Price 30 for pedi but the lady was scared to cut my cuticles, she didn't use the spray at the end or the hot towel .. when she polished my Toes again it was like she was scared to put nail polish on .. left residue of Polish all around my toes and the polish stuck to the cuticles bc she clearly didn't cut them !! I made an appointment for these awful Nails. They took me right away when I arrived. I knew something was wrong when the place was empty. My nails are awful, they are not smooth and filled with air bubbles. When I complained Mimi the lady who did my nails said it's the sparkles in the nail polish. She was just too lazy and didn't want to do them over again. I will not be returning to this place and spending my hard earned money for the crap job that they did. I use to go here every 2 weeks and on my last visit I didn't tip because I was very happy with the way nails looked and the owner started screaming at me for a tip I just spent 135 dollars on a manicure pedicure and they still want more there very ungrateful for my business and I will not ever go back! read more

EDIT AND UPDATE: never going back here. In the 6+ years of getting SNS I NEVER have had them do this and crack, it's now hurting too!! This started happening on DAY ONE. I even called back 2 days later to schedule something for the weekend (since I work all week) to have them fixed. I was told to come in Sunday. I called again and she said come in... WELL, the place was PACKED. As in breaking all COVID anything regulations packed, seems dangerous. They sat me down and then I got a speech how I should've spent "$20 more dollars" ONTOP OF AN $80 bill to get UV GELS because "she told me so." No. This means that it is cheap SNS material they are using which is unacceptable for my bill I paid. Not to mention she tried to embarrass me in front of everyone and say "next time make an appointment" I CALLED IN ALMOST A WEEK BEFORE and was told to come in Sunday!! Don't put that on me because you forgot! I even had to put a matte cover on my nails to try and stop from breaking. I spent extra money for French, a bad shape, and SNS, this is ridiculous. Only stars are for how much time the artist herself spent on trying to make them even. This was my first time hereThe Covid regulations made me feel completely comfortable, masks, plexiglass, temperature checks. But what really caught my heart was how thorough Ann was while doing my high-maintenance nails. I did SNS dip powder with a coffin-shaped thick French on my real nails. She took her time and made sure everything was perfect and even, so impressive. It is a bit pricey, $45 for SNS +$10 for French +$5 for shape but I can say it was worth it. They tried to talk me up to a UV gel tor $80 but a girl can only budget so much haha read more

Lovely experience at Daisy Nails. Just moved into the neighborhood & had to find a new salon. I entered 50 mins left to closing so I was afraid they won't accept me. But no, it was the complete opposite. They welcomed me with warm smiles. I asked for a pedicure & gel manicure and the lady jumped right to it. The sweet lady massaged my feet, took her time while painting & then moved me to do manicured. 10 mins left to closing , the other lady's were cleaning , getting ready to close BUT my lady took her time and did not rushed. Massaged my hand, my back & made sure my nails look great before finishing with me. Once I was done, they all welcomed me to the neighborhood, and gave me tips on how to keep my nails healthy. I only been here twice but once again had a great experience. Very, kind, caring, and clean environment. Mimi did my manicure & pedicure today and she did a beautiful job. She took her time and was very thoughtful. I didnt have a lot of money today to get slippers so she gave me temporary ones to leave with so I dont mess up my nails. Overall the employees there were so sweet and were a joy but I felt a bit rushed and the actual paint job was the only issue I had. The shape of my nails I liked, when there was something I didn't like with the color she helped me figure out a better option. I'm very particular about my nails, I usually only go to one place in Connecticut but my friends recommended this place & I was not disappointed. The place was very clean, everyone was very professional & kind. Jackie did my gel manicure to perfection. I walked in 30 min before they closed & they still took me in with a line of people waiting. My experience here was terrible. I was there at 9:00 , the ladies didn't get there until 9:15. I waited for them to set up and all, by now it's 9:40 I asked for pedicure and gel polish. Lady says pick any color on the wall. I pick a color. I get my pedicure done, we move to the table for my gel mani now. I pick a color, she doesn't want to do it cus it's too "light". She recommends the same color just with a shade of very light purple. I tried to choose a diff one more of nude tone she said no that's too light again. If they're TOO LIGHT why do you offer them. The color she chose I feel like is even more light than the one I had originally picked anyway. While I'm getting my hands done the manager lady tells me the color on my toes was 2$ dollars more. Mind you it's already on my toes what else can I do but say okay haha. I go to pay, and she then tells me it's 5 dollars more not 2. First of all they should have a sign that says those are 5 dollars more, or have the lady tell you ahead of time . I don't mind paying extra juts the manner it was addressed showed poor customer service. The actual service has pretty mediocre. I still have cuticles hanging all over my nails & she cut me, they don't soak your hands before cutting cuticle it's all dry. I also don't know how clean their tools are, didn't see her clean them or anything after use, they didn't come outta a new baggy, she juts put them under the UV light. The colors don't look any like the colors from the gel choosing book. Very disappointed. Waste of 50 dollars. I will not be returning. If you do decide to come here, don't expect much. Bring flip flops, they don't offer those disposable ones if you have closed toed shoes on. The way they treat new costumers vs regulars is a very noticeable difference. read more

Stopped by here on the way to visiting my aunt. Popped in for a manicure and pedicure and the lady who did my nails was so sweet and gentle. She took her time doing my nails. This place is awful. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. The lady doing my nails was so mean to me and she did a crappy job. She missed the sides of my nails with polish so I had random spots of unpolished nail, my nails were slanted and she didn't look at me or speak to me except to tell me I wasn't allowed to recline in the chair. I didn't know I was on a plane preparing for takeoff. I will not go back. Even though they are one of the very few places open on Sundays I'd rather do my own nails. read more

Though our experience at salon weren't that great, we fully exceeded our expectations from this cute shop!
