    I shopped at this Floor & Decor location the past couple days. I had great customer service from helping with design ideas and helping me choosing tile, mortar and grout. They had a wide variety of different flooring. The prices all seemed very reasonable too. They helping me with loading all my material into my truck.

    I want to thank Grady James for the wonderful advise he gave us. You were right on with the perfect tile for our shower floor. Our tile layer did an awesome job and it looks fabulous. And the tiles were very reasonable priced and we were able to return the unused tiles. Would recommend this store to anyone and Grady for decorating ideas!

    Love this store. The prices are reasonable. Very helpful staff that if you have a large project they will walk around with you and add the items to their iPads. They will also help calculate what is needed if you need help. Just did a large purchase and did half of the project and had the right amount with a few extra tile left over. The store can store your order for 7 days before being returned. If you need to have your order picked up at a later date the loading dock staff are quick and will load the product for you. Prices are sometimes cheaper then large box stores.

    Unfortunately, a multitude of things could improve…read more To begin, I have only shopped at HomeGoods approximately three times in my life, including this visit. I am not someone who enjoys department store shopping, so I came in with a very specific goal. I wanted a piece of artwork and a basket, then planned to leave. The store itself was difficult to navigate. Multiple aisles were blocked with merchandise, carts, tall baskets, or abandoned items that had not been shelved. More than once, I could not get my cart down an aisle or maneuver larger items without backing out and rerouting. I picked up a tufted storage stool and later a large art piece, but navigating the store with them became unnecessarily frustrating. The larger issue, however, was the customer service. When I entered the store, I did not even grab a cart because I intended to browse quickly. While walking through the clearance section, I found a faux rabbit rug or throw with a red clearance sticker for $29.99. Another customer nearby commented on how soft and luxurious it felt. We joked about it and discussed how comfortable clients would find something like that in an office space. At that point, I decided to purchase it, even though it was not originally on my shopping list. After continuing to browse, I selected artwork and a tufted storage piece and headed to checkout. At the register, the associate, Marsha, immediately looked at the rug and loudly said, "This is not on sale. This isn't $29." Before even attempting to scan the item, she ripped the red sticker off, left the register, and began calling for a manager while openly discussing the pricing issue. The entire interaction felt accusatory, loud, and unnecessarily confrontational. At no point had I argued about the price or requested a discount. I simply explained that I had picked the item up in the clearance section. When Marsha returned, she continued speaking to management on her headset with visible frustration and an attitude that felt entirely misplaced. She pushed the rug aside as though the purchase was no longer happening and moved on to ringing other items. I finally asked, "Are you going to scan the rug?" She responded, "Uh... yeah... you still want it?" Of course I did. I had selected it because I liked it. The rug rang up at $99. I purchased it anyway. What bothered me was not the price. It was the immediate assumption that I had done something wrong, the tone used, and the way the interaction was handled in front of other customers. To make matters worse, after paying for everything, my cart beeped at the exit. I paused and looked toward the cashiers. No one acknowledged me or attempted to assist. I tried again, and the alarm sounded a second time. I exited the store and briefly spoke with the same customer I had met in clearance. During that conversation, another associate, Sue, walked outside, grabbed my cart without speaking to me, and took it back inside the store. No explanation. No communication. Nothing. I had literally just completed my purchase. Sue returned with the cart, attempted something inside, and the cart beeped again. Clearly, the issue had not been resolved. By then, I was standing outside feeling less like a customer and more like someone being treated as suspicious despite having just paid moments earlier. Eventually, the manager, Gloria, appeared behind the registers but made no effort to approach me or address the situation. After waiting several minutes, I finally walked back inside. Gloria's response was disappointing. Rather than acknowledging the poor handling of the situation, she focused on explaining that customers sometimes switch tags or attempt scams. I understood immediately why Marsha had approached me the way she did. An assumption had already been made before anyone even scanned the item. I also addressed the fact that an employee had walked outside and taken my cart. Gloria stated that employees are not supposed to leave the building to retrieve stolen merchandise, which only made the situation more confusing considering that is exactly what had just happened. Her resolution was to suggest I call Mohammad, the store manager, on Monday. At that point, I chose to return every item and leave. I previously managed a women's retail store, so I understand customer service, loss prevention, and difficult situations. There were multiple opportunities for professionalism, communication, and de escalation here, and unfortunately, every one of them was missed. I have no desire to return to this location. This experience felt unprofessional from start to finish and left me questioning whether implicit bias influenced the assumptions that were made. Regardless, no paying customer should be treated this way.

