Just had my countertops replaced by Floors Touch. The two sales man that assisted me and Angie (wifey) were Marcos and Abraham. They very very nice and extremely patient with us (Note: we had no clue on what colors to pick) they guided us through the selection process and we ended up with new countertops being installed about 7 days after we wrote up the contract,(everyone else was saying 3-4 weeks to fabricate and install) 1) The whole install process went smoothly, The installers showed up when they were scheduled to, and before they started the demolition they inspected the area and made sure to go over the fact that my water damaged Formica countertops were a bit thicker than my new 3cm granite, meaning that I would end up having to do minor touch ups after they were done. Which I completely understood once they explained it to me, also it took me less than 5 minutes to do the touch ups when they finished. 2) When the counter tops were installed I received a call to confirm that the plumber would be showing up 2-3 hours later to allow time for the adhesive to dry up properly before he came in and hooked up my new faucet and sink. 3) plumber called 30 minutes prior to arrival, (loved that) and showed up within the time period that we were told. Alex was his name and he was very nice and very clean. 4) next morning the tile crew showed up at my front door on time. Manuel tile crew lead, went over the materials to confirm everything was correct before any demo was done, he also went over the pattern design and showed me pros and cons of the different patterns available (we went with 4x4 diamond Pattern) which was what best fit our ODDLY shaped backsplash. Backsplash was done in one day, and Manuel returned 4 days later to allow everything to set properly , just like Marcos and Abraham said he would, to apply the sealer on the natural stone backsplash. Over all we loved the whole process of working with Floors Touch. Awesome fact that made me feel comfortable was that all the guys who came to our home, are COMPANY EMPLOYEES and NOT CONTRACTORS like 99% of the other places we looked at. I truly recommend using them, you will be 110% satisfied with the outcome and if you are like me and Angie, you will appreciate the fact that they are 100% upfront about what the process would be like and what to expect instead of over promising and Under delivering.. read more

I'm not the type of person to put my name behind something or make a review. I purposely waited 6 months to review, to give the newness time to wear off and to identify any issues since the install of my flooring. I'm still very happy with the finished product, would definitely use them again if needed and highly recommend they be considered before making any flooring or kitchen/bath remodels or new build. I purchased my home in July and needed all new flooring, except for the bathrooms and laundry. I did a lot off research, looked at products and pricing at the local home improvement stores, specialty flooring and decor stores, and I decided to go with Floors Touch based upon my research and recommendations from other reviewers on FB & Yelp. From the moment I walked into the store and was greeted by Abraham, I new I made the right decision. Beyond being friendly and seeming to be genuinely interested in my needs, he listened, offered several options and didn't try to "up-sell" me or sell me something I didn't want. Although they could have tried to sell me more expensive products, the products Abraham suggested were perfect for my budget, color scheme and great quality. Because I wanted the floors done between the COE and move-in, I had a short window to get it done. Abraham personally met me at the house, after hours and the day before he was leaving for a family vacation out of state, measured and I was pleasantly surprised with his quote, which include removal of old flooring, tile, leveling compound, new laminate vinyl plank , carpet, 8# pad and new baseboards (including painting). He was also able to schedule the install the very same week, and they were done with the work within a week. In his absence, while he was on vacation, Marcos was my contact. He offered me a great money saving option and had his installers pick up the longer pieces of baseboard at a shop he suggested in Melissa, communicated very well throughout the installation process. I don't usually do this, but after the service and price i received, the least i can do is take the time to Make a log in account to make sure that everyone knows what to expect from them. I had just moved to Mckinney from California when About nine months ago, I came in to their store on a Sunday afternoon. I honestly was doing nothing but killing time, and made sure to let the guy who greeted me, know what my visit was for (lit just looking). normally when you say this when you walk into a business, everyone just walks away and act like you aren around. BUY not these guys, as soon as I told Marcos and Mario that I was just looking, the first response was "feel free to look around and please do not hesitate to ask anything". seconds later I was offered bottled water, and I was being treated as if I walked in and said that i wanted to Remodel my whole house. After that visit I had no need for their services until a couple of weeks ago when I had a water leak issue, and sure enough they were the