Checked out this new business over Labor Day weekend. It's a little tucked away, but we had no problem finding it. Omgg, the vibe is so elegant and chic. Took a photo of the cutest coffee bar! We book 2 appts and both of our technicians were cheerful and gentle. Started working on us right away. The hand and feet massage were soooo nice and relaxing. The new massage chairs were awesome too. Haha. We did not want to leave! I asked for simple French mani and pedi while my niece got fake nails. She showed the technician a photo from tik tok, and the technician replicated it beautifully. Overall, love the ambiance and vibe. Will definitely be back! read more

Went into Flora Blanc Nails yesterday and the staff is so sweet and very caring! It is such a great nail salon, very clean, and overall a beautiful spot...however the only thing I will have to say is never get a manicure! Always go for gel nails. My nails less than 3hrs of my appointment, looked trashed! I sat in the seat for over 20mins for them to dry and it did...but hours later they looked lumpy, dull, and it got destroyed because they put 4 layers of polish on it, with a not so great top coat! Along with this being said, my nail tech asked if I wanted a massage, when it's supposed to be included, I noticed she was trying to rush things because someone else was waiting(which totally botched my appointment and experiance). I declined since I noticed she was rushing, and then after that I realized before she was prepping my nails to be painted she did not clip my cuticles (although I didn't have much, but around my fingers their are some areas of skin that could have been cleaned up). Aside from that this is a nice spot to go to, just get the Gel Nails...never a regular manicure! read more

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I came in with my daughter for manicures and pedicures on a Sunday--mine was a gel manicure, and hers was regular polish. Ironically, her nails lasted and looked great, while my gel manicure started chipping within just a few days. I called the salon the following weekend to have it fixed, and they scheduled me to come back. When I arrived, I had to wait 15 minutes past my appointment time before anyone even started. They removed the gel polish, applied only clear polish, and then charged me $40 for what they called a "manicure." Not only did they refuse to stand behind the original gel manicure that barely lasted, but they also charged me again to fix their poor work. I asked twice to speak with a supervisor and was told she wasn't available--even though it was obvious the front desk staff was communicating with her. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Poor quality, poor customer service, and no accountability. Do NOT recommend. read more

I've been on a search to find a good high quality salon that produces consistent quality. I went with my mom and was greats by the kind owner. She got a pedicure and both her and I got an acrylic nail set. She also got a pedicure and before tip it came out to 180. I was so excited to go to this nail salon, I live 45 min away. I called to get a mani they mad an appointment but then I got there and no appointment, when I expressed my disappointment I got an attitude! They found someone to do my gel mani, after feeling super uncomfortable I sat down, my gut was telling me to leave but I wanted to give them the benefit. Everything seemed fine till the next day when three nails chipped and broke. I went back to fix because I paid a lot. They fixed my nails and the next day another nail broke. Ok It's a beautiful place but that's it! I never felt so uncomfortable in a nail salon and so unwanted! Good luck to all. read more

My 3yr old and I traveled about 20 minutes south to come here because it was one of the few places that had an actual full service for kids on the menu (most places only offer polish for kids). She really wanted her feet soaked and the whole package so we left very pleased with our service. It was really clean, service was great (no wait with 11am appointment on a Saturday), and our nails turned out great. Aesthetic was beautiful and they did a wonderful job. I do not recommend this business. You will make an appointment and they will not treat your time respectfully. On multiple occasions, I have had an appointment and still sat there for 40 minutes + waiting. Today, I had an appointment at 6 pm and when I got there I mentioned this happened the last time and I asked what the wait was going to be and they said, "40 minutes" so I asked if I should come back then and they said actually no we just won't even have time for you tonight. It means this business lacks organization and doesn't even provide a courtesy call to say they are backed up. Unfortunate cause they do a good job but I can't support a business that is so inconsiderate and careless about time. read more

I walked in Monday after my run to see if I can get a pedicure and I made an appointment for Thursday at 4PM. I told the front desk receptionist there Monday (who was actually nice ) that I will call back to change it to an earlier appointment if work wasn't so busy. On Tuesday I realized my appointment was made on the wrong date ( instead of Thursday they made it for Tuesday ). I called the front desk to ask the receptionist to change it and she asked me to go online. Then I reminded her that I didn't make it on the wrong date and asked if she could change it and she said you can go online . I said but I am asking if you can do it on the phone and she asked me to go online. I told her that I wasn't happy with the customer service and she never offered to help me make the appointment . So then after I hung up I messaged to let them know I felt the customer service was poor and they tried to gaslight me . And were passive aggressive. I was bummed because I really liked the facility , very beautiful and they did a good pedicure (another time I went ) but they are just so rude . The first time I went they moved my appointment because they have time management issues and I was very flexible . It is just interesting how they do have the ability to move an appointment or make it for you but when I asked they didn't ( only when it works to their advantage ) . Then when I complained about their customer service they tried to deny it and turn it on me. Also they because said I'm a Liar when I complained . At the end they offered to speak with their staff but never offered me to schedule me another appointment and basically told me to go somewhere else by saying "we hope that you found a salon that worked with your schedule " . Which I found to be passive aggressive in my opinion. read more
