Nevertheless, Adam and Lyle were amazing! They patiently diagnosed the unusual situation, confirmed my pipes had no blockages (gave me peace of mind), and VERY patiently explained to me and my DIY partner what needed to be done to fix the problem. I called the office on August 5th looking for it, the office personal reply was " we will reach out to him and have it completed and sent within 48 hours". On Aug 9th I called the technical directly. They were able to use an underground process that did not disturb any of the landscaping and fixed the problem. They were both efficient and kind. They cleaned up everything. Not inexpensive, but MMSD has a program for pipe issues that does assist with the cost but you do have to use approved contractors. Heiden happens to be one of those contractors. After using them, I know why they are approved. They helped us in an emergency situation and I would highly recommend them.

After getting the run around from 2 other plumbing companies; Keith came to the rescue. My wedding…read morering had accidentally been flushed. After being told my ring was found (from another company but was going to cost thousands to retrieve; my husband and I looked at other options.) another company came in and told us the following day there was no ring, my heart broke; but I was not giving up. When I contacted Keith he came and scoped the pipe and located it within minutes. I was relieved. Only to then be crushed when it disappeared upon retrieval. Keith spent hours trying to locate my ring even going through cutting through a pipe to get to it. He truly showed compassion and empathy for this devastating incident. The next morning he contacted me and had asked to come back out and rescope the pipe because he just knew he saw my ring and saw how upset I was when it disappeared. I had previously contacted Roto Rooter. MILW Drain Cleaning was 50% cheaper than Roto Rooter (for normal business hours) and less than 1/4 the cost of Roto Rooters emergency service. I will use MILW Drain Cleaning if I ever have another plumbing problem.

Over the years they helped with faucet, pipe and drain problems in this old house. They always charged a base price of $50. Then, about 2 years ago, after a routine plumbing job, the plumber charged $200 base price with no advance notice! I later contacted them for an estimate on another job. They never followed through. I guess they no longer want me as a customer. Good plumbers but not good business.

I called for someone to come take a look at some water that was in my basement. It had leaked under…read morethe wall between the boiler room and the office next door. The guy that came was very nice, but his initial assessment was that the water was coming from the other side of the wall and he wanted to see what was back there. I knew this was impossible since there are no pipes in that office, so I thanked him for his time we had a nice chat on his way out. A few weeks later, the water softener died and poured water all over and back under the wall again. This was the culprit and my take on the plumber's inspection was correct. Some weeks later, the accountant from the company called and insisted on payment. I was very annoyed because absolutely no value was added during the visit. I did pay the balance because I understand that receiving a professional to your home on a service call does have an accepted base-rate or fee. I explained to the accountant however that this was bad form and would guarantee that I'd never be interested in calling again. I too work in the service industry as an onsite IT person (since '97) and I know full well when I've made a visit that shouldn't be billed. And my rates and relevance are exactly the same. I'm writing this both to make sure the marketing team over there have a talk with the accountant, and to point out to the owner of Quick Fix that I spent $18,000 on the replacement boiler and water heater. Pissing off customers over $75 really can be expensive.
