Sauce tasted weird biscuits were sour and under cooked

The lady who served was nice. They were full when we arrived but got a table all the way back. We got a cheeseburger and fries for my son (10) and my daughter got an egg/ cheese/ POTATOE/ bacon burrito. (13) and I got a chile verde omelette with the biscuits and gravy. The burger was okay big, but very thin patty. Mostly big because of lettuce. Burrito big because of potatoes bland no flavor. The burrito was bland and only I think ONE egg.and chile omelette was ok-- feels like NOT homemade sauce meat was oddly very tender like it came from a can (mom's meal) Gave good review because of good waiter she was nice. My son (10) said it smells like a Public restroom in the diner.

First time here. I was looking for a home style breakfast and I was not disappointed. I was warmly greeted by Carlos as I entered from the parking lot. He had a fabulous smile and a caring disposition. I immediately felt like I was coming home for a meal - thanks Carlos. I took a seat at the counter and right away was greeted by Kelly. She brought me their specials and had an upbeat positive vibe of fun. Carlos brought me some hot tea to start my morning off and it hit the spot, just right. I ordered the 2x2x2 special (2 eggs, 2 sausage or bacon, and 2 hotcakes). I threw in a side of hash browns to complete my cravings and all tasted fantastic! I could barely blink and my plates were served fresh and warm. Thanks to the great chefs. There is such a warm, comfortable atmosphere to just eat and enjoy. The pricing is outstanding and easy on the pocket book. Thank you Carlos, Kelly and Riviera family for making my morning fabulous! See you again soon.

Another great find in Jurupa Valley off Mission Boulevard. Brings back the nostalgic atmosphere of an American Family Diner. Breakfast was great, French Toast and eggs were the bomb. Breakfast Burrito is huge! And delicious. The four stars is due to the menudo being just so, so but is to be expected for an American Diner. I did want to give it a try though. Our server was fantastic! and had to love her over easy egg earrings. It's also nice to find a place where pricing is reasonable. If you're looking for a good breakfast diner give this place a try. Let me know what you think.

Best potato's I have had in a long time. Love how it's a family owned restaurant. Tell they have a lot of local people who come daily.

I knock off one star because I think the portions are a little small for what you pay regarding food, but I will say I like to eat a lot, so take what you will of that. Nonetheless, the food and drinks are always good. I recently stopped in with my fiancé and we sat at the bar. We were very pleased to have Peter as our bartender. Very congenial, very knowledgeable when asking him about different drinks, and very patient with us, not to mention moving with expediency (which I always appreciate). He definitely elevated our experience and we'll be back in the future for drinks! Thanks Peter!

The tacos on the menu for the special was a carne asada taco, a shrimp taco, and a chicken taco. These tacos are on a rotating basis every week. The carne asada was more like shredded beef. Both that one and the chicken taco were good but nothing special. The shrimp one on the hand!!! Now that is one i'd write home about. it came with four shrimp pieces , and the taco shell was fried and perfectly crunchy. I would come back for that one any day! The service for us was interesting. Service was super nice but we weren't helped for a while. i think our seating placement might have been right in the middle of both the servers' territory so there might have been confusion on who was suppose to help us? We were literally in the very center of the half booths lol. Eventually the male server came by and apologied for the wait and was very very attentive to us for the remainder of the time:) alsooooo the taco at The State Redlands are slightly bigger than these so i beleive the Redlands ones are more filling.

Honestly, the line is mainly due to the customers taking their sweet time while ordering. You might have a hard time finding a table to sit at inside, but they also have outside seating. Price-wise you'll probably spend around $15-$20 per person. I highly recommend their grilled chicken sandwhich. It comes with grilled chicken, lettuce and tomato, all on a toasted sourdough bread covered with pesto and cheese. For the side I typically get the Italian pasta salad, which is always delicious. One thing about this sandwhich is that the chicken will never cover the entire bread and it will never be distributed evenly. So you will always have one half that has less chicken and ends up being part veggie pesto sandwhich, which is still worth it. The other favorite is a turkey club sandwhich on a croissant. It's basic, but also very tasty. They also carry a variety of pastries and serve Klatch coffee (brewed coffee) if you need a sweet treat afterward.

Definitely 5 stars for the breakfast Atmosphere inside is very welcoming and cute nothing fancy just an old school feel which I like Customer service 5 stars for sure. Employees have been friendly each time and they bring out food to you on the patio. Unfortunately the location is increasingly a problem at least while sitting outside. Lots of homeless people around some on drugs and some unstable. Last time I was there a homeless man threw an orange at someone who was eating next to me for no reason at all. It's not the first time something happens that feels unsafe and although there's not much the restaurant can do about it it does affect the ambience

Not complaining as I love both. This was a first time for me here. We were in the area and were walking around trying to find someplace for lunch. In downtown on Main Street, there wasn't much options to choose from as a lot of the places seemed to be closed or not open till later. We saw this place which there was 2 other guest on the patio but it was open. Checked out the menu but the birria ramen sign caught my attention. The restaurant itself isn't that big. Main seating area is on the patio which looks out to the boardwalk. Perfect for people watching. The waitress that took care of us was a major doll. Very sweet and friendly. Don't remember her name. Food wise, they had a good amount of your traditional dishes. I saw the ramen sign and that's what was ordered. Also the chicken quesadillas. Chips and two different kind of salsas was brought out to start. It could be a hit or miss on them but I can say it was a hit with these. Both of the salsas were quite tasty and had a nice spicy kick to it. Food, the chicken quesadillas were quite thick in the way it was prepared. Rolled and almost in a burrito formed and sliced for easy eating. Nice big chunks of chicken and a good amount of cheese. Came with a side of sour cream, guacamole and fresh jalapeño slices. Plus rice and beans which we opted just for rice. And of course the birria ramen. A decent size bowl with a very good amount of meat. Topped with red onion and cilantro. The broth was good. Flavor, it was decent and seasoned well. Overall, it was decent but the potions or meat made a difference. Food was quite nice and tasty. Both the ramen and quesadillas were enjoyed as well as the chips and salsa. It's a cute little restaurant which we quite enjoyed. Service was great and all the staff were amazing.
