I forgot the name of gentlemen that helped us with order, but he answered all of our questions. While paying, Taylor helped us checkout. Initially we wanted to pick up our items ourselves, but after some discussion we decided pick up would be a better solution. Because we were already home, we called and spoke to Taylor who helped us and she was able to give me the price of delivery before I would make my way back out there. This store is an amazing place to buy all of your flooring, bathroom and kitchen tile. I purchased 4,800 sqft of porcelain tile for a renovation I was doing and the 32"x32" polished porcelain tile cost $1.49 sqft. I saw the same tile at a large warehouse chain in Anaheim for $5.14 sqft. Do the math. This place saved me tens of thousands of dollars. Great customer service! What I am most impressed with is they will give me design tips by a designer. I was lost with all their selections and their staff asked if I need any help. I told them the area I am interested in remodeling and she took me to different areas to show me different tiles and show me some ideas of how to mix and match. At the end, I made an appt with the designer to talk about colors and designs some more. Even got ideas for paint colors for the wall, Very clean and organized. At first, my boyfriend and I assumed the store would have ridiculous prices for a not so good selection. But we were definitely wrong. We went with travertine and found a great selection for lower prices we had found elsewhere. We were even able to purchase another decorative tile since we had extra room in the budget. Yikes! My initial experience was wow outstanding customer service.. helpful on the floor, attentive to my questions... BUT THEN I waited, waited and waited for my order. I think I could've grabbed the boxes myself faster. I asked several times and they kept saying 5-10 more minutes. Not sure what the deal was.. it was empty in the pick up section. 40 min I get someone to tell me half of the order is now picked. But I literally watched the kid getting my stuff... so where did it disappear to?? All I saw were people cleaning and wondering as I waited. I definitely would have given a worse rating but the young Hispanic kid that helped me inside was excelente.. he should manage the back.. .. I finally got my items over an he later.. I went bk a another day! Again great service.. helpful! But got home and realized they hadn't given me the right amount of for my wood flooring. I asked for 280sq ft.. I got much less. I ordered some stair nose and trim moldings online because of the epidemic we are having at the moment to finish my flooring project. The online ordering said these pieces were in stock. I called ahead because I did not receive a email telling me the product is ready to be picked up because they are only recieving online orders and pick up at the moment. I called ahead and a employee told me that the stair nose was not in stock and would have to be ordered. I told her that the computer said the pieces were in stock. She then had her manager check availability and they came back telling the stair nose product has been discontinued. A day Later I ordered from The Floors and Decor in Santa Ana and they had the stair nose product delivered to them in a couple of days and I picked it up with no issues. I have caught Floors and Decor in Norco in a flat out lie. I'm guessing they did not want to eat the shipping cost of the stair nose so they used the discontinued product excuse. Very Disappointed. Went to Floor and Decor to purchase flooring for our new home. Brandon helped me and my husband. He quickly ordered what we needed. We told him we were in kind of a rush for it. It was a special order flooring and would take 7-10 days to get. We really needed it at the 7 day timeline. Brandon took my email and told me he would try and get ahold of someone at the warehouse to get it quicker. Brandon kept me in the loop and would email me to keep me posted on whether he had heard anything. I really appreciated the open communication. I know he didn't have to do that. The order came in so fast! Before the 7 days even! Now our timeline to do the floors and move in are above schedule. We are so grateful. Everyone at the Norco Floor and Decor were amazing to work with. We are moving to Temecula- But when we are ordering tile and more flooring, we will be taking our business to Norco! We have purchased various types of tile from this location in the past for our house. They have a good selection at competitive pricing. Last week we went in to find tile for our balcony and were assisted by Tony. Tony was professional, informative and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and provided excellent customer service from every point of view. He is truly an asset. He is motivated, energetic and full of drive. Their "Pro Desk" is awful. I waited over an hour with no one in front of me for a custom order pick up that they called me non stop to come get. It was one piece of 92 inch corner round. Must of been taking up so much room that the only girl working couldn't seem to find it anywhere. Asked me five times if they called me and then when a random girl I'm assuming a manager showed up she found it in two seconds where the other girl looked already five times. They don't care how long you wait around which is really rude when they called me to say come get it. read more

