Amazing breakfast tacos!!! I ordered one mighty tiger and one Migas taco and loved them both. Two tacos was the perfect amount because they're super filling. The mighty tiger was the perfect meaty breakfast taco that paired great with both the green and red salsa. If you like spice, the green salsa is super yummy too! The migas tasted like an omelet in a warm tortilla with bits or crunch inside. Service was wonderful and they were super fast. The green salsa is just not spicy and the red salsa kind of taste like bland tomatoes. The girl taking orders wasn't super friendly and charged about five dollars for two sauces per taco. My boyfriend and I went here as a breakfast pit stop on the way to Blanco, TX, and we both agreed it was just about the worst breakfast place we've been to in Hays County. Their menu didn't have any pricing on it ("well the prices are always changing," we were informed upon inquiry), the staff wasn't welcoming, and the food was subpar. Like, really subpar. The huevos rancheros I got was quite literally just a bunch of salsa poured on fried eggs, and the refried beans and potato wedges tasted like they came straight out of Walmart's clearance section. The gag? The entire thing was $10.50. That's not even counting the other egg dish my boyfriend got, which was more of the same. this is THE breakfast taco spot in dripping springs. call in or stop by to order & pick up tacos to go. the only issue i've had with the tacos was with the bacon & egg - both times i've tried this taco, the bacon was almost overly plentiful - but also hard, thick and not pleasant to eat. my main challenge is price, prices arent listed, either covered with pieces of paper, or prices on those papers have faded to nothing. prices shown on a recent (within the year) post on yelp showed most tacos priced at 2.50. i have a hard time paying 2.50 for a bean & cheese! but on my recent visit (11/17/24) i was charged $35.00 for 4 bean & cheese and 2 each of potato & egg, sausage & egg and bacon & egg. so $3.50 per taco? i know food prices have gone up, but that seems a little high. if price is a concern, especially if you are planning in picking up a large group order, to check before you order. read more

The service is vey good. Gentleman who waited on me was nice and took the right order. The place had lots of tables to sit outside and enjoy the food. It really caters to the youth at the high school and I know they love it. For me as a hispanic growing up with Mexican food tacos all my life, it was quite disappointing. I ordered two carne guisada and paid $10. When I got home, I like to open the taco and eat some of the meat cause normally they are overstuffed. These were, too, but the meat was very tough. It was quite chewy. It would have been best to placed it in a slow cooker another hour for it to be tender. It did have good taste, but I just didn't have time to chew away to enjoy it. Great little spot on the side of the road to stop for a quick bite. We stopped by on our way to Fredericksburg and couldn't have been happier. You order at the window and shortly after pick up at a separate window. We opted for some breakfast tacos, but couldn't resist a chance to try their Barbacoa and pastor. Combined with their green habanero salsa it Was excellent. If it wasn't so cold out we would have enjoyed eating them in their picnic area, which was cute, but unfortunately it was 32 degrees outside, so we took them into the car. Holy moly, this place is the real deal! This little trailer has a cult following, and rightly so! We got some breakfast tacos once morning and they were fantastic! Chorizo and egg, potato egg and cheese, bacon egg and cheese, sausage egg andcheese, etc. They are jampacked packed full of toppings, come with homemade salsa and are SODAMNGOOD! I had the chorizo and potato options and was so full after those two tacos. Oh, and it's cheap! We got 8 tacos for under $19. Delicious, filling, and a great value. Cant beat it! I wish I had the opportunity to eat lunch there as well and will definitely make an effort to eat there again when in the area. read more

