Choices, choices and lot of choices. Prices are unbeatable. Prior coming here we already made our search thru local home improvement store and as well as online. We were looking for backsplash on our newly renovated kitchen. Found the arabasque/moroccan design porcelain tile backsplash that we found from other store for $11 per sq ft. Over here is like half the price of most of the product. Worth the drive and truly enjoyed browsing this huge store. Definitely we'll be back here to check their marble selection for our master bedroom soon By the way, people works here are very helpful. They constantly check on us if we need assistance. I've been to this store several times trying to complete a remodel. It's convenient to get everything you need in one place. I was looking for a particular stone, and was able to find exactly what I needed. On this particular visit, Chandler and George were very helpful and ensured that my purchase was well wrapped on the pallet. They loaded it onto the back of my truck in an efficient manner. Pros- Great selection,prices are great,quality of material was decent for the price,my order was close to $1,000 for bamboo ,including transition SPECIAL ORDER MOULDINGS , Cons,- Buyer Beware before you close the deal.MAKE SURE THAT UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT for close to a month,lose a customer,make sure you take the transition mouldings that same day you pick up your flooring, Otherwise you are @ their mercy,I went through so many Incopetent,people 6+ to include managers, I was given so many B.S stories such as " oh the mouldings are coming from china,and the ports in L.A. Are closed for. 3 weeks,next story ohh it should be here any day now,its coming at nigth after store closes..Next story,ohh fed ex is bringing them during the day any day now, Meanwhile i have a very angry customer that has not paid me,even though i installed the floor 3 weeks ago,but i am still waiting for these precious mouldings, They even said to me oohh just pick up some off the shelve that will match, I Wanted to do the right thing and get the matching mouldings that go with the floor,WELL GUESS WHAT ,I HAD NO CHOICE TO COMPLETE THE JOB,AND GET PAID FOR MY JOB, I ENDED UP DOING THAT,CHOOSING SOME THAT HALFWAY MATCH THE FLOOR,I DEMANDED TO GET TRANSCRIPTS OF THEIR COMPUTER EMAILS,- and i find out now that they are having lots of problems with the manufacturer and their supplier,as i understand they have to make these mouldings from scratch, the only Person out of all 6 or 7 is a lady by te name of Sonia i believe, l have lost track of the pgone calls and personal trips to the store i had to make, so once again Buyer beware. read more

Friend told me about this spot for our hardwood flooring needs and boy were we in for a treat. This larger converted warehouse has all the options to deck our your kitchen, bathroom and home. From vinyl flooring, to stone to bamboo, a variety of wood flooring...my goodness. It is heaven. We roamed freely, but were greeted multiple times by staff members welcoming us and letting us know they were there should we need anything. But not in a pushy way, just discreetly. I appreciate that. We found some flooring we like and were directed to a customer service counter that they endorse for installing needs. I've been on the hunt for the perfect floor tile for a few weeks now, many up and down experiences walking showrooms. I did not find that perfect tile here but I was very impressed with their selection, the staff is very nice and helpful. The prices and quality are great! I did find the glass mosaic back splash tiles I had been drooling over at the big box home improvement stores, it was a full 5 bucks less per square foot at Floor & Decor. I purchased those and am still on the quest for the perfect tile for my kitchen remodel. I was told their tile inventory has a quick turn around so if in a week or two I have not found my tile I will visit this place again in hopes of new stock. Of the dozens of tile stores I've visited around Inland Empire this month, this one is the best all the way around. read more

We had our countertops and backsplash done by Home Design. We can not express how satisfied we are. They really paid attention to detail. Flor took such great care of us. She answered all of my questions and did many home visits to check on the job in progress. She did not hesitate to make quick changes if something wasn't done to her liking. The job was done in a timely fashion and every associate that worked on this project was professional and very meticulous with their craft. Ask for Kyle "Klutch"! I came up from San Diego as this store had way better delivery times on tiles we needed for our bathroom. We had a hard time finding a border piece that would match our colors. Stores elsewhere were of no use. We had also given up, but they came Kyle L. He tried several pieces and then ultimately found the perfect piece we needed. He's klutch! Everyone at this store was nice, courtesy, helpful and pleasant, which was especially rewarding as supply frustrations and contractor delays abound. It was well worth driving 1.5 hours to come here. Saturday my husband and I went to purchase stone for our fireplace remodel. We were approached by Jonah a worker at floor & decor. Such a helpful and pleasant person. He loaded it for us on our cart and then brought it up to the register and finally loaded into our car. What a hard working person and a true asset to floor & decor. This place is highly unprofessional. We ordered 75 boxes of flooring , 1700 sq ft, and paid in full. We were told it would take up to 14 days for delivery. We were told they would call as soon as the floor arrived. My husband called to check on the delivery and we found out the flooring had arrived a week ago!!! Not one person contacted us for a whole week. Our renovation was on hold a week due to their negligence. They lost my business for good. They tried to compensate us with $249.18 for the trouble. This was not enough. We had to extend our hotel stay and halt work for a week. When it could have been avoided with one 30 second phone call. If we hadn't contacted them no one would have called us for delivery. read more

