The restaurant wasn't busy for a Saturday, we did receive really attentive and thoughtful service from our server, Kylie. While they still had their Holiday drink specials menu, the server did confirm they have 2 for 1 mimosas and $6 bloody marys. The special was a Prime Rib breakfast burrito which both of the people I came in with ordered while I ordered the breakfast BLT. The Prime Rib burrito was so tender and juicy with a fried egg in the middle, definitely a special item for sure. I had the BLT on an everything bagel with a side of fruit and it hit the spot of a lighter, less hearty breakfast. For good service and cheap drinks, I will definitely be back!

It was a reduction, right? So it was thicker, which made it similar to a decent balsamic vinegar instead of the cheap watery stuff practically every place serves. What can I say? Robb Dr. has been the home base for at least 15. Sure we've had good and not-so-great experiences, but this was...odd. I sit down at a non-machine bar spot to order a drink and take out. the bartender ignores me for a good five minutes (ok...maybe he's catching up on drink orders though it wasn't overly busy. Steady, not slammed- but no biggie). Finally approaches me and...just stands there. No greeting, no FIFA specials, no menus, no nothing. After I said "hi, how are you doing" he skipped the pleasantries and asked what I wanted (I'm not kidding- not even a "hello"). I asked if he could remind me what brands they carried for my drink since he didn't bother to grab menus. He listed two of them and then said "I don't know the rest." Ummmm...ok? I know its not either of those I want, but cannot remember the name to save my life. I kind of just waited for him to figure it out- like what do you say to that? Then he actually referred to the menu, gave me the rest of the options and I decided. He goes to grab it and apparently was shouting at me from across the bar (I didn't realize he was speaking to me as I was texting my kids for their food order). He comes back to me and yells AT me that they ran out. I say I'll try a different one. He brings it and ignores me for a while then asks if I want food. Yes. I ordered a happy hour appetizer. The order was correct and delivered in a timely manner by a nice server (yay). Asks if I want another drink. Sure. Can I also place a to go order? I order a pizza. He asks what size. I tell him. He walks away to the register. Looks at me after a minute and doesn't say anything. I take this to mean he wants the toppings info?? I think?? I take a chance and say pepperoni and sausage. Finally grabs my card and asks if im ready to cash out. "Yes please. Can I get a copy of the check and a to go box??" I admittedly speak louder with this request since I don't think he heard me last time. I dont mean to sound shrill, but just louder. Brings me a box, but no check. Just runs my card. Mildly annoying, but meh... I get the (by this time COLD) pizza home and its severely under-cooked With about half the cheese it should have. The whole point of an exhausted mom not wanting to cook after working 2 out of 3 jobs today is to NOT HAVE TO COOK. I type this as I've topped the pizza with more cheese and placed in the oven to hopefully become mostly edible. I know they were fairly recently bought out, but that was a year ago or more, I'm pretty sure? Don't know what happened, but I did not recognize a single server, busser, bartender, or manager in the place. As little as two months ago I walked in and the bartender that I have interacted with exactly twice EVER, said she remembered me, knew my drink order and asked if I was gonna grab a pizza for the kids. Unfortunately we really like Bullys pizza. I will probably give this another shot in a month or two sonce it'sin my neighborhood, but if the service and the food is still this atrocious? She took care of my thirst with a strong poured drink and Took an order for fries. Took 20 minutes for the fries to arrive. They were hot and crispy with the right amount of salt. Did not win anything on the machines so the stay was short.
