I've previously visited this place maybe 1 or 2 times pre pandemic and moving to WA and it was great! Now that we returned to PR, we decided to go! For the first time since we moved this March, there was no waiting line outside and it seemed empty. So my husband and I decided to have some brunch this past Sunday. We were seated under 3minutes and waited like 5 for the server to come to our table. We first had one that was seemed she was not in a great mood, and we ordered our drinks with her (juice for me obviously cause im pregnant). While this one left, another server came and we thought that maybe our server was changed so we proceeded and ask about Gluten Free options and the said that the only option are potatoes, but that the bread was made in-house and had no active ingredients that caused the allergy. My husband who is not Gluten Intolerant, but avoids gluten by preference and to support me could eat the bread. BUT me being a Gluten Intolerant person was considering the bread with that information. At this same moment the initial server came with our drinks and it was pretty awkward how the both of them looked at the each other. The initial one left the drink at the table and left. So the nice server left after providing us information and gave the initial one my Gluten Intolerance notice. - This just told me there is no organization with the staff. So we were stuck with the grumpy server and she notified that the only option for me is potatoes and the bread was not safe. -another red flag that not all the staff are well educated. I asked how long was food taking in arriving to the tables to know if we should order something ahead. Guys, I'm pregnant and hungry all the time‍ The server said 30-35min so we ordered the oatmeal with fruits ahead, but also gave our main dish order with coffees. It took 20minutes for an oatmeal that is already cooked and you just toss fruits on top to arrive at the table. I ran out of juice and the server never offered if I wanted more juice or water.. I had to ask when was the oatmeal arriving to have some information because she would just ignore our table. She brought our oatmeal and did not bring two spoon's nor offered me a drink... she just left. My husband had to ask someone else for a spoon so we could share the oatmeal. The oatmeal was really good, but a 20min wait is ridiculous. Probably 15-20min after our food arrived with my coffee( it had passed an hour since we were seated already). She brought the food and only offered my husband water and nothing to me... Food was amazing and everything came perfect. We asked if some dishes were for sharing and they only said that one. My omelette was HUGE so I ate half of it and took the other half home- so again... staff does not know the menu correctly When I saw her pass I asked for water! and she brought me water... If I haven't asked for something so basic I wouldn't even be able to drink something beside my coffee. She had the audacity to ask for a tip after giving us such a bad service and experience, but I do give tio because in PR waiters are paid lower than the minimum wage. But my Tip percentage does depend on the service we receive. I'm sorry, but I just think this place is not worth it. Expensive brunch, long wait time for food when the restaurant was empty (like 6 or 7 tables counting us) and very grumpy server. I don't recommend. And I'm giving 3 starts because the food was good, but I'm not returning if I'm paying. read more

A gem! From the ambiance, the food and service, all was great! We arrived with like 40 minutes before closing (I ask if the kitchen was still open) and employees were happy to serve us (surprising). They have a huge cake display. We ordered 3 slices. These cake slides were HUGE!!!! Each slice can serve 2.5 to 3 people! The pictures don't make them justice. I come from a baking business family and we all loved these cakes!! The chocolate was our favorite. We also got the salted caramel and lemon meringue. I had a baileys coffee and it tasted as good as it looked. The pizzas were very good. I like white sauces, so we got the ricotta one... It was super cheese, right amount if saltiness and the crust was very good. I also got a personal veggie one.The tomato sauce was made in-house... So, it was not acidic our sweet like the one from jars... I loved it. Everything tasted fresh. My mom is not a pizza lover and she loved these place. This is a must visit! I currently live outside Puerto Rico, but for sure will return to try their brunch for my next trip. But I know my family will now continue to support is local business. THE only thing I would change are the menus. The fonts are supper tiny. I had a hard time reading them and I have 20/20 vision...Please print them bigger. Amazing breakfast. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Kid friendly. They don't take reservations so you want to get in as the open. Place gets packed quickly. You must try the Pumpkin french toast. The picture says it all!! read more

