I was shopping in the Norco store and was loading up about 300 sf of tile when one of the employees put a rope across the aisle, right where I was picking up tile from. I informed them that I was loading tile and they said they had another order. I told them I was already loading, and they said I have to wait now. This was our first time at Floor & Decor. My husband and I were looking for a specific tile to fix our broken countertop. We were grateful to have met Krystal H. Although we were bummed to find out that they were sold out of the tile we needed, Krystal truly went above and beyond for us. Most places will just say they don't have it and leave it there, but she was the most helpful. I never write reviews but I am writing this review on behalf of my wife. She went in last week to select tile and backsplash for our bathroom. I am doing the installation myself so I was nervous about her going in to buy things without me. Brandi immediately greeted her and offered her assistance. She helped her design everything in the bathroom and even made sure she had all the tools I need for the installation. She even checked her out at the register and loaded everything into the car. I had to find a natural marble stone to replace a cracked stone in my bathroom. I had this bathroom remodeled 2017 and foolishly forgot to save a few tiles "just incase" one of them cracked. So, of course, one of them cracked right in front of the bathroom entrance! I went to the store I purchased the marble from but they no longer had that style and they could not help me locate it anywhere. My contractor told me to try Floor & Decor in Norco, 200 Hidden Valley Parkway. SO MUCH to choose from! When I went to the natural stone section, there was a man named Tony on a Forklift, who was working really hard and focused. When he saw me standing there, he immediately stopped his work and came to my rescue. He confirmed they did not have this stone, however Tony showed me a number of stones that were close and even helped me go through every single piece to match my small sample. He even went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for me. When I got home, the stone he picked matched exact. Thank you Tony for making me feel like the only customer in the store. We walked into the Floor and Decor off hidden valley exit expecting the same service as the other large home stores. I was wrong. My Bro in Law has a special bathroom hes building featuring a 24x48 rain drop shower heads, Moen Digital Valves, Curbless shower featuring 6 foot hidden underwall linear drain. Did I mention the Urinal. Every man should no longer feel a certain type of way. The urinal does the trick. We walked around a bit and were impressed at the selections available. Walking through we met Tony a cheerful Associate more than willing to assist a couple of guys. We briefly explained what we were attempting, his expertise guided us to a product designed for exactly what we needed. Unfortunately as a amateur move we didn't expect we would have such great service and were not ready to purchase as we needed to measure our space correctly. We told him we would be right back with measurements. He was relaxed totally no pressure said when you come back look for me. We left in about a couple of hours later we were back in store and found Tony ready to give us a hand. I admit he looked surprised we were back so quick, but we mean business. We loaded up the Kart with just about everything we needed. Tony's service didn't stop at the sale he helped us find another product which was not at his store but available at another location an hour and half away which was no issue for us. He wanted to help us to the car but at that point a couple of strong men that we are, knew he was better off helping another customer. With a great service we knew we would be back soon. Soon became sooner. We headed to the other location and again were greeted and treated superbly. Picked up a special rock we needed to give this massive bathroom a finishing touch. A couple of days pass and my Broski reminds me of this beautiful porcelain polished tile flooring that would just make the ladies melt walking into his open bathroom. Before we headed out to the store we measured this time. Broski didn't know the floor pricing we knew it had to be $$$ but we headed back to see. We had to wait patiently in line outside for covid reasons but it is what it is. Once inside we didn't have to search hard we found our man Tony. He was assisting another customer and we waited for him. The flooring actually was super reasonable $ and he went ahead a purchased the amount needed for his bathroom floor. Again Tony was helpful and guided us making sure we purchased the right amount with a little extra for the future just in case. Our experience was awesome and Tony made it feel comfortable and was full of knowledge as the list of specific requirements we needed to build a custom 8x16 foot open master bathroom with curbless shower would have stumped anyone at those other big box stores. Its rare you have a place that is that large yet the one on one service is individualized without rush or dependency of a sale.
