Just a horrible experience if you shop here you need to check every box of ceramic our porcelain tile 60% will be damaged and broken pieces you won't save money yes beautiful layout and design but you can't trust your tiles will be delivered, not even the same color my porcelain half off palette was gray and white call store and I have to dive back to exchange and overall is just a waste of money I really regret to follow my handyman and shop here total disaster and even my sales person Louis lies whit my handyman on speaker phone say the porcelain was out sotok and I confirm whit management I was always in stock never sold out read more

Went to purchase bathroom tile. Nobody available to help. Finally got someone to help me purchase the tile that was advertised at $1.19 per square foot. When I went to pay for the tile I was charged $2.37 per piece. When I asked why they said because I was charged by piece rather than by square foot. $1.19 x 157 square ft is $186.83 and $237 x 88 pieces is $217.36. read more

Let me tell you...John and Joleen were tremendous in helping me obtain everything for our flooring and multiple-bath remodel job. John guided me through the process of making sure I got the best underlayment(most expensive but oh so worth it) and stair nose for the flooring job. Tile for the two bathrooms was pretty easy but I wanted to add a glass tile accent border just above eye height and wrap our newly formed niches in pencil tile for an added sleek look. Joleen took great care of me at the register and even helped me get an extra stick of stair nose in when I was short on my original order...that was on me! However, the store transfer went awry as the sending store didn't send the correct color item, so that was on them, but I expect Joleen to take good care of me when it arrives. So if you go to the North Rainbow store in Vegas, see Joleen and John, you'll be happy you did. read more

I was in a sour mood when I came into Floor and Decor because I had already been to a couple of other places asking about flooring for our home. It seems most flooring installers think you should know all the terminology and specs before you come in. I was greeted at the door by Christine (or is it Christina?) who patiently calmed me down, focused on what I wanted and guided me over to the laminate floors to explain the differences. She did so without making me feel foolish, clueless, or stupid. She was amazing and I settled on a higher grade textured laminate that I really love. She explained the advantages and what to expect when it's time for the installation, which I'm now looking forward to. Bravo Floor and Decor for having this kind of employee working.
