best part, Floor and Decor absolves itself from any liability because it's a third party. DO NOT PURCHASE from Floor and Decor unless you can do the work yourself or have a contractor you can trust. read more

This store is amazing! They have endless options for flooring! In addition, their design services are FREE! I highly recommend Ty Warner. He is kind, patient, knowledgable, and does not pressure you into buying. I visited another tile place before Floor & Decor and they were so snobby and kept pressuring me into buying more expensive tile. This has never happened to me at Floor & Decor. I had gone to a few other flooring places and the F&D in Draper had a way bigger selection than where I'd previously been. The staff was really helpful, especially Kamau, (and even some of the other customers were helpful!). Kamau told me things about the vinyl/laminate that other places had neglected to tell me - which was nice because I was able to get a better idea on prices and stuff. Awful experience spent 20 minutes looking around at hardwood floors. Not one store employee checked on me to see if I needed help. I finally got frustrated enough to go to the registers to look for help. Waited there for help before giving up and leaving.
