I love the way they have everything laid out and I smelled just about every flower. I was here for over an hour. The employees are exceptional! Matt is super helpful and patient and he showed us all the gardenia and jasmine plants along with succulents which is what brought us here today. Let's talk about Dakota, he is so beautiful and you can tell he's genuinely interested in horticulture and loves his job! The entire experience was amazing and I even began to like the smell of lavendar! A+

From the beginning, Chris was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. He helped guide us through the design and made sure everything came together exactly the way we envisioned. The quality of the work has really stood the test of time. Our yard still looks fantastic years later, and you can tell the attention to detail and craftsmanship that went into the project. Chris takes a lot of pride in what he does and it shows in the finished result. Beyond the great work, he's just a genuinely good guy who cares about his clients and the outcome of the project. If you're looking for someone who is reliable, talented, and passionate about landscaping and outdoor spaces, I highly recommend Chris and Organics Outback.

I do not have a green thumb. In fact, I would rather have no plants inside or out. But I am redoing…read moremy landscaping and needed to refresh the plants. I started out at a big box store and was unsuccessful. I then ventured over to Armstrong, which I've been going to for 20+ years in general. The ground floor Customerservice staff was incredible. I brought in my schematic and showed them what I was looking for, and they pointed me into the right direction for some plants. Checking out was super easy. It's easy to get around with the carts. And Parking is directly right outside the Garden center. I returned the next day because I had only purchased one specific plant in the group of plants I purchased and unfortunately they were sold out. They were kind enough to do a special order for me and I'm excited for that to come in. If you think going to Armstrong might set you out of budget think again. Prices are comparable to the big box stores and smaller garden centers. I ended up ordering some stuff online from a separate plant supplier, but overall my experience in Armstrong was fantastic and I will come back. I was told that they offer a one year warranty on the plants I believe that's for the woody/deciduous so double check before you buy. They'll ask for your phone number to keep your purchases on file for this purpose or you can keep the receipt.

A cautionary tale: in our most recent visit, we were very disappointed in the service. A bit of…read morebackground is that six months ago we spent over $1500 on plants from them. They warranty their plants so when one of them died, we went in for replacement (it was one of 3 of the same variety). They didn't have the plant in stock so they said they would put in a special order. Many weeks later we'd heard nothing back so we went into the store. Dianne, a manager , admitted that they would not be able to get the special order. So we selected a replacement plant. The original plant cost $35 and the replacement plant we selected was only $25. But apparently they neglected to note in their system that the special order was to replace a plant under their warranty. So they charged us for the plant! Their mistake: they have lost a good customer over a plant that probably cost them $13 bucks. Their plants are more expensive and higher quality than the big box stores, but don't expect them to stand behind their warranty.
