The new company found that the Southport tech left the service cap off after adding refrigerant so it all leaked out!!! Southport had 3 different techs come before we got the second opinion....either it is gross incompetence or a scam!!!! You decide. I cant believe the level that they went to to try and get me to buy new unit when mine is only ten years old and worked fine until Southport came for the routine inspection.
