Never will be back here. The worst customer service. I waited an hour to have flooring loaded into my truck. Needless to say, my wife, my 8 year old daughter, and myself, were beyond patient with this process. In light of the delay, I failed to double check what they brought out to my truck. I accept that as my own fault. We headed back to Powder Springs where I live, to unload. I had half the contents unloaded before I realized, "wrong flooring". I waited an hour for them to bring and load me up with the wrong flooring!?! I was given a CONSIDERABLY more expensive and higher quality flooring btw. Im an honest person, I called and let them know of the mistake. They were convinced they gave me the correct item. Wrong. I loaded it all back up, drive all the way back to Kennesaw, walked back in to the customer counter hoping for an apology, or a simple 'thanks' for not keeping the higher priced flooring and actually returning it. But that wasn't gonna happen today. I was actually ignored pretty much. I stood there like an idiot as the young lady paced around trying to look busy. I finally said, " do you need anything from me?" She said "nope, they're bringing your correct flooring around now". Nothing else. My time, like everyone else's, is valuable. My honesty and efforts are obviously not taken in to consideration. So, thanks for nothing folks. An entire days work was wasted correcting YOUR mistake. I wont be back. read more

I ordered some flooring online. I received an e-mail stating it was received at the store. The e-mail also stated to call to make sure it arrived at the store prior to picking it up. I called the store looking for a simple "yes, it is here" or "no, it is not here yet". I have called and talked to multiple people. I have officially been on hold for an HOUR for a simple response. I will NEVER order from them again. read more

We have used this F&D in the past and were fairly satisfied with the service. The selection was fine. After going to the Northeast Expy. location last week and being very unhappy, we drove the longer distance to Barrett Pkwy. Our experience was much different from a few years ago! Matthew and Hannah were exceptional. They were helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Kudos! The only negative was a woman at the register who initially resisted calling someone to help us. I don't know her name as my husband spoke to her. We did speak to the store manager to tell him about the good experience. Lastly, but NOT least....this store is MUCH better organized, cleaner, and easier to navigate than the NE Expy. store! The Barrett Pkwy. store is miles above in being a place to do business! read more

I left a poor review 2 weeks ago and another manager called be making promises of better customer service. He told me that he was going to refund the money I spent ,to compensate for the total money I lost because of the other managers incompetent behavior. He said he'd call me back the next day..... Well he just vanished. Wow both managers dropped the ball. I think I'm better off going to a smaller mom and pop tile store because F&D could not care less. read more

I am replacing all my flooring in the first level of my townhome. I found tile that I liked at Floor and Decor. I went home and got the total square footage of the project and called to be sure they had my sku it in stock. The issue is, my sku is discontinued so I called before going to pick it up. I was told they have it in stock and it is on sale which was great news. I arrived and dealt with a person named DAN. Dan looked in the computer and said it says we have 0 in stock. I told him I called before coming to be sure it was in stock. Dan also offered a much higher price than the sale price. I told him I called immediately before coming in to buy the tile and was told it WAS in stock and it was on sale. I showed him their phone number that showed I called 30 minutes before showing up. He said I don't know what to tell you. Its not on sale and it doesn't look like we have it. He called someone and asked them to look for it. The guy couldn't find it. This took about 40 minutes. Dan had an I DON"T CARE attitude which really didn't sit well with me. During the 40 minutes of waiting to see if they could find it I began looking for a substitute. While looking for it I saw the display for my sku and it had a big SALE PRICE so I took a picture of it with my camera and went to show it to him to justify my asking for the sale price I was quoted on the phone. He didn't care and he said it was out of stock. The story gets better because I ran into a person named Alta who asked if she could help and I explained I came to buy tile that I was told WAS in stock but DAN told me it was not in stock. ALTA looked up the sku and told me they had multiple pallets of it and asked me kindly if I could wait for her to find it. I told her I was happy to wait, that I appreciated her caring about the customer in contrast to DAN who could not care less. Alta found the tile and I bought it. Alta needs a customer service award and Dan needs to undergo customer service training and an attitude adjustment. I would have offered a higher rating for Floor and Decor but much of the tile was in boxes that had been soaking wet for days. The boxes were falling apart. read more

