I am picky when it comes to milk tea. I tried several milk tea places in the area but I didn't like much until I found Flower tea. At this visit, I got the Taro coconut, Osmanthus oolong fresh milk cream, mango sago and fresh fruit tea. Everything was delicious and not overly sweet. The tea shop is so adorable and kid friendly. They definitely serve the best, high quality and authentic milk tea using fresh milk instead of powder creamer. You gotta try it yourself.

The service was great and it was a mix of a boba tea and a cute shop for charms. All teas are made from in-house ingredients and do not use powders. They also have coconut milk for a dairy alternative!

LOVED this place! We stopped by on a Sunday evening after dinner for boba and had an amazing experience. Flower Tea's decor is creatively adorable - accented by a cherry blossom tree, anime lights and modern furniture. We ordered a taro milk tea and passion fruit drink - both were excellent! The taro was perfectly balanced and not too sweet, and the boba balls were a deliciously soft texture. Our service was quick and friendly, with many places to sit and relax. Highly recommend a visit!

What a delightful experience! Flower Tea is unlike your regular boba shop. They specialize in snow cream tea which I have not experienced before. The friendly worker ran down the story of their business and what kind of drinks they had to offer. We ultimately decided on the Dragon Well Tea w. Fresh Milk Cream and the Peach Oolong tea w. boba. Let me just say, I am still thinking about how good the drinks are now! Not only are the aromas of the tea great, but the freshness and temperature were perfect. Even with the cream, the drinks feel light and fresh. I will note the boba pearls were slightly on the mushier side, but the actual tea itself was very good. Excited to come back and try the other items!!!

This small boba shop is just the cutest! Nice open space with the cutest decor that fits the aesthetic. I ordered the cake milk tea with boba and it wasn't too sweet, just the right amount, while my sister ordered the mango crush slushy and it refreshing and not too sweet. With these two drinks it took under 5 minutes. You can tell they brew their own tea too. I would definitely come here again!

Drinks are amazing! Love this place, it's also really nicely decorated! Anything you get you'll be impressed!

Very overpriced for what it is and the amount you get. There are much better boba places in the area. Would not recommend to anyone.

She also got the chocolate Hong Kong waffle with ice cream and enjoyed it. I would have liked to try some of their food, but wasn't able to during this visit (through no fault of Tsaocaa). The plushies and other merch they had was very cute and I'll very likely buy something the next time I visit. The decor was also lovely, with some very happy plants in the windows. The staff were also friendly and gave me no reason to doubt their skills. My only complaint is that the seating was just shy of being comfortable. My friend said the bench seating was a bit hard, and while the chair I sat in was soft, the arm rests made it a little too narrow for me (I'm plus size and have chronic pain, so finding truly comfortable seating can be a challenge at most places. As a note, anyone larger than a women's 3X probably wouldn't be able to comfortably sit in the chairs at all and would need to sit on the bench). Overall it was a pleasant experience, and I plan to go again!

It takes up most of the store and is easily bigger than the back counter area. Seemed a little out of place, but who am I to judge, i'm more mentioning it as it almost gave me pause. Wanting an after dinner treat I walked the few miles here and sitting in a strip mall I was expecting more cafe vibes rather than chuck e cheese. Granted there weren't any kids here, the rest of the decor was pretty appropriate to a boba cafe. Menu was large, clear. Prices were affordable (aside from the disproportionately high tax rate). Service was friendly and quick. Serving sizes were large, weren't overloaded with ice and foams. I was hoping to get offerings on sweetness levels as Boba places are notoriously sweet or even caffeine offering levels. I was hoping for the hokaido sugar milk tea, but went with the milk tea with the flan and boba which was a nice change of getting just boba added. I'll definitely be returning as it's the only boba place in walking distance.

The whole concept is great, and the sushi was incredibly fresh. The Full Experience: It's a very interactive setup where the sushi chefs are in the center making the rolls right in front of you and placing them directly onto the revolving belt. The servers were fantastic--they explained the whole process and let me know I could order anything directly with the chefs or request specific items from the kitchen if I didn't see them on the belt. The Pricing: Each plate is priced differently depending on the item, which makes it easy to track: * Blue Plates: $3.50 * Yellow Plates: $3.75 * Purple Plates: $4.75 Pro tip: Order specific dishes (like the Calamari or certain sushi rolls) to be placed on the "sushi belt." This way, you don't have to pay for a full-sized entrée if you only want a smaller portion. The plates usually come with 2-3 pieces, which is perfect for sampling! The Food: Everything I tried was amazing, but my top favorites were the Baked Mussels, Calamari, and the Eel Roll. One thing to keep in mind: I made the mistake of ordering a roll directly with the sushi chefs, but forgot to specify that I wanted it for the sushi belt/small plate. Because of that, they made me a full order of the Eel Roll (6 pieces). It was delicious, but definitely more than the small 2-3 piece portion I was expecting! I tried several other plates as well (check out my photos!) and loved every single one of them. Verdict: This is a perfect spot for a solo lunch or a night out with a group. I will definitely be coming back with friends next time!
