Floor and Decor appears to have a wide selection of products at various sizes and price ranges. However, most of these items seem to be simply on display and not readily available to be bought (not in stock). If you plan in advance, you can order ahead and then you can probably get what you'd like. Even grout colors are hard to come by. The store is clean and well laid out, with plenty of displays to give you ideas. The true star of this store is Trystan (spelling?). They are super knowledgeable and definitely take the time to help you with your selection. They seem to have all the answers about what colors go together, types of tile, and even installation! Wow! They take the time to make you feel special, like you MATTER. I almost want to go back to the store just for that incredible customer service. Truly, I am not exaggerating. When they seemed to be interrupted by a supervisor, they were so apologetic, as if it was THEIR fault! They made me feel special and VALUED as a customer. The selections not being in stock now, is a bit of a disappointment, but the customer service from Trystan is worth every minute of a visit. (Gosh, I hope I spelled their name correctly!) read more

Just want to say how impressed I am with this store. First, they actually answer the phone when you call. I did not want to make the journey unless I knew the item I was seeking was in stock. Second, when I got there I was greeted by team member Eunique. What a shining example of what customer service is all about! She asked whether I needed help, pointed me in the right direction, then checked me out at the checkout. Always the epitome of excellent customer service: caring, friendly and knowledgeable. The service was great, however when I had a problem with the flooring that was purchased, the claim adjuster placed the claim that we filed in a closed status until we paid up to $700 for an inspector to come out and tell us that there was a problem with the site (our home) or that it was installed incorrectly. We paid over $4000 for the product and then even more money for a licensed contractor to install it. We had this flooring installed in over three rooms and now the flooring is warping and chipping after a few years and the product box states gouge proof (which it is not) and lifetime warranty. They do not stand by their customers or the product that they sell or their lifetime warranty. I will not be purchasing anymore products from them. We have been loyal customers since 2019 but no more. Very disappointed in their claim department and their product. read more

I have been shopping at both floor and Decor locations since they opened here in Las Vegas. I use the Rainbow location all the time. Irish at the pro desk has been helping me alot. He is always eager to help me no matter the time of day. Last time I was there he was on his way out the door, saw me walk in and helped me anyway. He could have just asked another associate to help me but he did it himself. I don't get that kind of service at home depot or lowes. Thank you Floor and Decor for having great staff. read more

What a great place for remodeling ideas. A lot to choose from. So my husband and I remolded our master bathroom and it took a while to find the right match of tile. We were quite creative in mixing the textures. . From glass, to marble to porcelain to stone. The right colors and feel for our bath is luxurious. We added under cabinet lighting and overhead lighting. I'm very proud of it because we did it. And it is exactly like we wanted it. Thank you Floor and Decor for being helpful and having great product to choose from. What is really cool is buying samples and bringing them back because you can pick out a beautiful tile but when you get it home, it isn't what you thought. Thank you again read more

I went to the new store on Monday in Summerlin but was not going to open until Tuesday. Went Tuesday and it was a great experience. Walked into the store and was greeted by Tanya from the design center. She is the greatest and stuck with us looking, recommending and picking our tile. Floor and Decor you have a great person. Now she introduced to her manager Frank. This manager was just as great as Tanya. Both tried to make our experience enjoyable. I really enjoyed good customer service. There is not enough now days. Went on Sunday to the one on Rainbow and had to find someone to ask questions. When I found one they just told me look in this aisle and this aisle with no service. He was really a joy to work with and a gentleman. He helped me push the cart and even loaded my car. Truly a beautiful person! Can't say enough about this store. Went to several stores looking for kitchen backsplash and none can compare to F&D. Found what we were looking for and was blessed with store associate Chaz Suarez at the Sunset location. He made sure not only did I have the tiles but also everything else needed to complete the job. Since were using glass tiles, the items we needed along with the tiles were special to those tiles (versus ceramic). He made sure as we walked thru the store that we had EVERYTHING we needed and suggested what we did NOT need saving us money. Five stars for Mr. Suarez. Ask for him when you visit this store. It is an efficient and bountiful experience choice wise if you are looking for tiles, flooring and have a reliable source to do install or DIY. The staff are friendly although sometimes hard to find one on the sales floor. Once I found what I needed, the help desk was effective in helping me calculate the quantity I needed and transaction was rung and held until installer can pick the materials up. The best part is that they will hold your order in their warehouse ( limited time) until it is scheduled for pick up thus saving backs and muscle pain. read more

