If you are looking for something very beachy very unique... Laguna Coast pottery is the place you want to go.. they have this amazing stone Seaglass heart that I just fell in love with.. " i'm hoping that perhaps I get this for Christmas!" There are so many different designs of pottery and eclectic metal works of art you could spend an hour looking around at the little mini succulents to all the beautiful creative weathervanes... I just love it here it's so eclectic!

Beautiful statues @ Laguna Coast Pottery

If you're like me and you love garden decor, pottery, statues, plants and more, you will definitely want to stop by and pay a visit to Laguna Coast Pottery! There is definitely something for everyone here at LCP, I guarantee you will walk out with more than one item like I did! The employees were both friendly and helpful, we even got help carrying our large purchase items to our car. Parking is available on the street, dog friendly store.

I have been looking for nice ceramic outdoor vases for sometime Most nurseries and stores either were very expensive or had a limited selection Finding Laguna Coast Pottery was like finding the jackpot Huge selection. Tons of colors Tons of different sizes and shapes Their costs are reasonable compared to others Plus the owner is very nice Great store

I once again visited Laguna Coast Pottery during my stay in Laguna Beach & was assisted by 2 exceptional employees that went over & above their job descriptions Andrew not only found a small pot with a Frog on it but he also drilled a hole in the bottom for drainage so I could plant a succulent in it. The other employee Kirk had a considerable amount of knowledge Re these plants so he helped me find " just the right one". I will be back. Thank you

Pots, plants, water fountains and more, all at surprisingly reasonable prices. If you've ever walked into a pottery or landscaping store and walked out shaking your head minutes later from sticker shock, you'll be pleasantly surprised upon entering the front gate of Laguna Coast Pottery. Laguna Coast Pottery has it all and the staff are quite helpful (if not maybe a bit over the top friendly). The textures and variety are simply breathtaking. I had to return later that same day after being overwhelmed during my first visit. Where's the tip jar? I just loved it - and the colors in the Sun... Amazed!

This pottery shop had everything for your garden! Plants, water falls, pottery , wind chimes, etc. The guys that waited on us had great personalities and were very helpful in packaging for travel. It was a great experience!

    Gorgeous succuelent arrangements.

I stumbled upon this great pottery/nursery/garden store today. Their succulent arrangements caught my eye as I walked along PCH on my way to dinner. I only had a few minutes to browse around and since I wanted to purchase succulents, that was my main focus. They do have several beautiful statues, pots, and garden art. Their succulents are some of the most healthy succulents I've seen in a while. I found several varieties that I never seen before, and I am so glad I stopped to check this store out. If only I lived closer and didn't have to drive 500 miles home with a trunk full of suitcases, I would have definitely purchased a few mexican pots and mermaid statues. I didnt want to walk around with a bunch of succulents, so I had the gentleman working (maybe the owner?) set them aside for me. When I returned an hour and a half later, their gates were already closed, but they allowed me to shop some more. It was so nice of them to do that for me and didn't rush me one bit. I ended up going home with three very gorgeous and fairly rare succulents. A verigated Kalanchoe thyrsiflora 'flap jack,' verigated Echeveria agavoides 'Christmas' and echeveria Giant Blue Curls. I will definitely come back when I'm in the area again.

I am a long time resident of Dana Point and love to support local, family run businesses…read more Unfortunately, my experience with Dana Point Nursery has been consistently disappointing, and almost entirely due to customer service. Over the years, I have found the owner, Brooke, to respond to most requests with some variation of "no." Do you carry a particular item? No. Can you order something specific? No. Can I exchange something? No. Can I return an item I purchased just a few hours earlier? No. The most recent example was a simple request for a 10-gallon plastic pot. Last week, I was told they were out of stock and to come back after Friday. When I returned this weekend, they still didn't have one. While walking through the nursery, I noticed a used 10-gallon pot and asked whether I could buy it. The answer was no, and I was told to come back next week. The problem wasn't that they were out of stock. Businesses run out of products all the time. The problem was the complete lack of initiative to help solve the customer's problem. A simple offer to order one when I first visited, or even an attempt to suggest an alternative, would have turned a frustrating experience into a positive one. Instead, I went to Armstrong and bought what I needed there. What makes this particularly disappointing is that Dana Point Nursery depends on the support of the local community. Most people want to support independent businesses, but customer loyalty is earned through helpfulness and service. Unfortunately, after several experiences like this, I have decided to take my business elsewhere.

My bad for not checking reviews first before dealing with them. They were referred by a friend. Go visit Moon Valley in Irvine (Veronica) or HB (John/Riley). Both have the nicest sales people and aren't pushy. You get what you pay for. They have all the trees you can physically see and touch unlike this other nursery. Experience with Standard Grp: They will over promise and under deliver. We thought we would save a little bit of money from Moon Valley but did we think wrong! Oh and make sure to review all their "NRNC" (No Return No Cancellations) policy which was never provided to us. They're probably drafting it up now as I am typing this review. Our project was over $10,000 which isn't a small deal. They just promised just to get the $ and couldn't deliver the 32- 12 ft trees come the day before delivery. Anthony, the sales person was non responsive. We had our contractors ready to plant so the promised delivery day was important. We texted and called, texted and called and silence. Finally texted that we wanted to cancel everything. Then, a James, returned a call but was so condescending saying they were so busy and "had other customers" besides us. How rude. We just needed some sort of confirmation but of course that's when James mentioned they didn't have all the trees as promised nor ready to deliver because they didn't pass "QC" (quality control). Anyhow this escalated up to the CEO David Schneider but he was no help. Only Maribel was nice who contacted us trying to resolve the damage but the damage was already done. Nothing has been delivered but David is still pushing for a No Return No Cancellation. After weeks of cancellation and 0 product or services they feel the need to keep $10,300 of fully paid funds.