first ones to come to mind, so I payed them a visit and to my surprise the guys remembered who I was !! After hearing what my situation was, Marcos guided me through their selection and introduced me to the new LVP floors that are being used now in days. He took the time to help make a selection that would allow me to transition from gray tones to cream tones (planning to repaint home in near future) without being stuck with having to work with only color that would work with Grey. Fast forward to the present, my new LVP floors have been installed and Look great!! Since day one when the Installers arrived at my front door, ready to tear out the old and install the new, the guys were very professional. The crew was very respectful of my home and belongings. To say I am happy with my new floors and countertops would be an understatement. In April of this year we purchased a foreclosure. The house was marked way down and needed a lot of work. We knew goin in that we would need new flooring and the bathrooms were in very bad shape so we decided to redo those as well as add in new countertops and backsplash. We wanted hardwood floors, carpet, tile, granite, backsplash, and three new shower renovations. We also decided to do new baseboards. We got several estimates from other companies. We found they were either very expensive or their materials were not attractive. The house was in pretty bad shape so we were very motivated consumers but decided to get a few more quotes just to make sure we were getting a good deal. One of the companies that came out was $10,000 higher than the others. The man from Floors Touch arrived early and did all the measurements. He showed us samples for all the areas we were getting replaced(the whole house). The hardwood he brought was absolutely gourgeous and we immediately had a favorite. We already had a sample of granite chosen so that was easy. The samples of tile he brought did not match our decor so we went to the showroom the next day and chose a beautiful tile for the floors and one for the showers. The carpet was a silk finish incredibly soft.( I Love It!) The finished product is absolutely incredible. The installation was meticulous and professional. I went to floors touch mckinney and have been dealing with marcus soto. Its been a positive experience for sure. i got help picking my floors wood, bathroom floor tile and shower tile. he goes the extra mile to make sure everything looks right and gets done right. some of my material took a little bit longer to come in but marcus kept me abreast on everything that was going on. When it did come time to install, let me tell you the work was ON POINT! Everyone thinks my floors look awesome. the guys also did great trim work for me thats what makes things look extra bad a!!! My bathroom in my master bedroom is so good looking that it really makes me feel good to just be in it. Marcus really designed it suggesting a clear glass for the shower, and getting a new vanity. i told him what colors i though i would like and he gave me several great options. Thats what makes him great, not just product line knowledge, but what looks good, what people are doing for current trends, and making things work with the space you do have. Hes also been very respectful and helpful when i change my mind on things or want to get more work done while my house is getting worked on. I know its hard to squeeze people in and make things work but he does so with out complaining and genuinely appreciates my business. Let me address some of the other comments on here. Its construction there is a labor shortage and a construction boom. they dont mix, and its the same everywhere you go. After having purchased a home with carpet that was beyond saving, my family and I needed to get it all replaced. We decided on laminate in one room, and new carpet to replace the rest. We initially visited Nebraska Furniture Mart thinking that a big box store would have the best prices. Unfortunately, they said it would be over a month before new carpet could be installed. My wife and I looked around and found Floors Touch. Right away Marco showed us a number of options that were much less expensive AND they could schedule the install for later in the month. We chose a carpet and a laminate, arranged for the measure, the installs, and put 50% down (the rest due when we were happy with the install). Marco came out and did the measure, let me know how much my measure was off by, and what that added to the final price. Laminate installers were kind enough to install (for free!) the new base boards I bought for the one room with laminate. They also took a shopvac to the room and cleaned up after themselves. Carpet installers also did a great job with the removal and installation. They ran a vacuum over the new stuff as well. Final difference between NFM and Floors Touch? We couldn't have been happier with our entire experience with Floors Touch in McKinney. Our salesperson, Marco, was incredibly helpful through the entire process. He showed us a variety of options that fit the requirements we had for our floors. We wound up deciding to go with some Luxury Vinyl Planking that he suggested, and that was definitely the right choice. When it came to the installation, everything couldn't have gone smoother. Marco was able to get our install scheduled incredibly quickly, and his