Today I got some mozzarella breadsticks and kids chicken fingers and fries during my kids lacrosse game. It was convenient. I really liked the cheesy breadsticks. They had literal chunks of garlic on them. I loved that. My kids did not. It left more for me! I left with some serious garlic breath but I am ok with that. :) The fries were tasty and the kids meals were priced well. My son ended up spitting out his chicken finger and not eating them. Courtney was our server and not only was she friendly, but she provided the best service. The food was also on point. I had the CSC Grilled Chicken. It comes with Bacon, but I asked for more Avocado instead of Bacon and she had no problem accomodating my request. So let me tell you, this sandwhich was AMAZING!! Shout out to Cold Springs Crossing! We eat here about once a week. Love this place. Tonight seemed to be an oddly off night for one of our two dishes ordered from the kitchen. Chicken was rubbery and rice was undercooked. I mentioned it to our server who immediately apologized and asked kindly what else she could bring me. I had the Posole soup. It was outstanding. It came out quickly and she checked back to make sure it was to my liking. Sometimes things happen that are out of the ordinary. The way they handle issues out here is incredible. This newly opened restaurant/bar is pretty decent in size and conveniently located by the park so there are lots of seating area outside. We didn't have a problem looking for a parking space but I can see it as a problem if the place is packed. We ordered chicken wings, carne asada fries, mushroom burger and onion rings (typical bar food) for pick up. They were all delicious and did not disappoint. The carne asada fries were sooo good. I recommend giving them 30-45 minutes to prepare your food especially during peak hours for pick up. Service was excellent and everyone was friendly. I highly recommend this place. read more

***Update*** I've been back twice since my original review, and the service is much better, but the kitchen still doesn't know their menu. My party has ordered the CSC burger each time, and every time, they serve it with raw red onions! Their menu clearly states it's served with grilled onions, so I don't understand why they can't solve this issue. Even the server tonight didn't realize this. Last weekend, I ordered a pizza with pepperoni, pineapple, and sausage. When it came out, it was missing the sausage. They did make this right and made a new pizza. The last few times that we have ordered for pickup our food has been missing ingredients, just ordered the steakhouse pizza and it has no cherry tomatoes, my wife's sandwich was missing the avocado and had a spicy Chipotle sauce when it should have had a garlic aioli. Its a shame because we live close and its convenient and the food is good but how consistently incorrect our orders have been is disappointing. So I'm here again this time I'm on time for the 55+ menu which makes the tacos ( 2 tacos for $10) along with chips and salsa. The mngt is on the ball with situations that are brought to their attention when I pull back there's three young boys probably around 9 10 years old seem to be a little delinquents I'm sure asking me for $20 obviously I said no and then the ones that changed it to a dollar and I said what was it for and he said ranch and I laughed so when I came in I told the bartender about it and she immediately went and got I'm assuming the manager and they went right out there and had a discussion with them so I was pretty pleased with that but I'm just waiting for my food now and when I did it I will take the pictures and let you know how it is.... Unfortunately it was a big disappointment. Just to make sure that it wasn't just my taste but I had my two older grandchildren also try the food and one is a boy one is a girl of course the boy thinks it's great because he's a boy and will leave anything my granddaughter and I agreed that they meet has basically no flavor it was so under seasoned that it really didn't taste like anything it was a little greasy and neither one of us care for flour tortillas for this soft tacos and apparently there is no option or I was not told there's an option to get corn or flour. The wait time seemed a little excessive for the amount of people that were in the establishment that had already been held I waited 25 minutes to just get the two orders of tacos. The bartender was very nice it helped me the only thing that I can say about her service and it was not with me I just overheard her a couple came in and they didn't want the normal side that went with their meal and they kind of had to pull it out of her what their options were for another side so she just wasn't very helpful with suggestions. now I am going to go back in and try some other food because I think a little place is adorable they do have a good bar selection of wine and hard liquor and beer draft beer but unfortunately the tacos were not good read more
