There is nothing like tasting a real, pureed vegetable in a veggie soup. If it started out canned, I wouldn't have known it (not that I'm saying that), and you have to like cheese because you get a thick, melted, and stringy cut on sourdough bread, toasted perfectly to hold up to dipping in the soup.
