I was so excited to go to this nail salon, I live 45 min away. I called to get a mani they mad an appointment but then I got there and no appointment, when I expressed my disappointment I got an attitude! They found someone to do my gel mani, after feeling super uncomfortable I sat down, my gut was telling me to leave but I wanted to give them the benefit. Everything seemed fine till the next day when three nails chipped and broke. I went back to fix because I paid a lot. They fixed my nails and the next day another nail broke. Ok It's a beautiful place but that's it! I never felt so uncomfortable in a nail salon and so unwanted! Good luck to all. read more

My 3yr old and I traveled about 20 minutes south to come here because it was one of the few places that had an actual full service for kids on the menu (most places only offer polish for kids). She really wanted her feet soaked and the whole package so we left very pleased with our service. It was really clean, service was great (no wait with 11am appointment on a Saturday), and our nails turned out great. Aesthetic was beautiful and they did a wonderful job. We'll be coming back again on Mommy/Daughter dates. read more

I come every 2 weeks because it's cute and they do a great job! Everything is clean and updated and the vibe is always very calm

I walked in Monday after my run to see if I can get a pedicure and I made an appointment for Thursday at 4PM. I told the front desk receptionist there Monday (who was actually nice ) that I will call back to change it to an earlier appointment if work wasn't so busy. On Tuesday I realized my appointment was made on the wrong date ( instead of Thursday they made it for Tuesday ). I called the front desk to ask the receptionist to change it and she asked me to go online. Then I reminded her that I didn't make it on the wrong date and asked if she could change it and she said you can go online . I said but I am asking if you can do it on the phone and she asked me to go online. I told her that I wasn't happy with the customer service and she never offered to help me make the appointment . So then after I hung up I messaged to let them know I felt the customer service was poor and they tried to gaslight me . And were passive aggressive. I was bummed because I really liked the facility , very beautiful and they did a good pedicure (another time I went ) but they are just so rude . The first time I went they moved my appointment because they have time management issues and I was very flexible . It is just interesting how they do have the ability to move an appointment or make it for you but when I asked they didn't ( only when it works to their advantage ) . Then when I complained about their customer service they tried to deny it and turn it on me. Also they because said I'm a Liar when I complained . At the end they offered to speak with their staff but never offered me to schedule me another appointment and basically told me to go somewhere else by saying "we hope that you found a salon that worked with your schedule " . Which I found to be passive aggressive in my opinion. read more

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I came in with my daughter for manicures and pedicures on a Sunday--mine was a gel manicure, and hers was regular polish. Ironically, her nails lasted and looked great, while my gel manicure started chipping within just a few days. I called the salon the following weekend to have it fixed, and they scheduled me to come back. When I arrived, I had to wait 15 minutes past my appointment time before anyone even started. They removed the gel polish, applied only clear polish, and then charged me $40 for what they called a "manicure." Not only did they refuse to stand behind the original gel manicure that barely lasted, but they also charged me again to fix their poor work. I asked twice to speak with a supervisor and was told she wasn't available--even though it was obvious the front desk staff was communicating with her. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Poor quality, poor customer service, and no accountability. Do NOT recommend. read more

The staff is always welcoming and kind. Everyone who has done my pedicures and GelX have been very talented! Always relaxing and they take their time! The spa is clean pretty and they always give me a bottled water with a pre packaged cookie or protein bar. Reception staff is always super sweet and welcoming! read more

staff was nice i guess but the lady who did my nails did so bad and for the price it was just crazy. she didn't do like half my nail and said there was cuticle when there wasn't she was just too lazy to redo it. i came to get my nails done for graduation and now i have to go redo them, and it's really hard to mess up regular polish so im not sure why that happened. that alone, when i spoke to someone on the phone they told me one price when i arrived i looked at the flyers up front and the prices were so much higher so i didn't get a pedicure that i had also expected to get. i shouldn't have tipped as much as i did. overall a waste of my $40 for just a regular polish! they also said there was $5 off when there was not. it's a pretty salon but they don't do a good job read more

I do not recommend this business. You will make an appointment and they will not treat your time respectfully. On multiple occasions, I have had an appointment and still sat there for 40 minutes + waiting. Today, I had an appointment at 6 pm and when I got there I mentioned this happened the last time and I asked what the wait was going to be and they said, "40 minutes" so I asked if I should come back then and they said actually no we just won't even have time for you tonight. It means this business lacks organization and doesn't even provide a courtesy call to say they are backed up. Unfortunate cause they do a good job but I can't support a business that is so inconsiderate and careless about time. read more

I've gone here at least 5 times in the last year and service has declined considerably. It's extremely inconsistent in quality. My most recent pedicure I am not sure the man doing my service had ever given a pedicure before. He did zero cuticle care, scrubbed my feet for maybe 15 seconds each foot, and rushed my gel manicure so fast, paying very little attention. I sat next to my husband whose pedi with no polish took just as long as my rushed gel pedicure because his person took her time to do a nice job. When I asked if he could scrub my heels a little more he seemed annoyed and told me he already did. Lastly, his station was disgustingly dirty - he had a container with dirty tools that he filled up with nail polish remover and dipped his brush into to do "clean-up" work around my nails. All the brushes and nail files looked used and disgusting while other stations were clean and tools were wrapped in plastic. I won't be coming back. read more