My husband and I shopped at the Kennesaw Floor & Decor the evening of Friday, March 15th. With two full carts, our last stop at 8:40 was the grout and tile trim section. My husband thought he knew which bull nose trim to get but had a hard time choosing between 2 pieces. I found employee Garrett assisting 2 customers and asked if he could help us when he was finished. He said he would be with us shortly. He arrived in a matter of minutes, apologized for taking so long. Garrett and my husband chose the correct trim and we were off to get grout. That decision was easy with Garrett's advice and we were ready to check out. It was about 8:50 and there were lines at all 3 registers. Garrett jumped right in, asked one of the cashiers to assist at the customer service counter and before we knew it he was checking us out. Our receipt is time stamped 8:54, our truck was loaded by 2 other employees and when we pulled away from the store, our clock read 9:02. Garrett was a true gentleman with impeccable manners. I spent $2000 here over the last 2 weeks redoing my shower. Every time I go here there are no sales people on the floor. I have no clue what to buy but I'm paying people to come with me to help me buy the right tile here. It seems like the management doesn't hire salespeople at this location. I had to go up and ask the one cashier to get anyone to help us. Waited 10 mins in one part of the store for a salesperson. The last straw was this Friday night. We went there at 8pm. 3 people were at the front end. No lights were on any register. There were 6 people in 1 line and 2 cashiers. I went to the other cashier with no line and was told he was closed. He yelled over to the refund lady to jump on a register and she rolled her eyes and yelled back at him. Her name was Emilia I believe. She got all pissed and told me to head over to register 3. So I did. Then she asks me for my phone number. I gave it. Then she gets all pissy and asks for another number. Mine doesn't work. I said I just want to buy one box of tiles. That is my only number. Then says I can't return my box if she doesn't get the right phone number if I lose my receipt. I told her I would not. She then sees a customer at the refund desk and YELLS REFUNDS CLOSED. I was shocked. This store closes at 9 and it was 8. I didn't see any manager around. This Emilia is closing all registers an hour early and is rude as well with customers. I wasn't going to do this review but after my 6th time coming here and treated horribly, no floor help, and spending 2000 bucks, just absolutely ridiculous. After working up through the chain to another manager, they were able to deliver me the correct wood and take away the wrong wood. I still had to let the wood acclimate, it pushed back my contractor's timeline, and I had to rent the nail gun twice, so it was a big headache. The fact that I had to get upset and make a bad review before someone offered to make it right is disheartening, so I will still likely not use them again. read more

Although they had a large variety of tiles at good prices, I was extremely angry to get back home, after a 40 minute drive, to discover that the grout that was sold to me was absolutely the wrong product. Had I used it on the tile without doing some checking, I would have destroyed my glass tiles. I stood with the guy working in the grout area, showed him my glass tiles, and discussed with him the specific needs of that type of tile. Despite that conversation, he still sold me the wrong product. A for inventory, F for ignorant worker. read more

Really disappointed in this place. They have a good selection of flooring and tiles. However, the customer service is appalling. I'm getting ready to remodel 3 baths and really needed help with the design and picking out tiles and flooring that complement each other. The female "design specialist" was no help whatsoever. I've never done this before and was really hoping for some advice. She acted as though I was bothering her and offered no advice at all. Customer service is great in the store if you are buying flooring. Thomas and Ivy are wonderful. But... If you need help on the phone, either at the Kennesaw location or with customer service, be prepared to waste your afternoon. If you purchase over the phone, after spending most of the day trying to get helped,you will be charged a shipping fee to have product shipped to the store. Be sure you have everything you need when you purchase the first trip or you will need lots of time and extra money to take care of the additional product. You can not order over the phone at the store and must deal with customer service, another call and more time on hold,a minimum of 20 minutes for each call. I'm very disappointed with the service I received. read more

I just remodeled two guest bathrooms. I had bought white subway tile from another dealer. I needed mud cap trim tile for the white subway tiles, the dealer I purchased from did not have the mud cap and could not get them for me. I found out all white tile is not created equal, could not match the white mud cap to my white subway tile. I took the tile back and got a refund. This is where Floor and Décor comes in. they had everything I needed, even a better shade of tile white that looks great in my bathrooms. their tile and trim were all together so no problem matching. the store staff was great, I told them what I was looking for and they took me straight to it. they even pushed the cart with all the tile to my truck and loaded, helped an old man out. I will never buy tile anywhere but Floor and Décor. Great store and great people at the Kennesaw store. Best selection of all types of flooring, I just walked around the store and was wowed by all they have in there. read more

