The nail tech was very nice and did not rush on my mani. I have been getting dip powder for a while now and have noticed that some places use the gel top coat and place your hands under UV light. Ive come to notice that the powder does not stay on long when they do this route. The powder stays on my nails better when they use the normal 3 step sealant. SO ANYWAY, my nails chipped by like the fourth day . So I wont be coming back. I wouldn't recommend if your intentions are dip powder!

Last week my nail cracked while out of town, one week after getting them done. Tuesday, Rachel redid my nails, then exclaimed with an attitude when finished, "I will no longer do your nails, call and make an appointment with Chung when you return". I went to the front to address her attitude. I was met with a blank stare by the front desk attendant. Management had no regard for the poor service or the disrespectful attitude of the staff. This displayed a poor reflection of this business and staff mistreat of customers due to their negligence. How could the nail tech have an attitude when I had to drive 45 minutes on 2 separate occasions to have my nails repaired? This is egregious.

The bubble then popped, and I could see wet gel polish underneath. For those of you that do not know this, this is VERY dangerous! It can cause your body to develop an allergy to gel polish and destroy your nails. I went back later that day to show them the issue, and they told me they would fix it. I expected them to take off the polish that was there, clean up the wet gel polish, and redo the nail. Instead, she just painted over the bubble, adding more wet gel into the hole and making a huge bump on my nail. When I get home I ended up just taking the whole nail off. And as I expected, there was wet gel underneath. I am so disappointed since I thought that this would be my next go to place, but I put my nail health over a good deal any day.

Janice (the owner) and her staff are amazing!! I am new to the area and was wary to go to a new salon, but I had an amazing experience here!!! Janice remembered my name after only one visit! They pay amazing attention to detail, and they really take their time! Both staff members who I have experience with gave amazing, long massages. However, what I've learned throughout my life, working in healthcare the past 10+ years, and dealing with a lot of different people is that you should never ever stoop down to anyone's level. & just kill 'em with kindness.
