All floor and decor stores are good but the Tolloson store stands out with the best customer service by going above and beyond. Rebecca is one of the most helpful employees they have and although I have a floor and decor 5 minutes away from my house I'll make the drive to the Tolloson store to place my orders as I know she is a problem solver and will always take care of her customers An example Recently I was looking for a specific floor drain she called other stores and found 1 in stock she them called the store and had them verify the product was physically there instead of just ASSUMING as she knew the store was far away. When we arrived to the other store they said they didn't have it in stock. We let Rebecca know what was going on and she had written the name down of who she spoke to and they were able to find the part for us with in 5 minutes. The Tolleson Floor and Decor is exceptional. The store is always clean, there are carts to use when you come in... this is something that is really needed when you bring in a customer to look and buy. Being a contractor it is most important to our company and our customers that we have a main point of contact in the store to help with getting the tiles, wood flooring, grout, thinset on order and make sure it is delivered. Rebecca is our point person and how much we depend on her to make sure our orders are right,and the delivery is set up... Most important Rebecca always make sure that we have what we need and if there is a problem she will help in whatever way she can to resolve the situation... As I walked in the store and asked for help an employee radioed someone to help. I was greeted by a gentleman that helped me throughout the whole process. Austin, did a wonderful job loading up the tile on the cart and in my truck. I don't even get this kind of service at Home Depot. Recently I had the most enjoyable experience shopping for flooring. My customer service representative, Olive was amazing! Olive walked the aisles with making suggestions, offering insight on the flooring options and so much more. She insisted on doing all my heavy lifting. And all of this with a smile. I highly recommend Tolleson and Glendale store. I was greeted immediately. My questions were answered. I ended up purchasing my tile at Tolleson location. Elias loaded tile on my cart, helped me select grout and thinset. Then he loaded my purchases.in my truck.