I have been looking for flooring all week long. We have been trying to pick flooring for our new home before this weekend (which is when we were scheduled to do the instigation). It has been very stressful to say the least. Tonight after stopping by your store for the third time in one week my boyfriend and I decided today would be the day we picked our floors. Five minutes after walking in we are clueless and indecisive over what to get. I went and found an employee who was always nice and super helpful every trip we made over there, and I asked him about the LPV flooring. He showed us where they were and explained everything to us, and later offered to call someone named Dylan over, because he was the expert with the new waterproof flooring. Then a nice guy named Mike (I think) stepped in and helped answer more of our questions while Dylan made his way to us. When he finally arrived he must of spent thirty minutes answering every single question we had, and even helped with color schemes we had been battling over. Our toddler was going crazy as toddlers do and to our surprise it was of no distraction to Dylan. He continued to help us feel more and more comfortable about our choice. He even moved from the flooring over to the shower tiles with us and helped us find exactly what we needed for our bathrooms. My boyfriend then mentioned he needed to go to Home Depot to buy green boards and Dylan said, "we sell that and will beat their prices". My jaw dropped. Then it just so happened you didn't need to beat Home Depot's prices because the were the lowest!!! We left there so relieved and so happy that on Friday we just have to go to one store for every single thing we needed on Friday. Dylan is by far a star employee!!! He need a raise up in the company because I don't know many people who would take the time like he did with us. He made us feel so relaxed about what's to come in our remodel. I can't put into words how much we appreciate that. I don't know if he has a clue the gift he gave us tonight. First home, first remodel and we are finally at ease! Watch the amount of square feet per box. The sign said 8.2 but when the tile was laid out, it only covered 4.7 sq.ft.per box. About half of what was advertised! This made the project cost twice as much as we had planned when we used the figures advertised on the sign. Not a good surprise. They would only refund 10% when this error was brought to their attention. read more

Utterly pathetic customer service. After requesting assistance to make a large purchase, there was not an associate in sight. Went to the from desk and asked for help and was told they would get someone over to the aisle. After 20 minutes, two associates came by with radios (obviously the radio is not a tool but rather an entertainment device). When I asked for assistance, they acted as if it was not their job to sale anything. Each told me they would get an associate. After 20 minutes- I walked out. I'll spend my money with someone who values my time and has not forgotten that ultimately customers drive the business. read more

I went on Saturday Feb. 6th. Found a real good deal! I checked with a supervisor and I was told that they had enough in stock. He assured me that they had plenty and if I ran short (I added a 20 % buffer) they had plenty left. I paid for my order and scheduled a pick up on Monday Feb. 8th. Before I went to pick up my order on Monday Feb. 8th I called and was informed that my order was picked and ready for me to pick up. When I arrived, no problem but......... They didn't have enough to fill my order, in fact the computer showed a negative quantity. I was told I could go to their Roswell Store. Roswell had lots of my tile. Sure I'm going to drive to Roswell which is a long drive with traffic, and find out that they are out of my tile. Seeing that I was getting nowhere, I asked for a refund on my debit card. I was told no problem and they issued a refund to my debit card. Problem is it is already Feb. 11th and no refund has been credited to my bank account. read more

In December of 2015 I bought TimberClick hardwood floor from Floor and Décor. Worse decision I have ever made. NOT even 2 months after the installation and the floors have large gaps all over. Without any inspection I can tell that the product was milled incorrectly and I am not an expert. I opened a claim with Floor and Décor as soon as I notice the problem (and they tried to blame my installer, who has been in the business for over 17 years) and it has taken them and the representatives of TimberClick a long time to get back to me. We are already in April 2016 and I have to keep on calling and emailing them in order to get answers, and I still don't have a deadline of when it will be fixed. Madeline, the representative of TimberClick, is trying to make this go away by just placing transition pieces every, which was not the result "promised" by the "best brand out there". They really don't seem to care about their customers and even less about how unsatisfied we are with their product. Save yourself the headache and money and purchase a cheaper, more reliable brand. read more