A DISASTER! Ordered 2 pastas. One was SUPPOSED to be fettuccine with "churrasco " or skirt steak and mushrooms with pesto sauce . Saludos: En el día de hoy lleve a mi madre a comer en un lugar donde la primera vez nos atendieron con respecto, cordialidad, y con SERVICIO. Cuando llegamos solo habían 3 mesas de dos personas cada una. La camarera, de nombre Carla, nos toma la orden de los cafés y de entrada pedimos pancakes de limón con merengue para 4 personas. Hasta el momento, todo bien. Comenzamos a ordenar y pedimos un chicken cutlet sándwich, que estaba en el week menú (estamos en día de semana) y me dice que no lo tiene, ok, pues una pasta. Mi hija pide pizza, a lo que la camarera Carla indica que no están disponibles hasta la 1:00 pm cuando en el menú indica que esta disponible desde las 12 del medio día. Despues de ya haber ordenado pasan 20 minutos y la camarera Carla va a la mesa y nos dice: "discúlpame no tengo pasta!". No se como funciona esa cocina pero al leer el pedido, automáticamente te indican que tienen disponible y que no. Llegan 3 platos y mis tostadas de aguacate con salmón ahumado no llegan. Le pidieron queso parmesano para el risotto y este nunca llego hasta que llegaron las tostadas (5 minutos despues de haber entregado los 3 platos). Lo que sí llego fue una pizza a la mesa de al lado, a lo que preguntó a Josue, el Gerente en turno por la pizza ya que la mesera me indicó al momento de pedirle la pizza que esta estaba disponible de 1pm en adelante y el sorprendido ya que no tenía conocimiento de que la camarera negara el producto ya que el mismo está disponible desde las 12pm como indica el menu. Aún esperando por mis tostadas de aguacate las cuales cancele por la demora. Unos minutos más tardes llega Carla con las tostadas, a lo que aprovecho y le pregunte porque la mesa de al lado tenia pizza?? Y ella contestó: "El pizero llegaba a la 1" gente eran las 11:45am. Pésima experiencia! Josue hizo lo que pudo pero aún así con un descuento del 15% y ofrecerme un postre por la casa al cual le dije: "gracias pero no gracias". El servicio fue de lo peor. Not impressed, we came about 200pm, the waitress didn't told us that the menu was only brunch and pizza. After ordering the drinks we was informed the problem with the menu, we decide to stay, we order a margerita pizza and eggs Benedict for me. Pizza was tasteless and basically no cheese. Today my wife and I went for a brunch here - we had been many times before the pandemic, we really liked the food here although somewhat expensive, and this was the first time I went since the pandemic started here in Puerto Rico in March 2020. My wife asked for cafe latte with low fat, and either they served her coffee with a no lactose milk or something else was wrong as it tasted horrible. When my wife complained to our waitress Paola she kept on insisting that this is what she ordered, instead of offering to replace it. My wife also asked for the Cacerola de Huevos - and it was really overcooked, the potatos were really hard, the spinach was dried almost to powder, and the eggs were cooked dry to the bone. Once again, she returned the plate without eating anything and showed the waitress how extremely overcooked it was. My pumpkin French toasts were overly sweet, to the point I could only eat one of them, but I was really hungry so I decided to eat just one. When the bill was presented it still had both the undrinkable cafe latte and inedible Cacerola de Huevos my wife had returned uneaten. When I asked the waitress why these items were still there she came up with this lame excuse that she had to get some permission from someone - which she should have done before presenting us the bill as this totaled close to an additional $30 USD. After an additional wait the bill was corrected. For a bill that was to total over $80 for a brunch you really would expect much more than what we got from that visit. read more

The place is small, doesn't have many seating areas, and it is overpriced for what it offers. Overall, the employees are attentive, and the cakes, and food are pleasant to the eye. And that's it! My husband and I had brunch and our experience with the food and service was not the best. We ordered the churrasco eggs benedict and the lemon curd buttermilk pancakes to share. The churrasco eggs benedict were good but the pancakes' consistency was really off. The lemon curd and meringue were ok but it was difficult to cut the pancakes even with a steak knife. As we were trying to cut the pancakes the waitress came to our table to ask if everything was ok and we told her about the pancakes. Instead of taking the plate and offering us something else she just walked away. After struggling to eat about 1/4 of the stack of pancakes because we were hungry, we decided it wasn't worth it and asked the waitress to bring the check. We told her again why we weren't able to eat the pancakes and she didn't even apologize. It's outrageous that we had to pay $13 for a plate of pancakes we couldn't eat and had to go to another restaurant afterwards to eat something else since we were still hungry. read more
