But this time I stopped in without an appointment, expecting a long wait, but Doniven took care of me right away. I explained I had just hit a curb and was worried about a puncture in my tire, he was professional and knowledgeable and really took his time inspecting my tires and clearly explained to me all of my options. Doniven helped me choose the best pricing options for my budget, and had my payment & keys within 10 minutes, all while calmly managing a busy lobby alongside his team!   What impressed me most was how quickly everything was handled--I was completely done in a little over an hour. Throughout the process, the back team kept me updated on the status of my vehicle, which I really appreciated. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, personable, and genuinely focused on providing great customer service. I'm very grateful for their help and would definitely recommend Discount Tire to anyone needing tire service or replacement!

I was told they were behind and it'd be about an hour and a half until my car was serviced, I had my toddler with me but assumed we'd be fine waiting that long. I didn't leave until three hours after my appt slot. I had to cancel appointments I had later in the day because I didn't leave until just about 2pm. Service members were apologetic and I let it slide because they were very busy but I had to approach them for any updates on status which was frustrating especially when it went over the initial hour and a half estimate. My husband had an appt for 4:15 today to get a rotation and balance. He was also told it'd be an hour and a half- he didn't leave until after 7. Extremely frustrating again but service members were apologetic and I wasn't going to leave this review BUT when he got home he realized that the balance that he went for wasn't even performed. One star for apologetic team members but something has to be done about how appointments are handled.

Recently I called with questions about wheel spacers and Roger the owner said since I'd bought the tires from them, to just bring it in the next day and they'd throw em on for me no cost. After picking up my car, I noticed a bit of vibration when on the interstate. I called the shop and without hesitation Cam told me to bring it back by and they'd figure it out. Ended up being I needed a balance and I was back on the road soon after, no issues. Seriously the best shop in town.

I was charged almost $400 and told the issue was fixed. About 10 miles after leaving, my car started running hot. I immediately called the shop and was told, "That's strange, it didn't run hot when you brought it in." I had the car towed back. Three days later, I was told the car was ready. When I arrived to pick it up, the car would not start, which has never been an issue before. Again, I was told, "That's strange, it started when I drove it this morning." While driving the car home--less than 10 minutes from the shop--the vehicle began producing heavy white smoke, which I later learned indicates a blown head gasket. My car was returned to me in much worse condition than when I brought it in. I'm not sure what was done to my vehicle, but based on my experience, I strongly recommend doing your homework and getting a second opinion before taking your car here.

All the other places were super expensive and when I messaged this spot, they answered right away and gave their prices and were very honest, which is something I was looking for. When I got there, I dropped off my car and it was super easy. You just have to fill out the sheet and he was even kind enough to also add on the oil change that I wanted even though they were pretty busy. It took just a few hours and I came back to pick it up and the cost was so much better than if I went anywhere else just to do one of those things. I will definitely be back. They have three "bays" to service cars and will normally have you in and out in no time. Out of all the times I've come here (countless), there has only been one time they didn't have the tire I was looking for. Also, I never really have any issues with the tires I buy from here. If you're someone like me, that buys used tires a lot and have been to several used tire shops around town, you know that some of these places will sell you a faulty tire in a heart beat. I usually pay around $50 for my tires and that price includes everything with installation. Of course that price may vary with different tire sizes. Also, you don't have to get out of your car during the tire swap and their tires come with a short warranty.
