Dealership also quoted me that i needed a new harness along with the part he replaced - after further inspection from Zap he saw it was just not plugged in properly and saved me a ton of money! I've never known a mechanic that honest (the dealership surely wasn't) - he could have easily replaced the part and charged me for it but he was honest and for that he will forever get my business.
