We waited a bit longer than what I thought we would to get our appetizer. To end up getting everything at once. I've been going to Flos since I was a baby pretty much, hands down thee best biscuits and gravy I've ever had, this is the first place I've had them and everywhere else does not compare. They're food is all country style and it never disappoints. People who go there is more the older crowd but I don't mind it, it's very close to home type of vibe; it's great. I don't understand why this place has only 3 and half stars! The food is homemade goodness! I crave their salads because the delicious homemade croutons (literally the best!!!) and dressing! I've ordered a few things here and they've all been good! I really like their chicken tenders but they do have a spice to them! My favorite thing to order is their chicken fried steak with homemade mashed potatoes and gravy! It comes with veggies, bread, and a soup or salad for $10! I love their iced tea (I'm a picky iced tea drinker) and their service is great! Such nice and friendly people! I took my fiancé here for the first time and she loved her salad and 16 bean soup! It was our first time in Flo's Farmhouse Cafe and our experience was outstanding! The artichoke & spinach omelette and chorizo omelette were very tasty with home made salsa. When we walked it felt like a friends family home : very clean, comfortable and nice place because of high professional management and hard working team there. In Summary, great service, great food, and large portions at a reasonable price. We were leaving Riverside after an event, and needed to find a place to have dinner before the long drive home. Well after seeing the reviews, we decided to give it a try. The people were very friendly, greeted us at the door, and led us to our table. We were in the mood for breakfast food, so we ordered omelets etc. long story short, the menu was great, the food was tasty, the portions were generous, and the service couldn't have been better. They were on top of everything, and made us feel like we were part of the family! By the way, the coffee was brought to the table with a little thermal carafe, so I could refill my cup as often as I pleased. And it was fresh and delicious. The deserts were also great, and although we were stuffed, we couldn't resist, because they were baked fresh right there. We were in Riverside looking for the best bkfst in the area and came across Flo's. We were excited because we associated it with Flo's in Chino. We were sadly mistaken and disappointed in our bkfst to say the least. Country fried steak was the worst I've ever had. This was a pre breaded frozen product that was over fried and dry, the gravy was flavorless, sausage was horrible and the bacon was not fresh or hot. I used to like the place. It was like a nicer version of denny's. You can't select your soup option... which is why I ordered food from this place. Soup. I have a 103 fever and I'm not driving anywhere. My entire family got the club sandwich (3 orders) two with fries, one with a side salad. The fries are slightly battered and crispy and the sandwich looks good. I got 2 orders of soup. I put a note in one to request the vegetable beef, because the daily soup is potato cream and I wanted a broth based soup not a cream based soup. I called prior to placing the order and told them i cant select options on door dash and he recommended grub hub via yelp so I told him I'd try that. He offered for me to pick up my order and I even told him im extremely sick and needed it delivered. It seems like not checking the notes has become standard for all online ordering. Im tossing the soup and drinking broth I have in my pantry. For a $71 order for 3 sandwiches and 2 cups of soup... I expect my order to be right. They also forgot to provide the toast I ordered. So my entire meal is trash. There is no way to dispute the order other than a phone call, which I have zero time for. Generally, this would be a 3.5 to 4.5 star review based on past experiences. Dining in has always been decent. Not fantastic, although the staff is friendly enough and I like their variety of menu items. Breakfast was decent here also. They have a pie there I tried once and it was delicious. (Million dollar pie?) Something like that. Try it. You might like it. But I won't be returning. read more

We love this place! The food is fresh & homemade. It makes you think of your mom or grandma's cooking. The staff are very friendly and the portions are generous. I want to give this place a good review because the employees are so sweet and friendly, but I don't know if they're always understaffed or if it was this particular day that I decided to go in. Today at 5/23/21 @10am sunday morning me and my friend went out for breakfast everything is great until the Middle Eastern Guy charge me on my credit card gave himself extra tip money. I left $7 cash tip in a table so when I got home check out my status on my credit card the bill was $43.77 and this middle eastern who work in a cashier in front charge me $52 how dare you take money in my credit card. I leave tips in cash like always. I went back talk to him and he explains me what he did about percentage of the tips and I said I left tips $7 on a table still didn't get my money back. I can imagine people who leave tips in a table and still charge you in your credit card with extra tips I was surprised how this guy stealing money from me and other people. Please check your receipt and your bank status this Middle Eastern Guy will over charge you even do you left tips in a table. I'm very disappointed I never had a problem like this when I go out to eat and Will never coming back to this place who steal peoples money in your credit card and I make sure he won't steal anyone money anymore.