I am employed by a local business and spend a lot of money on tiles, glass, ect. from floor & decor. This morning I called to see if they had a certain tile in stock. When I called it seemed as if the phone system isn't working. waited an hour and a half and tried calling again. The phone is now working. So i go through all the loops and extensions needed. They picked up the phone quickly just to put me on hold. I was on hold for 10 minutes. I have a business to run and cant stay on hold for to long. So I hang up and call back again. This time they just answered the phone and they didn't say a word just put me on hold. I hung up again and called right back, and this time they just hung up on me! This is horrible customer service. Im not trying to be a jerk or get anyone in trouble, but this is not the first time it has happened to me. EVERYTIME I call its the same. some one either puts me on hold or hangs up on me. I never get through. If they answer my call they are rude and not helpful. that's my rant. thanks for reading. read more

Customer service at this location is as good as it gets.. the second I stepped in I was greeted by Arette, asking me if I needed any help, she helped me find a solution to a problem in regards to bull nose, she knew exactly what I needed and help me find the perfect product for that, she also helped me find the right sealer for my pebble stone tiles, she even helped load everything in my truck. My experience with Floor & Decor was the worst. When they didn't have In stock the tile I picked out, I was told I had to go home and order what I wanted online. They said they couldn't help me with that. I even asked if they could order it and have it shipped to their store and I would come back to pick it up, and their answer was, "nope, you have to go home and order it yourself, that's how the corporate office wants it". What! That's insane! But I did it anyways because they had what I had been looking for. So, I placed order, and waited for it to come. The computer said it would take 2 weeks and was coming by FEDEX. 3 weeks later, still not there. I called and my order had been cancelled. No one knows why. They said they fixed it, and a week later still no tile, so I called again, and I was told that that my order had been returned! My third phone call I was told it was in a holding pattern because they couldn't find part of my order! 4 weeks later, my tile showed up. And it was ALL BROKEN! It took SEVERAL phone calls and trips to 3 different stores to get my money back. It was the worst experience ever, and put my bathroom on a total hold! The girls at the corporate customer service were rude and acted like I was bothering them! And because I was upset and almost in tears, I was told by one of the girls that she would discontinue the phone call if I didn't stop yelling. I wasn't yelling!!! I was holding back tears! I started this saga in June. Today is August 3rd and I still don't have all my refund. Supposedly, it's coming. But I've lost all confidence in this company doing what is right. I want everyone to know, if the store you go to has it in stock, then great! But stay away from the online ordering! It's a nightmare and very stressful!!! read more

I walked into Floor & Decor this morning with not a clue what I wanted or where I wanted to start. My In-Laws and I started at granite and looked lost. Tony, one of the sales associates, came up and assisted us and answered every single one of our questions and made a point to show us extra. He not once made us feel like we were bothering him and made us feel like a priority. He was definitely the most helpful associate I've ever came across in a hardware store. I finally found the tile I want and he made a point to make sure it was marked for us and that we were taken care of before he went to lunch! Tony is awesome and so knowledgeable! The Manager, Jesse is also awesome and so helpful and made a point to take care of us! I will be back for more business in a heart beat! read more

They ended up pulling everything out again to do a demo for us and answered our many questions. Our instructor was very knowledgeable and helpful. She did an amazing job! We ordered product online and said it was at the store ready for pick up. We paid in advance and we were hopeful that product would be at store. Nope. They sold it to someone else and we had nothing. It would take store 7 to 10 days to receive order. We were under the impression that the order would be on hand at the time of ordering it online. Not true. Manager Josh at Norco cared less of our circumstance. We are redoing our bathroom and the contractor was ready to move forward and install the tiles. Josh the manager said, we could cancel our order and order from Mo Valley store. He made it clear that it's all the same store and there would be no lost on his end. Guess what Josh. Maybe on this review you will get no business in Norco at all and your store that you work at will close and Mo Valley will still be around. read more

Really bad experience after selecting the floor wanted had to wait about 20-30 minutes for a representative to come over after asking 3 different occasions for support. Final a rep. Comes over and tells me I need to place the order and it will take :45-1:00 wait. Very disappointing seeing multiple employees socializing and having a great time. While they have there customers wait until they decide to support. I'm very frustrated with poor and lack of customer service. Im really hoping I purchased enough materials so I don't have to return to this store. Which is unfortunate, because they do have great materials, but customer service is more important to me.