team showed up on time every day. Our installer, Jeronimo, was punctual and attentive to his work. He took great care to make sure that we were getting best install he could do. He made sure that at the end of each day the work areas were clean and in good condition. While this is my first time ever having floors replaced, it felt like he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with his work. It took them just over 4 days to completely rip out all of the existing carpet, hardwood, and tile that we wanted replaced and lay the new planking. My entire experience was great! I had many different samples to choose from for my new hardwoods. I went with a hand-scraped Hickory. The installers arrived early Monday morning and worked diligently ALL day to move furniture and begin removing tile and wood flooring that I already had. They worked 2 1/2 days just moving furniture and preparing our floors for the new wood. They were very knowledgable and proficient in what they did. They took extra care to cover rooms/items with plastic to protect from dust and flying wood or tile. They took their time and made sure the new floors were done correctly, that the wood met up on edges, was cut correctly,etc. I don't think I've ever seen workers so dedicated! I never saw them even take breaks, except for lunch maybe! After working all week, on Sunday morning, they came back and finished up with all of the baseboards, and moved furniture back. I cannot even express how happy and amazed I am with my new floors! My house looks so different, and it's like walking into a new home! I love the way they look, feel, and am just very pleased overall. I can't wait to getcarpet in about a month. I know they will do another fantastic job! read more

Floors Touch installed new carpet and pad in 3 bedrooms of or new home after a water pipe break flooded the 3 rooms. We loved the carpet and pad - the quality of both far exceeded what the builder had installed. Installers were prompt, polite and efficient. They moved all of the furniture. We only removed small items and cardboard boxes that were in the closets, which hadn't been flooded. We worked with Vince in the sales department. Very pleased. Two months later we bought a "new" old house that needed a kitchen rehab. The kitchen, breakfast area, and utility rooms had indoor-outdoor carpet and formica countertop and backsplash. Marco helped me select the materials I wanted and Vince came out to the house to measure and write up the proposal. We had some misgivings because we kept the old cabinets which are definitely outdated but in good condition and custom built. We were super pleased with all phases of the installation! The workmen and women were fabulous! Very efficient, skilled at placing tiles for pattern effect, polite and very tidy. Barely any debris and perfect clean-up. I have rec'd so many compliments, that of course when I needed to upgrade my flooring in my Dallas rental townhouse, I called Floor Touch again. The staff is amazing, knowledgeable, friendly and very easy to do business with. they scheduled an installment quickly and I recognized the installers from work done on my home a few years ago, which says alot about the way they treat their employees if they are still there after so many years. The rental flooring turned out so beautiful that I have no doubt the townhouse will rent quickly due to the flooring installation. I noticed that the small change that the installers found scattered on the floor were placed on the counter and I could not help but think how amazing that is (not that I was really surprised). I have shopped around the Big Box stores and the "guys working out of the van" type installers and I always come back to Floor Touch, so much now that I won't even waste my time in shopping around as they are the best for the dollar, best for quality and best for me. read more

Can't say enough good things about our experience with Floors Touch and our new carpet. Our go to guy was Markos and he was a great guy to work with. Very nice showroom of not only the products but also the work they can do. Markos was not pushy and answered all my 100's of questions thoroughly and with a smile on his face. He genuinely wanted to educate me not only on the product but the process as well. He came out to measure our home and was on time, explained the contract and financing in detail and gave me a time line for installation and completion. He and his team delivered on everything he said. The crew that came out were polite, very careful with moving our furniture, were quiet during the installation and cleaned up after themselves as they moved from room to room. When the installation was complete, the new carpets were vacuumed and you couldn't tell they'd ever been here. They did an excellent job of installing and we're very happy with our entire experience. Abraham came to our house to take measurements and look at the colors. He made several great recommendations on types of flooring, colors, and baseboards. His price was 2/3 of what we got quoted by another business. His installers are great! They really do some quality work. We were so happy with the flooring that we decided to use Floors Touch for our shower remodel. We wanted to take down our shower and the tub and turn the whole area into one big shower with 2 shower heads on opposite walls. Once again