When my fiancée and I first walked in, we were underwhelmed by the service. A lady at the front barely looked up as she threw a "welcome in" our way. And when my fiancée asked if she could help us find some specific flooring, the lady began to address another customer who walked in behind us holding tile samples. You know she asked if he needed help, what he needed and all that while we were standing right in front of her and before we even got the help? Instead of telling him "I'll be right with you" off-putting vibes. But the good thing about that encounter was that she connected us with Franky. Now THAT was a guy who enjoyed talking with people and was willing to help us. He cracked jokes with us, walked us down a few aisles to compare and contrast and didn't come off as a salesman at all. It was a good experience, cause folks who are remodeling know there's already enough stress in the process. So, thank you, Franky, for being a bright personality. And even though the flooring wasn't available in-store, we purchased ahead to get a jump on the store's next shipment. Hope to see him again when we pick up. read more

I have been a customer of Floor and Decor for a very long time. The service at the Henderson store is good. But the new store on Rainbow Blvd had only good service when they opened. The old employees act like big corporate executives too busy to help, and they new ones are clueless. Specially some of the cashiers like Leo looks like is working on slow motion, and has no idea what he is doing. Marianne is very rude with the customers and looks like she can't manage her stress. I don't think I will ever comeback to this store. read more

Whenever there was an issue with the tiles, I only dealt with Irish at the Prodesk because he is very knowledgeable, was an excellent problem solver and he went above and beyond to help me. I'm rating this review 5 stars solely because of one employee. Amaiha is the definition of customer service. She's pleasant and knowledgeable. I've made multiple trips over the past few weeks and have encountered an employee who I was obviously disturbing and annoyed. I actually was disgusted in general with the service I'd been receiving until I encountered Amaiha. She literally made up for the bad. This young lady is so great at her job that I immediately look for her upon entering the store to assist me. As an executive myself, I hope management realizes what a gem they have in Amaiha! I feel it's important to recognize the great not just the bad. Rarely do I take the time to complain but it's necessary to praise. Thank you Amaiha for being EXCEPTIONAL at your job! My wife and I picked out some tile, made sure they had enough for our project and even called the store the next day to verify they still had enough on hand. We arrive 30 minutes after the call to pay for the order, they tell us they don't have enough material to fulfill our order, begin to double check if they had sold some inventory before we arrived and that wasn't the case. They then checked quantity on hand at another location, determined their Summerlin location could fulfill the order. We asked them to physically check inventory to avoid the same mishap, they confirm they did and we prepaid for the order. Now believing we have everything needed for the job, we have the contractor come out and start demo for the new flooring. A day later we get a call from the Summerlin location stating that they also made a mistake and don't have enough tile to fulfill our order either. They tell us they can order more and possibly have it shipped in within a few days. We went into the store today to check on the order, they said it hasn't been picked for transfer and will most likely be another week and a half. My wife and I took it upon ourselves to start calling all four locations ourself to check inventory, die lot and caliber to see if we could piece the order together and that didn't pan out. Very disappointed as my home is torn apart and nothing I can do about it. This store lacks professionalism, nor did the manager display any empathy towards our situation. read more

This place is awesome the selection and quality is the best in town. We decided on Aquaguard Glenwood Grande laminate for our remodel and could not be happier. Before we met Irish Kinsella in the store we were anxious homeowners with lots of questions. After meeting him and having him walk us through the process and offer his expert information we felt confident and were ready to begin our project. He communicated with us during the entire course of the project which helped us keep current with deliveries and such. Also very quick to answer a text or call when we had a question. So many choices!!! I had a small issue with our 1st cashier ringing up some items, but when I went back to fix it, Eunique was awesome. I wish ALL my experiences with customer service was this pleasant and stress free. Eunique went out of her way to make sure my charges were corrected before I left - even without a receipt (I remembered I had a photo of it, so it worked out). We've come back a few times between returns and new purchases and each time Eunique has the same friendly and helpful attitude and personality. It was a nice touch that each time I walked in she remembered me. Goes to show she cares about her customers. I returned some items today and Shuan saw me walking across the parking lot with a heavy box. What a nice surprise that he came outside, met me on my way in and carried my box the rest of the way. Do not buy your products from this company. Literally only give you 3 months to complete your home renovations. After 3 months just tried to return literally only 4 boxes of tiles and was denied by their automated system, even though it legally says at the bottom of the receipt that it's up to the managers discretions the manager said her hands are tied and she can't do anything and that it's stupid and a lot of people are complaining. This is a lot of money to be taking from customers. Absolutely no reason I can't return it a little passed the return date when we were going through a massive Reno. Also, they have everything approved and denied by a third party company. When I got ahold Taylor from Irvine and he answered with a bad attitude I called him out on it. I said I wouldn't shop here anymore and he laughed and said go ahead, because he doesn't even work for floor and decor. Such a bad company. Please do not use these guys. Update: the manager, Stephanie, has no place being in a management position. They won't even give me store credit and are going through all of this just because it's two months passed the return date, as if massive home renovations take a couples days to do. Maybe Stephanie thinks the tile has passed the expiration date and they won't be able to sell it anymore? Such a weird store, weird employees and weird policies. read more