Used to live super close to this place and my husband would regularly bring it to me for breakfast or lunch and I was always glad when he did. Their food is great, nothing he brought home ever went to waste, it was always scarfed down. I never went with him to pick it up but he said there was a guy there who always served him that was a super nice guy. Migas were crunchy very tasty the beans on the plate are the best refried beans I've had in years. The Supreme Burrito stole the show a giant beast of a burrito. You will need both hands to hold. I had a small wait as someone in front of me was ordering. Flores has a small area for outside seating (picnic tables). We ate on the road. OMG! The tacos were huge. I ordered two. I couldn't eat taco #2 bc I was so full from the first one. The green salsa was good. I didn't try the red one but my hubs said it was good. Man, that burrito I had? Total letdown. First off, they charged over $10 for it, way more than it was worth. I was expecting a tasty meal... Then comes the tortilla. It was like they were playing a game of hide and seek with the fillings. Too small and not even wrapped properly, so everything was spilling out. I felt like I needed a bib! And the eggs, oh boy. They were a mess. Overcooked, but also oddly wet, like they'd been sitting in a puddle. And the taste? Fake. I don't know what kind of eggs they used, but they weren't the real deal. I really, really wanted to like this place. I love breakfast tacos. I mean who doesn't? I have been here a few times and hoped each time would be better, but it wasn't. The cheese on the tacos is very strange, it's not cheddar or American cheese, it's more of a Velveeta or spray cheese. I think it's disgusting. So I have gotten my last few without cheese. Today my potato, egg and bacon tacos were not great. The bacon was little bits of scraped up leftover bacon in a big chunk that was difficult to eat. My dog loved it though - so he thanks you My husband likes the tacos here - he said they're 4 star worthy but I really can't agree with him so I'll add it here to appease him. The employees are very nice here and pump out tacos like you wouldn't believe. Being right near the high school is a gold mine! I think the outside could use a good scrubdown because it's so dusty from the parking lot but looking in the windows the staff were constantly cleaning inside so that made me feel better. read more

Searched for a breakfast spot on the way back from Pedernales falls. Found this on google maps, decided to give it a try, we were starving and didn't want to wait until Denny's. This is a shack on the side of the road, little to no seating, limiting parking. Fills up fast, long wait. Came here at 11:30 on a Saturday- i don't know if they are always that busy. Ordered two bacon egg and cheese tacos and two potato egg and cheese tacos. They do not have coffee or hot drinks. Tacos were good, a bit greasy All in all it took way to long to get a few mediocre tacos. If you're hungry and just wanting to grab and go, I'd recommend it. If you're wanting to sit down and have a meal/drinks, this is not the place. I wish they had more healthy options. On their online menu it said they did, but really it's just eggs, cheese, meat and some other Mexican breakfast dishes. read more

January 2025- I decided to take my family to Flores since I haven't been there in a few years. The service and the food wasn't very good. I thought time has passed and it should be better. Again the waiter wasn't friendly, he was impatient and abrupt, he asked one person in my party if he wanted iced tea and no one else. One of my family members started out asking for more tea but the waiter took off, the appetizer quesadilla was just tortillas with cheese that looked as though it had sat for a long time. My salad was something unappealing, the tomatoes tasted weird. They offer two dressings one is ranch. No other choices, One of my family ordered the chicken breast sandwich and was unappetizing just thrown together and you are not asked what sauces do you want. They put mayo and mustard. The fries are cold. Their menu is way too big. They need to shorten the menu and the prices are way too much for food that isn't very good. Not sure if I'll go back. It's a shame, but I've never known Flores to have very good food.. read more

My review is going to be very honest and 100% based on my and my boyfriend's opinion. We eat Mexican food, and get breakfast tacos a lot. So our first time eating here we got their breakfast tacos. I always get the basic bean and cheese, and he gets potato bacon and egg. The bean and cheese wasn't horrible, but so flavorless...like they don't season it at all and the cheese is like velveeta which doesn't go well for tacos and etc. The potato, bacon, and egg is more egg than anything and extremely bland...like does no one use seasoning for anything here? The only thing that gives the food flavor is the sauce they offer you red or green. Next we tried this place again for their lunch option this time...maybe this would be better we thought. I got us the nachos, large quesadilla, and the chicken melt taco. Let me start by saying that the beef nachos are the only reason this review is at 2 stars, they are huge and pretty good! (Minus the velveeta type cheese) The "large" quesadilla was pretty small for the price and didn't come with any guacamole, sour cream, pico...nada. PLUS it was DRENCHED IN OIL! YUCK! They over did the awful velveeta cheese again as it seems to be the only cheese they use. So as reading this you can guess that the chicken melt wasn't good either, on top of their velveeta cheese caked into the taco....all of their chicken meat is dark. All of it! For quesadillas, tacos.... I mean I get it's cheaper but c'mon now. Overall an extreme disappointment for us moving to the area. read more