Abraham helped us pick the colors and it turned out great. We used floors touch for all the flooring, showers, granite, and backsplash tiles in our home. The install was completed over a 21 day period and am impressed with the work they did. We had solid wood floors installed in the downstairs are about 3500 sq feet and I must say they are flawless. The installers came highly recommended from friends and I must say the wood floors are awesome. They also installed granite countertops as well as backsplash. The countertops are very nice and all the edgings and finish is perfect. They also installed six showers in our home all with different accent strips and different tile styles. The tile work in our bathrooms is also very nice and clean work. The attention to detail is obvious as the grout lines are very straight and the tile is laid very nicely. We also had carpet in our upstairs and our guest house. The carpet is very nice also. All in all after three weeks and a lot of work our dream home is complete From firsthand experience I definitely recommend Floors touch. read more

Again, I had a great experience with Floors Touch. I needed the whole 2nd floor of my house recarpeted. Abraham is very personable and professional, and did an in-home measurement the day after seeing him in the showroom. That was on a Wednesday, and the carpeting was installed the following Tuesday, much quicker than expected. The installers did a very high quality job, and were very easy to deal with. Abraham's estimate was lower than 2 other estimates I got, and the install was seamless. TIP: if you have squeaks in your floor, get them taken care of before carpet installation-installers aren't going to take the time to search out your squeaks. Its easy to do-just pull back the old carpeting and drive in some wood screws! This is my second time using Floors Touch-4 years ago they did my entire first floor with laminate and tile, doing a fantastic job, and it still looks great 4 years later. read more

In February 2021 my home was involved in the freeze . Abe was very involved in getting my house repaired so that I could move back in . My house had mold through out . There was several pipes that had broken and flooded my home .There was about three to four inches of water through the house. Because of the water my house became a MOLD infested building . Walls had to be removed all the flooring had to be removed and replaced . Floors Touch removed all the flooring that had mold . Our kitchen cabinets had to be replaced because of the mold from the water damage . Floors Touch became my general contractor and supplied all the people to do the repairs. If it wasn't for Floors Touch and Abe with his crew of hard working competent professional repair personal my house woud not have gotten repaired . Well I am here to tell you that working with Abraham and his sales staff has been one of the best experiences. We started off with just wanting the floors redone, then we decided to upgrade our countertops, why just stop there? We decided to move forward with the back splash. Very pleased with the efficiency and quality of our flooring. We moved into our new home about two weeks ago and wanted to get new carpet ASAP. I called Floors Touch after a Google search and talked to Marco. I went into the store to check out the quality and price of the carpet. The price was cheaper and the quality was better than what we were offered at home depot (we got a polyester, medium pile, 60 oz carpet). We were able to get the install done two days later. We also had some bubbling in our carpet that I noticed a couple of days later. The crew was back the next day to fix and re stretch it. Overall I'm very pleased with the quality of work and service we received from floors touch. Would definitely recommend! And would highly recommend working with Marco. Great to work with. Well, I don't normally take time to recognize a company and individuals, but this is the time for just that! We decided to invest in a new granite counter top after nine years in our home. Our two concerns was the color and cost. Abrahem (owner) and Marco (salesman) was so helpful in getting started. He set up a professional granite measurement company and then made arrangements to go to the granite yard to look at entry level to level four slabs, and fell in love with a level four that was out of our budget. Abrahem assured me that we need to go with what we love, because of years of enjoyment with no "buyers remorse". HE WAS RIGHT! It looks fantastic (would've been a big mistake to go with entry level). This is my second review of Floors Touch, and I cannot say enough good things about Marco and his team. We've contracted with them to renovate the entirety of the interior of our home. Each project came in under budget, the work always met or exceeded our expectations, and was done on time. Our most recent renovation included some minor reconstruction and painting. Abel and Romo were the subcontractors. Both were friendly, punctual, and did great work. We have had all of the floors (tile and carpet) replaced, base boards installed and painted, granite counter tops and back splash installed, an entry arch replaced and trimmed, and painting (ceilings, walls and trim) of all surfaces. I rate each project a 5/5. We will definitely use Marco and his team for any new projects. read more