I did a remodel a year ago and did not use all material from this store. Due to location I couldn't return it right away, but kept receipt. I tried returning the tile I did not used which was in a box unopened. A young girl named Erica was called to solve my return. She said I could not return it, not even store credit. I was really disappointed in the customer service. Needless to say, I will never deal with Floor & Decor in Norco. I left the merchandise there and they gladly took it. I felt ripped off. UPDATE 9/10/14: I received a call from a regional manager to handle my disappointment in their customer service. They definitely wanted to make things right. They offered several options that were to my benefit. Since it really was not about the money, all I asked was to give me a refund for what I returned. They did and apologized on behalf of their employee and will seek to better train their staff. I was pleased how it was handled and don't have any gripes about the company since this can happen to anybody. read more

If you shop here make sure you know what you are buying. If you want the same thing that they have as a sample make sure the tile and the grout match exactly. Because when I brought it home. My grout was different than the sample that was there. Also workers there are very slow or they don't have enough workers there, for people to get help and to go through the registers. I really like this place. My husband found it online and we went here once before choosing the flooring we wanted for our house (roughly 1,400 sq ft of laminate flooring). The place is huge and there is a really good selection. They have laminate, hardwood, tile and all the supplies to go with it. When we had installation questions and help purchasing the flooring we were assisted by a young woman ( under 21) who actually knew a lot about flooring! She said they have weekly meetings where they learn everything they need to know which is pretty cool. Everyone was kind and helpful and we had them hold the flooring for 14 days until we could make a few trips to bring it all home. Prices are great as well, would definitely come back here again if the time arises :) read more

I had installed some wood plank tile about 8 months ago. I was trying to find it again to extend it to another room. I searched the store but didn't see it. One young man, Javeth, stopped me and asked if he could help. Several others tried, I said, but it looks like you don't carry this anymore. He asked to see my information and we sat at his computer until he identified it and told me how to get it. By the end of the day I had it in my possession. I am a contractor that started using Floor & Decore for about 3 months now. For anyone who owns a business you can appreciate the phrase, "time is money" almost better than anyone. Often I multitask and often it involves my phone. Shame on me for trying to keep up with my clients while spending money in that store. I'm not sure what it is about warehouse stores, forklifts, red flags and employees. Apparently, they think the red flags mean, "get the "F" out of my way I'm trying to work between Snapchats. As I was walking through today the first forklift team (we'll call them Team 1) gave me a dirty look as I was trying to get by to purchase something. Then as I'm trying to grab a few things here comes Team 2 forklift. The red flag leader is trying to talk to me over the forklift safety beeper and while I'm speaking with a client. Apparently, I was interrupting their day? I asked her "can't you see I'm trying to do something as unimportant as trying to spend money and I'm on the phone with the person who's money I'm spending"?. Then as abruptly as as a high school principal trying to clear the hallway the forklift driver BRANDI in her rudest voice said, "is there a problem here"? Really? Yeah I guess there is a problem in that the customer is of little value. It's not all bad there the manager Bobby is knowledgeable and friendly, but there is where it begins and often ends. The only thing worse than BRANDI's attitude is the ridiculous length of time it takes to checkout. Shouldn't the easiest experience be PAYING? I was going to give this place a 3 star review, but BRANDI earned Floor & Decore a 1. I guess State College is worth the drive. I'll stick with Dal Tile. read more

Great customer service! What I am most impressed with is they will give me design tips by a designer. I was lost with all their selections and their staff asked if I need any help. I told them the area I am interested in remodeling and she took me to different areas to show me different tiles and show me some ideas of how to mix and match. At the end, I made an appt with the designer to talk about colors and designs some more. Even got ideas for paint colors for the wall, Very clean and organized. Just finished my very first experience at Floor and Decor. After wandering the store looking for wall tile for my shower, Brandon asked if I needed help. I gratefully accepted and he went above and beyond to ensure that I found everything that I needed. He stayed with me and my party and offered pairing suggestions for the flooring we had picked until we found a tile that we liked. All in all, Brandon was a huge help! The store is smaller than I anticipated (I later learned that it is indeed one of the smaller locations) but still had a great selection in products.
