Each one has been a little different, but still maintain the same general look/feel per my preferences. I may have been a little lucky, but the bouquets always seem to last longer in the vase than some of the flowers I get from grocery stores too. I've only ordered online, but as another reviewer mentions, I get the sense that this floral arrangement company caters to making arrangements for specific types of events. That is, when you order an arrangement on their website, you can input your preferences and the general look and feel you'd like out of your arrangement and they'll design the arrangement to spec. You can preorder in advance of the date you'd like them to deliver. They have mostly been on-time with their deliveries (you can specify if you have a preferred time frame of delivery on a specific day), but have been communicative with me if the flowers need to be delivered in a different time frame (e.g., when they're really busy trying to get out an order for a large event like a wedding). Note that their website specifies that they only deliver in Petaluma. Overall, I would highly recommend Petaluma Floral.

Not only did this mean we were going to get married in front of nothing but a brown curtain, but we had tons of guests in town, many last minute things to still tend to, and no idea where to begin to find an alternative solution. That's when Andrea stepped in. Within hours of receiving the news, Andrea contacted us immediately with a list of ideas she had for alternative decor. Given how on top of everything she had been until then, we trusted her implicitly to create a beautiful space with little direction. Knowing she would be resolving the issue, not only was the weight of the last minute bad news lifted, but the decor Andrea ended up providing for our ceremony was gorgeous. (I'd even go so far as to say better than what we had originally planned with the venue!) Between her last minute problem solving, ability to remain calm during the chaos, and her responsiveness, Andrea helped ensure the day went off without a hitch.