Purchased a new comforter, sheet set, throw pillows, dog treats and a basket for toys. Washes the comforter upon arrival at home... and it was torn. Stuffing drop g out, stitching ripped. Only 2 cashiers at the check out with a hefty line of 5-6 people behind us. I guess you get what you pay for.

They are not your typical card and make for special gifts and occasions to celebrate moments of joy and happiness. Life can be simple and stress free if we want it. All the strife that comes from just stepping outside of the house that is present, it nice to see a little piece of peace. Beauty is all around us. Why not live life positive and at peace? Love and light is a saying that I strongly believe in. Surround yourself and your space with the simplicity of hope and renewal. The items that they sell here, sure you may not need but they fill the space that we live in with blessings. Joy is present and precious if you just believe. Breathe in the spirit of hope and love! It had only been two weeks since I ordered the furniture. The voicemail said between 1pm and 6pm, but the person I spoke to said between 1pm and 2pm. So, here I am at 3:30pm with no furniture, Big's isn't picking up the phone (called 10 times), and already cleared my living room expecting a delivery. At this rate, I will waste my whole Saturday afternoon waiting for furniture that may or may not come. Thing is, I was fine waiting the 6-8 weeks. Just don't waste my time scheduling a delivery you won't make as scheduled. Update: furniture was delivered at 5:30pm. Delivery crew was quick and effective. Delivery department needs to work on communication and scheduling.

Have never seen a furniture store not stand by their product and damages to the furniture delivered. I will never shop in this store again and advise you to go elsewhere. The cheaper prices are not worth damaged furniture they will not fix.

I found some Stonewall Kitchen merchandise right around the corner and of course I bought a couple Jars, one for a Christmas gift and one for a friend. (Blueberry was the one for the friend) They had Christmas and Halloween Decor but were just getting around to the Christmas stuff so the Halloween stuff was discounted, in fact so were the Jams I bought, 25% off! I was greeted by another woman who welcomed me into the store.... and then a man and then another woman behind the counter, all very friendly and asked if I needed any help, I was pretty amazed by this because some stories you go in and are ignored.... They had diffusers and oils and candles, usually my thing but spendy, around $45 for a single candle up to $60 and not knowing if the brand has a good throw or not when lit makes me hesitant to buy, I am sure for that price it would mind you but again, not knowing for sure..... that is a lot to spend...PM me though if you have tried any and they have excellent throws, I will go back this weekend and buy a couple (Thanks) All in all, I would go back because they were adding more items and Id like to see what they add next. Thanks so much for such a great welcome for this first time customer!

    LV Remodel did a great job remodeling my entire kitchen…read more From the beginning their care for my home was impressive. Starting with the plastic tent sealing the area off. The project manager, Chris Gordy, remained involved and checked on the remodel daily. His super power is his ability to find and correct. What an eye for detail! Each crew was professional, knowledgeable, on time, and treated my home with respect. The job notebook was kept on premises and provided detailed plans for each day. This level of organization was impressive to watch. The project was completed a couple days ahead of schedule and met all of our expectations. After the final inspection a couple minor adjustments were scheduled and completed quickly. It was an incredible experience working with LV Remodel.

I called and stated I would like to set up an appointment for an estimate. The woman on the phone said "we don't do estimates, what is your budget and what do you want done?" This company doesn't do estimates? Why is this gal so rude? I asked to be transferred to someone else, this woman explained they don't do estimates ON THE PHONE. I said that's great because I'm trying to set up an appointment to have someone to my home to look at project to get an estimate. Then she says "oh well you can send photos and measurements and we can send you a rough estimate." What kind of contractor doesn't come in person to give an estimate? Especially for an entire kitchen renovation? They wanted my address, email, and budget up front. Definitely did not feel comfortable enough to give any information but I will certainly leave a review. Hope it helps someone looking for a contractor.
