I have to take a moment to give a big shout out to Chaz Suarez at Floor & Decor. We are embarking on a bathroom remodel and headed on over to pick up the supplies for the contractor. We know enough to know that not every material is appropriate for a shower. We picked a couple of tiles and then it came to grout and schlueter, which is when things got a little dicey. Defeated by our own 50 questions, we had to seek out help and we found Chaz. He was amazing. He walked us through how to take care of the porcelain tile we picked, helped us find the right grout and showed us all the color options. We talked through some vinyl flooring and he located the color I had previously found online. He spent a fair amount of time with us but we left feeling knowledgeable and confident in what we picked. To me that's worth so much! Remodels are expensive and kind of scary. I can now get to the business of day dreaming about a beautiful new bathroom and floors. Thank you so much Chaz. We had unopened boxes to return and accidentally left home without the receipt ! When YOU make a return to this store be sure to BRING YOUR RECEIPT!!!!! Pros: - Really great variety of items in one store - Easy to book a contractor that works with F&D Cons: - It doesn't seem like anyone who works really wants to be there. When my husband and I came in to buy flooring supplies, the guy helping us moved like a snail, disappeared for stretches of times (leaving us very confused if he was coming back), and didn't explain why he was selling us one brand of grout over another. "Trust me. I know." Well... kinda hard to go with that when it's $20 more per bag than the other one. - The website inventory isn't up to date. I ordered two glass sinks, and when I went to pick them up, the rep said only one was available. The other one in stock was the floor model, and they never sell floor models. K. Then why list it on the online inventory? - Whenever I've called the store, the person on the other end answers with, "Hi...?" I'm happy with the products. Great stuff. I live out of state, but I had my heart set on certain pavers that were only stocked at this store. I was anxious about buying a large amount of pavers sight unseen, but LeAnn walked me through every step, including taking photos of the pavers, setting up shipping, keeping an eye on the pavers so no one else would snag them, all while checking in with me every step of the way. Even with shipping, the pavers were much less expensive than any local options. LeAnn helped me confirm F&D's policy that I could return any pavers to my local store if we had excess or in case they were damaged in shipping. We did notice a few pavers were chipped or broken but overall they were packaged very well and held up to a cross-country trip. Thank you LeAnn! read more

Wanted to start on how grateful I am with the Floor and Decor team on Sunset in Henderson NV. I been doing projects from my previous homes and my current homes and every time I had to choose flooring i would go and get product from Floor and Decor. On 4/16 Lorenzo help me out with my flooring, I wanted a specific type of vinyl plank but unfortunately he would have order the items from east coast of the country. Lorenzo suggested if I would like to look at other vinyl that they had at that current store. I ended up purchasing 40 boxes from the Sunset store and he was able to track down 6 more boxes at there new location in Summerlin. But what I am very thankful is when yesterday Friday the 26th I rented a truck from Home Depot for 4hrs, so I can transport the material to my house that is located in the southwest of Las Vegas. I showed up to the store and I was inform by a employee that works in the pick up area that the Floor and Decor computer system would be down and they were not sure if they would be up in a couple of minutes or a couple hours. They took down my number to give me a call and let me know when the computer system was back up and running. I work for a local casino on the Las Vegas strip a couple months ago hour computers systems were down and as a supervisor in my department I had to deal and help out guest with issues they had. So the next person I would like to thanked is Evelyn manager at floor and decor in Henderson, I came back to the store and ran into Lorenzo outside the store and explain my situation. Lorenzo walked me into the store and explained to Evelyn that I had a 4hr window to get the material and drive it back to my house and return the truck so I won't get charge for going over 4 hrs. Evelyn explained to me that her system has been down for hours and unfortunately, they had not been able to get a hold of I.T. support but she would gladly help me try to see if my order would go thru the computer system. After a couple of tries it was successful i thanked Evelyn staff and Lorenzo loaded the material for me and i was on my way. I can thank them enough because I got back to my side of town and the moment, I fully unloaded the material it started to rain heavily so they gave time to not only unload but also return the truck before the 4hr window. thank you Evelyn and the Floor and Decor staff you have a customer for life. read more

Hands down the best experience we have ever had buying flooring and with 30+ years in Vegas between 4 homes - that is saying a lot! The space is nice, the selection is amazing and salesman Tony F. was just about the nicest person on the planet! I was so excited to do my new project. Placed an order mid may. A week later I went in because I needed to know what to do for the trim and I also needed to adjust my order. I adjusted my order and then went to find someone to help with the type of tile I would need. Crickets. Went back up front and asked some one to call someone. A young man eventually arrived and we went over to where the quarter round I was looking for. I explained what I was trying to do and he said "whatever, they can usually make it work". No knowledge. No expertise. I then was in a quandary and tried some more questions. He was sort of like the guy at Burger King on his first day when you ask for extra mayo. Vapid. Empty. Blank. My contractor had a similar experience when he went to lick up my order. The guys in back told him there were two pallets of tile. (There was tile laying in two pallets. Not two pallets full) they told him he needed to walk around to the front and go in to pick up one item. They knew where he was going. But when he got back they were not there and had just left the tile laying outside his truck. They knew he was coming from the front and never came back to help a 60 year old man in 110 degree heat. These are not flooring professionals. They are clock punchers who know nothing about the products they sell and have no ambition. No enthusiasm. Looks like they are all zombies awaiting their big day at the apocalypse. If you can get your flooring ANYWHERE else, DO IT! read more

I was remodeling my bathrooms and went to this location many times. Friendly staff, great service and I had a great experience every time. But what happened that I am giving them a 5 star: I purchased tiles on line and picked up the wrong location for pick up. Once I got there obviously my order wasn't ready for pick up since I was at the wrong location. They did everything to help me but above all once Hector the operation manager found out that I live far from their location he promised me to deliver the rest of the purchase to my house although I picked the wrong location.
