We paid with a debit card we would have happily written a check because when we checked our bank statement there was an extra 3 percent charge on the bill . Say to the customer you know there a fee so the person can write a paper check even though it's a debit card in real time. That was an extra 2o dollars . The boys fixing the water heater were nice. This one told me my cat was old and made me feel bad He's only 12. They come out and do the work and I would call them again but I hope nothing breaks

I had two people come out from this company to provide a resolution for water seepage and they still didn't get it right. I worked with Max and he was a pleasure to work with, until his resolution for waterproofing didn't work. He wasn't willing to accept he assessed the situation wrong and wouldn't make it right either. When I called him to talk about my basement still having the same issue within days after his team worked on it, came back and still no luck. He started lying and cussing at me. He claimed he told me I needed additional work before his resolution, which was a flat out lie! When I told him I would no longer talk with him if he was going to act that way he started texting me paragraphs to supplement his lies and tried to personally attack me. The overall work was not neat, they made a lot of dings on my walls and around areas they tapped off, they even ruined an area by my window where they were transferring water in, which I told him about but they never bothered to fix. These people are unprofessional and I do not recommend their work.

So now its 6pm and they told me same thing. Fast forward I called them again and they said I had to reschedule, but they wouldn't tell me when. My wife and I both adjusted our work and childcare schedules to accommodate this time frame so one of us could be home. We were still charged the service call fee and after the technician simply removed a part that wasn't needed on our dryer we were charged $450! I reached out to the company the next day via their website and email expressing my displeasure and still haven't heard back. Poor business, ZERO communication and a total ripoff! Find a different company!

My plumber (Dan H.) arrived and was super friendly. I needed multiple things 'looked at' plus new plumbing set up for my refrigerator. We opted to have the basement portion replaced first. It was about a month after I had major heart surgery and the Rozga guys were very helpful covering and protecting expensive tech equipment in my basement workshop from the cement dust that would result from ripping up the floor to get at the lateral. Unfortunately, as part of the plastic curtaining, they were using a staple gun to attach the sheeting to a joist in a hard to reach area, near the central networking hub where there's a ton of wires, and the ceiling and the wires are all painted black. Maybe 20 minutes in, I started hearing a fateful beeping from all our alarm system zone modules that indicated comms failure. I told them I suspected they had done SOMETHING to the alarm bus. Supervisor tells me they were being very careful (which I fully believe) but I show him the dead alarm keypad and tell him "well it was working before you got here." He comes back maybe 20 minutes later with this look of trepidation on his face that I recognize as vendor fear. He sheepishly tells me I'm right and that they drove a staple thru a wire. Having worked with tradespeople for many years, I understood that his fear was that I was going to call some private alarm company, have them come out to do a potentially expensive debug and repair to the system, and ask Rozga to pay to repair the damage. Stuff like that happens all the time. I asked him to show me what happened. It's in a place where the sheeting had to corner and I could barely make out was going on, especially since the black paint makes it almost impossible to distinguish what the heck is going on behind the translucent plastic. Quite frankly I was impressed he found it given how hard it was to see, and I told him so. Then I told him it was not a problem, I had that kind of wire in stock. I then reminded him he had stapled something I do in my line of work and that I could fix low voltage wiring. Knowing where the fault was, it meant I could have my 15yo son do the work under my direction a few days later. No harm, no foul, and no cost. The look of relief was instant. I have occasionally seen people in the trades make mistakes and then dig in their heels, refusing to admit a mistake. Rarely do I see tradespeople actively work to find a mistake that is outside their wheelhouse. I am happy to do business with Rozga again in the future when it comes time to replace the rest of the lateral. Good people, neat work, very pleased with the end result.

Brian came out to scope out our sewer line and quickly found the issue that had been plaguing me for most of the year...roots clogging a couple areas in my 65+ year old sewer. Brian efficiently diagnosed where the clogs were and got my permission to use his reaming machine to remove the problem. He let me watch the screen of his video inspection camera during the process and showed the before and after view of my sewer. It's now cleaned and working great. I was very pleased that the job took just over and hour to complete and the bill was, quite frankly, surprisingly low compared to the THREE other services who came before. Brian and ABC Sewer has become my "drain guys" from now on!

Quick, efficient, on schedule, and surprisingly clean.
